Traditional cottage in a beautiful village

The cottage is charming with a large garden. It has limited parking on the road in front of the property. No WiFi and a weak phone signal (on the top floor only). Be aware that no bed sheets or towels are provided as standard. The village is very beautiful and boasts a lovely epicerie/ cafe just round the corner from the cottage

Tres beau sejour a la hague.L’adresse sur le site n’est pas bonne.Maison ancienne charmante avec son jardin.En revanche manque de precisions sur l’annonce :Pas de parking exterieur La salle de bains et les wc sont ensemble - une seule piece pour toute la maison - nous etions 6 adultes - c’est un peu juste

Maison de charme dans un superbe village

Pour un séjour au calme c 'est parfait .Sentier de randonnée a proximité , belle cheminée et jardin .pas de WIFI et peu de réseau (pas de télétravail donc)mais cela contribue au repos Bien qu atypique (plafond bas ,peu de lumiÚre a l intérieur )nous avons adoré notre séjour estival.

Maison bien située pour visiter cette trÚs belle région. Un petit bémol cependant : personne de plus d'1m80 s'abstenir, les plafonds sont trÚs bas. Un peu plus d'éclairage serait bien aussi dans la mezzanine et la chambre. Accueil trÚs sympathique

Au bout du monde comme autrefois ......

C'est une maison pleine de charme située dans une région magnifique. Le village est ravissant les bords de mer autour sont exceptionnels Il faut savoir que dans cette maison ravissante ( avec un jardin tout aussi délicieux ) les objets sont parfois trÚs fantaisistes ,(est-ce l'influence du voisin Prévert ?) les boutons des tiroirs vous aiment tant qu'ils restent dans vos mains et parfois aussi les tiroirs par solidarité. Et puis les connections modernes , téléphone portable ou internet semblent faire partie d'une histoire de science fiction que ce joli coin du Cotentin ignore absolument. Ce n'est pas tout à fait vrai parce que la baie d'Ecalgrain était une formidable cabine téléphonique. Voilà , vous passerez un moment tout à fait sympathique dans ce lieu adorable mais oubliez le télé travail et les nouvelles faciles de vos proches. Excellent spot pour débrancher . Bien à vous. Vous devez savoir que St Germain des vaux et ses environs ne reçoivent aucun rĂ©seau tĂ©lĂ©phonique. Or la maison n’a ni ligne fixe, ni wi-fi (donc pas d’internet) Vous n’avez donc aucun moyen de communication avec l’extĂ©rieur. Donc aucune possibilitĂ© d’appeler un mĂ©decin si besoin ou d’ĂȘtre contactĂ© par vos proches. La maison est trĂšs basse de plafond (personnes de grande taille attention !)et sombre, la literie n’est pas terrible et vous devez apporter tout votre linge de maison (draps, serviettes, torchons...). Un lave-vaisselle aurait Ă©tĂ© bienvenu !

TrĂšs bon accueil. TrĂšs bon gĂźte de village.

TrĂšs bon accueil. Un petit bistrot Ă©picerie resto pas loin. La mer et Port racine Ă  deux pas. Et des ballades magnifiques Ă  faire Ă  pied autour et dans la Hague.. Pas eu besoin de la voiture pendant trois jours.
