The « Domaine de Bel Air » will charm you by its beautiful location, set in the greenery, of a floral park and a large olive grove. You will stay in a comfortable apartment – all on one level – with two large terraces, all fitted with comfortable furniture, and each extending onto a private garden overlooking the park. This dual orientation ensures a certain freshness in summer and a mild winter. It is an ideal place to relax and to take advantage of the sun all the year round in a region noted for its patrimony and for its countryside. Much more than just a holiday location, I have aimed to make it welcoming. You will receive a personal and warm welcome, and I am sure that you will not easily forget your stay Summer and winter you can recharge your batteries and enjoy a variety of activities nearby and easily accessible by the tramway. You will be only three minutes from the tram stop and in ten minutes it will take you to the town centre, and in half an hour you can continue right to the seaside.

A charming, comfortable and conveniently situated apartment, in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed our 4 night stay, would have liked to stay longer, with so much to see and do in and around Montpellier.

John was not very lucky because the air conditioning lift pump malfunctioned a few days before their arrival and its replacement could not be scheduled in time. However, it was not too hot at that time. It will be repaired very soon

Wonderful location, lovely apartment

We were here for an entire month and felt perfectly at home. The apartment has everything one needs for comfort. We cooked most meals at home and there were ample pots, pans, and loads of dishes. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was probably the best of any place we've stayed, with great hot water. Bring able to look out on greenery in February was especially appreciated. The wonderful Montpellier tram is a block away. It is clean, efficient, and apparently next year will be free for all. Communication with Nassiba was easy. Overall we loved our stay and hope to return.

Terrific 9 day stay at Nassiba's place

Nassiba's place is the perfect hub from which to explore the Montpellier area. It's very close to the #3 tram line which takes you into Centreville in little time. I also had a car so I bought all my groceries and provisions at the huge Auchan nearby. Nassiba has prepared a detailed and very helpful guidebook of day trips to destinations in the surrounding area (must see are Sauve and Sommières). The apartment was more than perfect for my needs. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom, bidet on the toilet, and a very comfortable livingroom. The Smart TV allowed me to watch my favourite shows after a long day and even had a bluetooth sound bar. There are two nice, outdoor terraces, only one of which I used but only twice because of the mosquitoes. The apartment complex grounds are quiet and flanked on one side by a good sided olive grove which is pleasant to walk around. Reserved parking is available underground which I used frequently. Nassiba was very responsive and helpful in her communications. I highly recommend Nassiba and her wonderful place!

An oasis of calm on the edge of the CBD

Only 4km from the Old Town (10 minutes by tram to Plan Cabanes, 15 mins to Gare St Roch - you can easily walk the distance too in about 40 minutes from the arch end of Rue Foch), this light and bright, ground floor apartment has everything you need for a quiet, calm and restful stay. Nassiba is a very thoughtful and very helpful host. She accommodated our checkin and checkout times with no problem and the kitchen is stocked with absolutely everything. The front and back gardens/terraces were lovely places to start and end the day. We have stayed in a number of apartments over our many years of foreign travel, and this is by far the closest to a home-away-from-home we have found - you can cook proper meals (there are spices, stocks, proper utensils etc), plus it was spotlessly clean and well maintained. You really do feel like a guest in someone's home. Nassiba has even prepared a folder of suggestions (with maps) of personal site-seeing and market favourites. It was no problem getting into town (we never waited more than 5 minutes for a tram) and the apartment is only steps from the tram stop, though as it is set back from the road amid rose gardens and olive groves, you would think you were in the country. There are two bakeries about 500m away as well as a very large supermarket less than 1km away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for short or long stays. Schönes Appartment zum Wohlfühlen

Das Appartment liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, aber die Straßenbahn fährt fast direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr schön mit zwei Terassen. Da sie auch von Nassiba genutzt wird, ist sie sehr wohnlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Zusätzlich gibt es von Nassiba sehr viele Tips für die Stadt, Ausflüge und Restaurants. Nassiba selbst ist nicht in Montpellier. Sie wird aber vor Ort von einer sehr freundlichen, sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Frau vertreten. Die Kommunikation mit beiden war super. Vielen Dank für alles!

Très agréable

Appartement idéalement situé, proche de tout (supermarchés, boulangerie, épicerie, tram…). L’appartement est très propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour se croire à la maison. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire avant le départ et de plus a mis à disposition des documents pour visiter la ville et les alentours. Merci encore pour l’accueil de Fatima et sa disponibilité. Je recommande ce lieu. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Montpellier.

Apartment in idyllic setting among olive trees yet a short tram ride to city centre

This apartment was located a five minute walk away from a short tram ride from city centre so easy to access all Montpellier had to offer without driving. The apartment is well equipped for self catering and has a spacious lounge with Internet and TV capabilities. There is a terrace to the front facing the quiet park and olive trees, ideal for morning breakfast. There is another terrace to the rear with was ideal for dinner when the sun changed position, also quiet .facing a small,garden. Well equipped kitchen with supplies available for your use. Shutters front and rear helped to keep the place cool as well as security although the area was very quiet and felt safe behind locked gates. Garage space was too small for our car but we found street parking outside with no problems. The absence of air conditioning in extremely hot weather we experienced was a negative but the fans would suffice in normal temperature conditions so we were just unfortunate. The owner Nassiba wasn't actually able to meet us but her helper Fatima met us and was very nice and helpful but Nassiba did phone us to check everything was OK. Fatima and did the same on our departure , so thanks for that.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super!

