Séjour parfait

Appartement les pieds dans l'eau, 20m vu mer sur le côté de la terrasse. L'appartement est tres bien équipé, propres les propriétaires sont à l'écoute, très bon accueil. A proximité de tout, commerce pharmacie restaurant docteur boulangerie. Si on.veut ne pas prendre la voiture du séjour C'est possible. Le + parking privé. Merci. kkmcestlargemebt possible.

Les pieds dans l eau dans un appartement très propre, très bien équipé, calme et proche de pleins de petits commerces….tout pour profiter de vacances au bord de l eau. Le petit plus: les propriétaires sont vraiment très aimables et attentionnés. Je recommande vivement.

Appartement très bien situé : plage, commerces et centre-ville à proximité mais environnement calme. Très bon standing : propre, spacieux et très bien équipé + parking privé. Propriétaires très sympathiques. Vraiment aucun point négatif.

Parfait!

L appartement de Nicole et Claude est vraiment très bien équipé et très propre. Il est idéalement situé à 2 pas de la mer et est aussi très proches de tous les commerces nécessaires pour passer de bonnes vacances. Un petit bémol: il n y a pas (encore) de Wifi dans l appartement mais Nicole envisage d améliorer pour la année prochaine! Merci Nicole et Claude!

L'accueil de Nicole et Claude a été très sympa. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine, l'appartement est très agréable, il ne manque rien. La situation est parfaite, presque les pieds dans l'eau, le parking et la climatisation sont des plus indéniable...

PARFAIT !

Pour la troisième fois nous avons loué (début juillet 2021) ce splendide appartement à deux pas de la plage, des commerces et restaurants. Les propriétaires Nicole et Claude sont très attentionnés et leur accueil est parfait. L'équipement du logement est complet, rien ne manque que ce soit: vaisselle, ustensiles ou électroménager. On apprécie particulièrement de pouvoir stationner sa voiture sur le parking de cette petite résidence sécurisée.

Appartement idéalement situé et bien équipé. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire qui a été très arrangeant sur les horaires. Tout est accessible à pied. neuf, propre, très bien équipé, vaisselle bien garnie, 30 mètres de la mer, 10 min à pied du centre. local pour vélo, autre local pour jeux de plage , propriété sécurisée, pas de bruit... bref top!

The apartment was very comfortable and in a great location.

We had a great time in Palavas Les Flots, which is an attractive seaside town with lots to do. The apartment was spacious and had everything we wanted (apart from sheets and towels, which Claude said they could have provided if we had asked). Claude and Nicole were flexible about our arrival and departure time, which was very helpful. We would recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. Although there didn’t seem to be many other British tourists, English was widely spoken. Thank you.

Très bel appartement à deux pas de la plage.

Nous avons aimé cette résidence de 4 appartements, proche de la plage et des activités. L'appartement est de haut niveau,bien isolé phoniquement, très propre et bien équipé. Rien ne nous a manqué lors de notre séjour. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la climatisation en cette période caniculaire. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Appartement très bien situé pour passer de bonnes vacances familiales . Endroit calme ; prestations de qualité mais location un peu chère et détention de la caution (4 semaines) un peu excessive pour une location de 8 jours!
