The townhouse contains two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, a living / dining room, the open kitchen, terrace and private solarium. It is located in a very nice urbanization with communal gardens and swimming pools. There are restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance in the area and there is the promenade to walk to Garrucha in 20 minutes or so.

Hemos veraneado varias veces en esta misma urbanización de Vera y este alojamiento tiene aspectos positivos, pero también otros mejorables, si bien es cierto que no resultan un impedimento para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Lo mejor: hay aire acondicionado en el salón y las habitaciones, tiene un aseo en la planta de abajo, los colchones son cómodos y la orientación es muy buena, además está cerca de la piscina sin ser una zona de mucho paso. Lo mejorable: desde nuestro punto de vista, le faltan algunos detalles para hacer la estancia totalmente agradable; por ejemplo, en el baño de arriba no hay ningún mueble para dejar papel higiénico y accesorios de aseo, los ventiladores del techo no se nota si están encendidos o apagados, algunos tiradores se desprenden al abrir los cajones, no hay cuchillos de pelar para fruta y verduras, el grifo del lavabo de abajo parece un aspersor; aunque en general estaba limpio, el extractor de la cocina goteaba aceite y la pintura necesita un repaso, las fotos de la página se ven muy blancas y luminosas, pero la sensación en la casa no es la misma. Por otro lado, quisiera destacar que la comunicación con la agencia ha sido muy buena (concretamente con Victoria) y que nos solucionaron rápidamente y de forma eficaz algunos inconvenientes que les notificamos a nuestra llegada.

Cómodo, a falta de algún detalle

Todo bien, baños cocina, salón y habitaciones. La terraza de arriba no estaba limpia, el mobiliario de la terraza viejo y sucio, tiene n cuerda de tender y esta hecha polvo. No tiene ningún tendedero (vendría bien uno, para toallas y ropa. Tampoco hay cortinas en las habitaciones. Falta de estantería en el baño. Y una manguera en el grifo del porche xra limpieza de Lo bueno es el aire acondicionado en salón y habitaciones. Casa amplia, limpia y con menaje suficiente.
