Such an ideal place for a UVA visit. The house is so cute and has everything you need. So convenient for UVA games and a short walk to the center of campus. Also a few places to eat nearby. We loved it and will be back.
Adorable, clean and comfy 2 bedroom / 1 bath house with nice outdoor gazebo area! Less than half a mile walk to the football stadium too! Don’t miss this rental
Impeccable, cute cottage with all that you need in a great location! We walked to Sbroccos for breakfast donuts. Yummy! For dinner we walked to Pi Napos for pizza and brought it back to enjoy on the patio. And UVA is just steps away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
We stayed at Azalea Cottage in June 2026 for a week. We were looking for a vrbo that was close to the UVA campus. We enjoyed the location and the walkability to the campus, restaurants, and historic sites. The cottage itself is unique and quirky, just like our neighborhood at home, but well stocked and maintained. With the exception of the coffeemaker, we used the appliances, including the washer/dryer, and all worked well. The hair dryer stopped working during our stay, but when we notified our host, she was very responsive. The A/C was working overtime with the heat wave, but it kept us more than sufficiently comfortable. Overall, a very nice stay.
Wonderful property! Very clean with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable king bed (we didn't use the 2nd bedroom) and beautiful back yard with shaded patio.
The location is incredibly convenient — less than a mile to campus — which made everything so easy during our visit. We appreciated the clean, cozy spaces and quiet neighborhood.Highly recommend for anyone visiting UVA. We will be back.
Great place and perfect location for UVA football!
We came to town for football and chose this place because it was in walking distance to the stadium. Perfect location! Perfect little house and back yard!
We visited Charlottesville for our sons graduation from the JAG law center. This home was charming, clean, and very comfortable. If I ever need to be in Charlottesville again, I will plan to stay here.
House was lovely. Very comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to grounds and to coffee shop. Property manager responded right away when we contacted her during our stay. We appreciated the quick action to our request!
3 friends and I spend the weekend in Charlottesville and enjoyed this little cottage! It was close to downtown (driving) and has a cute area in the backyard to sit outside in the evening.
Loved this property! Cozy, chic, and just the right size for our family for a long birthday weekend. Easy check-in and out, has everything you need to be comfortable, and is so convenient to UVA, the Downtown Mall, and so many other great spots. Thank you!
