You are in the heart of Burgundy and the wine estates and their Grands Crus, 15 km from Dijon, a gastronomic town, and 10 km from the Golf de Norges (18 holes), on a plot of 4000m2. This property, classified since July 17, 2018: 5 Stars in the Residence of Tourism category, by the Côte D'Or Tourism Development Agency, is located at the edge of the village and offers a magnificent view of dazzling nature. just opposite the property is a lime tree classified: Remarkable Tree of France! The house has just been refurbished.
5 bedrooms can accommodate 10 adults and 2 children (bunk beds), in addition there are 2 baby beds. The private swimming pool (10mx5m) is open from May 1 to September 15, it is heated and has a tarpaulin meeting safety standards. Swimming pool safety training will be provided upon arrival of (URL HIDDEN). A large wooden and stone beach allows you to fully enjoy it in summer. The house revolves around a large living room incorporating a kitchen with a luxury household appliance, including a double wine cellar so that you can taste Burgundy wines at ideal temperature and a fireplace. fireplace. The price includes bedding and linens, wood, and cleaning at the end of the stay. In season, you can enjoy the fruits (cherries, mirabelle plums, Reine-claude, apples, peaches, nuts). Amazing!

We had a fabulous time staying with our family at Pierre’s villa. We brought our young kids (ages 1 and 3) and their grandparents along with us. The house offered us plenty of space, great sleeping arrangements (especially the blackout blinds) and all utensils/appliances needed for cooking large family meals. The best part is we were able to create lasting family memories swimming in the pool while overlooking the French countryside. While we are not typically travelers that revisit the same place, if we ever found ourselves near Dijon in the future, we would absolutely rent this space again! Thanks for a fantastic first trip abroad with our kids!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans la maison de Pierre. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par la superbe piscine, parfaitement entretenue. La pièce de vie est spacieuse et lumineuse grâce aux baies vitrées, offrant une vue imprenable sur la piscine et le jardin. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter pour de futures vacances !

La maison est suffisamment spacieuse pour que chacun puisse s'isoler. Top la plancha, la terrasse, la piscine chauffée et les appareils de cuisine de haute technicité. Tous les ustensiles et plats nécessaires pour de grandes tablées. Nous avons fait de mémorables matchs de ping-pong. N'hésiterons pas à revenir si l'occasion se présente. Ideal for a family relaxing break.

Ideal property for a family getaway. Highlights: The layout of the property lent itself to indoor and outdoor entertaining. The outdoor lighting was fabulous and the open plan indoor area was perfect for group food preparation, more food preparation gadgets than a Michelin starred restaurant, allowing everyone to be involved whilst still allowing supervision of reading or gaming children. The outside barbecue and dining area was great. Guests were able to seamlessly switch from indoor to outdoor activities with pool, table-tennis, rocking bench (for reading), children’s swings outdoors and table football, indoor board games, very large modern TV, accepting a fire stick, and a great music system; although we used our portable speaker outside. The village was very quiet, with no shops, but the area was perfect for running and cycling (a perfect 7.2km loop run from the front door). Downsides: Only two loos and two showers; although loos separate from washing facilities. The bedding was typically French. We’d stay again, but next time I’d take our bikes and maybe my glider; two glider airfields nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

Merci Pierre & Muriel pour ce long week-end en famille. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison et ses environs. Le jardin, la piscine et la vue envoûtante sont le gros plus de la propriété. La maison est parfaite pour accueillir un grand groupe, beaucoup d'espace intérieur-extérieur et très bien équipée! Nous avons énormément profité de notre séjour et des équipements de la maison. La maison est encore plus agréable en vrai qu en photo ! Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. Les extérieurs sont superbes, l environnement campagne est propice au repos et aux balades en plein air, un endroit parfait pour un week-end en famille ou entre copains ! Magnifique demeure

Excellent équipement de la villa, tant pour l’intérieur (cuisine...) que pour l’extérieur (barbecue, piscine, jardin...) Une très belle vue, des balades sympas à proximité, mais juste profiter du jardin pour un séjour entre amis, avec enfants, c’était très très bien. On ne peut que recommander !!!

