The recently built villa is located in the commune of Pennes-Mirabeau in Pays d'Aix. Its privileged geographical position, will allow you to discover without long journeys, the main places typical of our region.
We are less than half an hour from the TGV station, and Marseille-Provence airport, Aix en Provence center and Marseille center.
Many walking trails are close to the house.
Cleaning deposit 160 € will be returned if cleaning is done.

Great start to our S of France holiday - great villa with all kitchen equipment excellent quality. Beds and baths great; living room lovely and the pool was great. Had a bbq most nights and enjoyed the tranquility. Would highly recommend and Alain was a great host with great comms. Thanks Last point - place is better than the photos : enjoy your visit :-)

Arrive and feel good-perfectly located between Aix & Marseille

We spent a wonderful week in this spotless clean villa, which is perfectly located between Marseille and Aix en Provence. Far enough to avoid the crowds, but close enough for a daily visit for sightseeing, shopping trips or dinner. Alain is a very attentive host, the villa ist fully equipped, you have lots of space, the pool is in the sun all day, the environment is quiet and you have privacy. There are many opportunities for cultural or nature excursions. We wished to be able to stay longer. It's really true: we arrived and the holidays began, it took no time to warm up with the villa. Thanks a million Alain for this relaxing week.

Fabulous Stay

Alain and his family were great. Very welcoming and always on call. Even booked us a vet appointment for our dog to get tapeworm treatment required to get back to the uk! Can’t thank them enough. Would have been more than happy to give 5* unfortunately we had a little issue with the pool - but can’t fault Christophe for his efforts to resolve this for us. The villa itself was beautiful, rustic but modern and not overlooked. We could have done with a little more shade but we did visit in a heatwave so that may just be personal choice. Would definitely go back if the opportunity arose with no hesitation.

Hello Samantha and family. Thank you for your kindy word, as well as for your appreciation. For our part, we were very happy to welcome you and meet you. Concerning the shade, next year, on the covered terrace side, I will set up a kind of curtain vertically, so that the east side is better sun protected. To finish on the improvements, following exchanges with many friends, we had explanations and remedies for this phenomenon. These come from a retired swiming pool specialist. I will apply his advice and treatments ( which are different and much less expensive, than those of my swiming pool specialist ). We look forward to welcoming you all back. Bien à vous Alain

We had a wonderful week at the villa. It is very quiet and scenic in the area and good local shops.The pool area was great and the villa has all amenities you could need.The owner was very helpful and gave us some good local restaurants to go to.

Alain est arrangeant au niveau des horaires d’arrivée. Top ! La cuisine est super, l’équipement est super et le frigo américain avec les glaçons sont un gros plus Merci pour tout Alain, nous avons passé un super séjour, c’était très agréable. Très belle maison et prestation !!

Remarquable, la maison est tellement jolie, tellement agréable... et Alain est aux petits soins. Séjour trop court qui a ravi les enfants comme les adultes.Les petits lapins sauvages à observer matin et soir.... la vue, le calme... à refaire !!

La villa correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes, nous avons vraiment apprécié ce séjour au calme en se détendant au bord de la piscine. C'était un super emplacement où séjourner pour partir à la découverte des villes et des sites d'intérêt à visiter tout en alternat la farniente à la villa.. Nous y sommes allés avec ma famille italienne, tout a bien fonctionné pour nous tous. Le propriétaire était réactif dès que nous le sollicitions. Nous y retournerons très vraisemblablement. Claudia
