Un très gros potentiel, mais un service et une hygiène à revoir
Un appartement idéalement situé sur le port de La Maddalena avec une belle terrasse, qui serait très bien si le service était à la hauteur. Un supplément conséquent (non précisé dans l'annonce) est à prévoir pour obtenir des draps et serviettes, qui nous ont été fournis sales et malodorants après avoir réglé. Les couverts étaient également sales dans les tiroirs, ce qui est à anticiper lorsque le minimum d'entretien n'est pas fourni.

Bella vacanza
La casa è sul porto di cala Gavetta , posizione ottimale perché il centro storico si trova davvero a due passi.
Impareggiabile vista sul porto soprattutto il mattino .
Secondo piano di una palazzina storica del paese e di conseguenza gradini molto alti che inizialmente ci ha lasciato perplessi .
Nel complesso siamo stati benissimo! Casa pulita , ordinata ma soprattutto molto luminosa e fresca ( merito dei muri molto spessi ) senza la necessità di accendere il condizionatore.
La casa è provvista di tutto ... consigliata!!

Soggiorno a casa gavetta
L'alloggio rispecchia tutto quanto è descritto nella presentazione. Unica pecca le scale da fare, che essendo al secondo piano privo di ascensore sono un tantino faticose! La posizione è ottima, proprio attaccato al centro, solo un po' rumoroso di notte. Molto ventilato, nn è stato necessario utilizzare l'aria condizionata. Il padrone di casa si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e disponibile in tutto.
