This villa is situated only 10 min walking to beach but in noticeably quiet area. Has private swimming pool. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Villa has pool heating system to keep pool water always at 28c so even in the winter you can swim at pool. Calis beach is the closest beach to Fethiye Center, there is water sport activities as well as surfing and wind kite. Calis night life is attractive for who loves nice Turkish or international foods and entertainments. Private airport transfer is available on request. Excellent property in great location

We would love to return to this fantastic villa - the heated swimming pool was perfect and it’s in a great location for the restaurants and shops in Çalış.

Lovely villa

The villa was very nice and the pool was well maintained. The pool table and table tennis table were welcome additions. The shops nearby stock all the essentials but larger shops further away are a bit cheaper. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The host Suleyman was very helpful and good with communications. I would recommend this villa.

Just spent two weeks here, nice spacious villa with fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and plenty of utensils for cooking, three large bedrooms all with en suite and plenty of hot water. Lovely size pool which is heated, outside area has plenty of seating and sun loungers, pool table and table tennis table also available. Property manager and owner very quick to respond to any questions or sort out any problems. Walking distance to local shop and bit further to beach, bars and restaurants, there is also a taxi button just outside the villa, so overall lovely stay at a lovely villa.

Fantastic Holiday - Beautiful Villa

We have just had a fantastic 2 weeks staying at this lovely villa. The rooms were lovely, plenty of storage space, views were stunning & the outside pool area was where we spent most of our time! We had a couple of minor issues while we were there, but these were dealt with immediately by Kadir- very helpful thank you. The villa was well placed with a shop just a 5 min stroll away & bars, restaurants about 10 mins. We really loved the area too & will definitely be coming back. Thank you for allowing us to rent your stunning villa.