Une maison idéale pour le groupe de 11 amis que nous étions. L'accueil était très chaleureux et la maison tout à fait conforme à la description. Que des bonnes surprises sur place : une très belle maison dans un lieu calme, très bien entretenu, au sein d'une très belle région, à une vingtaine de minutes du centre ville de Dijon. Le propriétaire et sa collaboratrice ont été très à l'écoute sans être intrusifs. Nous recommandons à 100 % !

Une très agréable propriété bénéficiant d'un niveau inégalé de confort et d'équipement. Piscine chaude et éclairée, cuisine équipée très haut de gamme, ameublement luxueux... Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Pierres Villa wirklich sehr sehr angenehm verbracht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Die Außenanlagen ist auch sehr gut gepflegt. Das Wohn und Esszimmer noch geräumiger und die Schlafzimmmeraufteilung gelungen. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke Pierre das wir deine Villa bewohnen durften.

Ruheoase in verschlafenem Dorf

Am Ende des Dorfs Chaignay befindet sich dieses Haus auf einem wunderschönen Grundstück mit Postkartenaussicht auf die umliegenden Kornfelder. Das Farbenspiel von gelb, blau und grün ist Balsam für die Seele. Genau das Richtige, um sich zu erholen, unter schattenspendenden Bäumen zu relaxen und im grosszügigen Pool zu baden. Im Dorf selber gibt es keinen einzigen Laden, jedoch einen Brötchenservice, der morgens um 9.15 Uhr hupend durch die Strassen fährt. Das Haus und die Küche sind sehr gut ausgerüstet. Es hat sogar einen Bierzapfhahn und einem Weinschrank mit diversen Weinen aus der Bourgogne. Unsere zwei Familien mit 4 Kindern wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, instruiert und der Check-In wurde mit Sekt abgerundet. War etwas defekt, hat sich Pierre unmittelbar und unkompliziert darum gekümmert. Wir haben die Woche mit Temperaturen um die 40 Grad sehr genossen und können Ausflüge nach Dijon oder Beaune sehr empfehlen. Auch der Abendmarkt in Is-sur-Tille war eine sehr schöne Abwechslung. Wir konnten die Kultur (Musik, Tanz, Essen, Getränke) hautnah inmitten der Dorfbewohner miterleben und im Gespräch mit den Marktfahreren einige Gedanken austauschen. Wir können das Haus allen Menschen, die Ruhe abseits des Massentourismus suchen ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen!

Le domaine est splendide, très bien entretenu, avec une vue sud ouest totalement envoûtante en ces périodes estivales. Propriétaire aux petits soins, qui a vraiment le souci du détail , disponible et attentionné il saura vous mettre dans les meilleures dispositions pour vous faire profiter au mieux de son bien. Unbelievable Experience - the house and host could not have been better!!!

I cannot emphasize how pleased my family and I were to have been hosted by Pierre and his team. This was a benchmark example of hospitality from check-in/arrival through departure, and everything in between. The house was modern and described 100% accurately (actually understated). We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the ping pong table, the chef's kitchen, the outdoor grill, the wine cooler (stocked), comfort of two floors, and the picture-perfect views of the countryside. Pierre and his team have hospitality to a science. They greeted us upon arrival, gave us a thorough tutorial of the home and its resources, and were responsive to any questions we had during our stay. It is difficult to find modern homes in the heart of burgundy at a fair price. Our home's location was ideal and located in a quiet town 20 mins from the business of Dijon. I travel a lot and usually don't take the time to leave reviews however I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this experience was overall. You will not regret booking this home and working with such an amazing host. This truly was a 5-star experience.

Luxe ingerichte woning, op prachtige plek met mooi uitzicht. Erg genoten van het zwembad en de wijnkast. Voor 12 personen zijn de 2 badkamers wel wat weinig.
