Completely renovated in 2015.
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor of the private villa "House where your heart takes you ..." in Li Mori, a very quiet residential area of San Teodoro.

It is equipped with a French double bed and private bathroom. Sunny and fresh, it has an independent entrance with mosquito net, bathroom for exclusive use, outdoor patio overlooking the garden furnished with table and armchairs for moments of relaxation.
You can have the use or not of the kitchenette which is made available to guests on request with a supplement of € 15 per day.

- THE COST FOR THE FINAL CLEANING COSTS IS € 50.00 TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT AT CHECK IN.

The room is suitable for 1 to 2 people.

There is also a relaxation area consisting of a large patio where you can have lunch or dinner and spend moonlit evenings in the company of the song of the cicadas.
The whole house has free wifi coverage.

Dove ti porta il cuore

La casa si trova leggermente fuori San Teodoro ma si raggiunge facilmente in macchina. Ogni camera ha una bellissima vista mare ed il tutto è immerso in un bellissimo giardino. La mattina si può ammirare una bellissima alba. Siamo stati benissimo in questo paradiso e Barbara è stata meravigliosa con noi. Dove può aiuta e da dei validissimi consigli. Consiglio questo appartamento a tutti coloro che amano la natura, la pace e che apprezzano un interiore scelto con tanto gusto. Prenotate tranquillamente, vi assicuro che non vi pentirete!

Fantastic

The room, though small, is very well appointed. The bathroom was very clean and tidy. The gardens are beautiful and very relaxing. The property owner is lovely and made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of information about where to go and what to visit. San Teodoro is very nice, and the beaches lovely. We visitied in late September and travelling around was fine. However, we are told that in July and August that San Teodoro becomes incredibly busy.

Très agréable séjour dans une belle maison avec des propriétaires très sympas !

Barbara nous avait laissé des messages en italien avant notre arrivée pour un meilleur accueil. La chambre est propre, comme la salle de bain et la petite cuisine. La maison est calme, et le jardin tout vert très bien entretenu. Nous avons pu visiter en bateau les plages et les 2 îles autour de San Teodoro, grâce au fils des propriétaires. A recommander.

Vacanza unica ed indimenticabile!

Ho soggiornato in questo meraviglioso posto .....anzi in questo angolo di paradiso in settembre! Avevo bisogno di relax e qui l'ho trovato.....ma non solo..... Barbara sa coccolare in gran stile i suoi ospiti!... Gentilezza e cortesia non mancano! Che dire della camera?...curata nei dettagli e pulizia eccellente!!! Ci tornerò sicuramente!!! Lo consiglio a tutti!!!!!

We loved it!

I wish we could have had more time to stay. The room is very modern and very well equipped. On the website, the photos look very nice, but sometimes photos on websites can be misleading because they only take pictures of the nice features. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that everything was better than the pictures, and the pictures couldn't do justice to the overall comfortable environment of the room. Everything is new, clean and spacious. For as good as the room is, the hospitality is even better. We weren't able to meet the entire family, but Barbara is a wonderful person. She knows the area very well and is full of knowledge you make your stay more comfortable. Next year, we are planning on staying there again.

Una vacanza meravigliosa.

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla cura ai dettagli che Barbara e Marco hanno riposto nell'arredare questo piccolo angolo di paradiso immerso nel verde. Oltre all'ottimo aspetto estetico, la camera è comoda e funzionale, con un bagno privato nuovo e pulito. Inoltre, se lo si desidera, è possibile effettuare una gita in barca presso la costa, gita che vede come come guida Andrea ( figlio della gentilissima padrona di casa, Barbara). E' proprio ad Andrea va un nostro ringraziamento speciale, per averci mostrato, durante una delle sopracitate gite, piccoli angoli di paradiso lungo la costa di San Teodoro. Ritorneremo sicuramente! Consigliatissimo!

Wonderful! A perfect getaway for two.

We had a great time! The property was perfect, charming and cozy, we just didn't want to leave. The outdoor space is amazing, with a beatiful garden and a stunning landscape. We loved sitting in the front porch. Barbara and Marco were very kind, easy to work with, and very flexible with us. We had a wonderful little getaway in their space and would most definitely come back for a stay in the future!

Un posto magico.

Siamo stati accolti in modo molto professionale ma allo stesso tempo molto amichevole da parte di Barbara e Marco, fatto che ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. La camera e il bagno erano pulitissimi e dotati di tutti gli elementi adatti a rendere una vacanza piacevole e rilassante. Ottima anche la veranda dove poter trascorre momenti di relax, ammirando il panorama e lo splendido e molto ben curato giardino (dettaglio non da poco viste le dimensioni). Uno dei punti forti di questa location è proprio il giardino, che contribuisce a rendere il tutto più suggestivo. Inoltre, solo previa richiesta, è possibile usufruire di una piccola ma molto ben fornita cucina, con tutti i servizi possibili. Nota molto positiva anche la disponibilità di Barbara. Grazie hai suoi consigli, siamo infatti riusciti a scoprire sempre nuove spiagge e luoghi d'interesse in tutta San Teodoro. Consigliato a tutti, ritorneremo sicuramente anche il prossimo anno.
