In the heart of Tizzano marina , two steps from the sea on a 1800 square meters land covered with local vegetation and entirely stone walled, a big house divided in two parts ( one of 75 and the other of 50 sq.) , to be rented by the same family wishing to spend holidays together keeping some autonomy.
POSSIBILITY during the low season to rent one part of the house only (75sq) , the second remaining in that case non occupied.
The first price mentioned on our planning refers to one part of the house only (75sq) , the second price refers to both.

4 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms with toilets , one kitchen and one outside kitchen , two solar showers , two terraces with a sea view and view towards the genoise castle.
