Studio Benalmádena Playa Pool

Incredible, comfortable and totally new studio attached to the beach that will make you spend unforgettable days in the most recognized area of the Costa del Sol, Benalmádena. You will enjoy the complex with 3 swimming pools and restaurant.

The apartment is fully equipped, kitchen with two-ring hob, smoke extractor, washing machine, double bed (x2), sofa bed (x2), closet equipped with hangers and bathroom with shower. Bath towels, has WIFI connection.

Our goal is that you spend unforgettable days!

BASIC RULES:
- Smoking is prohibited inside the studio
- When you leave the property, it must be clean, as we deliver it, the garbage can not be left inside, it is the responsibility of the guest. If the cleaning conditions are not those indicated we will proceed to make a charge of the deposit delivered. We do not require thorough cleaning, but if it is collected and clean.
- Bath towels should not be used on the beach or pool.
- In case of loss of keys, a € 40 surcharge will be made.
- In case of loss of the pool cards you will have a surcharge of € 10.

CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT
The entrance will be from 12:00 to 13:00 depending on the occupation. It can be flexible but you will have to let us know beforehand.
If your CHECK-IN is after 20:00 the delivery of keys has an additional cost of € 40 that we will charge in person upon delivery of keys.

The departure will be at 11:00, we can be flexible depending on the occupation.

Una estancia muy positiva

Han sido unos días muy agradables en la playa gracias a este alojamiento. Es un estudio que ha cubierto todas nuestras necesidades a la vez de acogedor. Los propietarios en todo momento han estado disponibles ante cualquier problema o duda, lo cual da mucha confianza. Para nosotros, matrimonio y una niña de 3 años, era muy importante la cercanía a la playa y disponer de piscina. La playa está a 5 minutos andando, además de ser una de las mejores playas de Benalmádena con los mejores chiringuitos. La zona de piscinas está compuesta por 3 piscinas de diferentes profundidades. Además de esto, está situado al lado del parque de La Paloma, un parque espectacular para ir con niños o pasear. Ha sido una estancia muy positiva que seguro que repetiremos.

Nice studio apartment

The apartment is on the 5th floor easily accessed by a lift. The room was clean and tidy. I spent a few weeks here in Jan/Feb. The area was quiet which suited me. Great view of the hills behind Benalmadena. Good family run bar/ restaurant on the ground floor. About 300mts down to the beach , and 200mts up to Bonanza square with many bars and restaurants.

Property was fine.

Nice small apartment for one person but could be quite claustrophobic if more than one was staying. Very clean and tidy throughout with an excellent shower in newly tiled bathroom. Good washing machine but clothes drying rack outside slightly awkward to get to. An electronic gadget called Pest reject was in place for the duration and did a wonderful job of keeping flies and mosquitoes to an absolute minimum

Estudio en excelentes condiciones, bien equipado,

Me he quedado 31 noches durante el mes de mayo de 2017. Debo decir que el estudio está en muy buenas condiciones, y cuenta con bastantes utensilios de cocina, baño y dormitorio, algunos que de hecho, no esperaba encontrar. Me ha parecido que todo ha estado dispuesto de la mejor manera. En particular debo destacar lo siguiente: - Suficiente aparcamiento (en mayo) - Agua caliente en la ducha, fregadero y lavamanos del baño. - Toallas de baño y de playa por separado. - Suficientes utensilios de cocina para cinco o seis personas. - Televisión de 32 pulgadas (excelente imagen y sonido) - Internet de alta velocidad (faltó una sola vez en 31 noches, supongo que hubo algún problema con el proveedor del servicio) - Aire Acondicionado (no fui en verano, pero tuve un par de días de fuerte calor) - Vista a las montañas, quizá no es la ideal (al mar), pero es bastante buena y relajante. - Persiana en el balcón (permite quedar en absoluta oscuridad al dormir) - Soraya, nuestra anfitriona, estuvo siempre disponible para atender nuestras dudas, y los inconvenientes que tuvimos durante nuestra estancia.

estupendo apartamento en muy buena ubicacion

Nos ha encantado la estancia en este apartamento. Es pequeño pero esta super bien equipado, no faltaba de nada, era como estar en nuestra propia casa porque no le faltaba un detalle. Super limpio y muy bien decorado. Soraya, la propietaria, es encantadora. Las tres piscinas comunitarias estaban muy limpias y muy tranquilas. Tranquilo también era el edificio pues no se escuchaba ruido alguno por la noche y se podía descansar. Es el sitio ideal para pequeñas familias. A un paso de la playa y paseo marítimo. Hay un supermercado grande en la esquina y Mercadona a unos diez minutos andando. Recomendamos este apartamento que es ideal para tres personas.