Das Feriendomizil ist sehr ruhig, obwohl die Straßenbahn in die Innenstadt und zum Strand vor der Tür abfährt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt . Die Eigentümerin ist sehr bemüht , es ihren Gästen an nichts fehlen zu lassen.

Un séjour magnifique

Nous avons passé deux semaines passionnantes dans cet hébergement formidable et nous avons pris du plaisir à l’appartement. Les pièces sont arrangés avec goût. Le placard à chaussure m’est plu au mieux. Les photos de logement sur la site internet concorde avec la réalité. Le supermarché, le boulanger et l’arrêt de tramway, on peut y aller facilement à pied. On peut bien gagner les plages en tramway ou en bus. Les villes de Sète, Nîmes, Arles, Carcassonne etc., elles sont bien atteintes de la gare de St Roch sauf pendant en grève. La communication avec Mme Nassiba s’est très bien passée par téléphone ou whatsapp parce que Madame habite et travaille à Amiens, mais une confidente très polie nous a accueilli. En bref : L’appartement de Mme Nassiba est une place magnifique pour passer des vacances à la plage ou des escapades citadines. Merci pour tous, Beate et Willi

Magnifique appartement avec jardins

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour d'une semaine dans ce confortable appartement, décoré avec goût par Nassiba. De plus, il est très bien situé, à quelques minutes de marche de l'efficace et beau tramway qui vous amène au centre historique de Montpellier. C’est un havre de paix et de confort grâce à son cadre extrêmement tranquille et à ses parcs et jardins très bien entretenus. Le matin au réveil, nous avons apprécié les petits déjeuner sur la terrasse ensoleillée et abritée face au petit jardin zen et au grand jardin méditerranéen merveilleusement calme (quel plaisir en plein mois de mars !). Au retour des journées de visites, nous avons apprécié de nous détendre sur la deuxième terrasse donnant sur les immenses jardins et oliveraie pour profiter d’un dernier rayon de soleil. Les jardins et le patio sont confortablement aménagés pour se détendre, paresser sur le grand sofa ou lire au soleil. L'appartement était propre et très bien entretenu ; les équipements sont tous récents et de bonne qualité. Les placards sont remplis d’un assortiment complet d’épicerie sèche et d’épices variées, un véritable luxe quand on ne reste qu’une semaine. Tout y est prévu, les produits divers et même la pharmacie de premier secours, sans oublier des informations touristiques complètes et personnalisées. Nassiba s’est montrée très disponible et nous a donné beaucoup d’informations avant notre séjour.

Excellente prestation

Appartement propre, confortable et fonctionnel. Conforme aux photos du site. Et quel calme !!! Aucun bruit pendant notre séjour d'une semaine. Le salon et la chambre sont convenablement chauffés. Le lit dans la chambre est confortable, la couchette dans le salon est plutôt dure. La place de parking couverte mise à disposition est pratique vu que le parking visiteurs ou dans la rue était souvent complet. Elle est étroite, la Renault Captur rentrait tout juste. La station de tramway est à quelques pas pour se rendre directement au centre ville. La communication avec Nassiba s'est très bien passée et la personne en charge de l'accueil est sympathique et arrangeante. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Très bel endroit pour séjourner à MTP

J'ai bien apprécié l'appartement spacieux de Nassiba dans un endroit tranquille à Montpellier. L'appartement est équipé de tout nécessaire pour cuisiner, faire un lavage, ou juste relaxer dans les oliviers. Toutes les informations sur le quartier proche et la ville ont été disponible. L'appartement est impeccable, avec les patios en avant et en arrière pour relaxer dehors. Le tram est juste à côté pour faire les sorties au centre-ville. Je recommande sans hésitation...Alison

Very comfortable apartment in excellent location

In October 2013, we enjoyed a week in Nassiba’s comfortable and tastefully decorated ground floor apartment. Whereas many self catering apartment contain the bare essentials, this apartment includes personal and homely touches. It is in a very good location, being only a few minutes’ walk from the efficient and fast tram system which takes you to the historic centre of Montpellier. The lock up garage is a real asset because we used our hire car to explore the many interesting places within easy driving distance of the apartment. Upon return from a day’s sightseeing, we enjoyed sitting on the patio looking out onto the expansive grounds and olive grove. This apartment provides easy access to the centre of Montpellier but also provides a very comfortable haven with its tranquil garden setting.

"We stayed at Domaine de Bel Air for two weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. The owner was most welcoming and the apartment was excellent. Set in an oasis of Olive trees yet only 100 metres from a brand new Tram station it is wonderfully placed to explore Montpellier and the surrounding countryside. The Tram gets you into the city centre in 15 minutes or to the coastal lagoons in half an hour. The City itself is really beautiful with a great mix of old and new. In fact we had such a good time that we book our next stay in the apartment before we ended this one!"

"Cet appartement est bien plus qu''une location de vacances. C''est un véritable havre de paix. Non seulement il est très fonctionnel et ne manque de rien sur le plan "confort matériel" en électroménager,TV, lecteur DVD etc mais encore il est très bien desservi par le tram et il est tout a fait possible de ne pas utiliser sa voiture. Côté Déco rien n''y est mis par hasard,j''ai vécu dans une ambiance fabuleuse avec petites bougies, bambous exotiques sur la terrasse où il y fait bon se relaxer sur les fauteuils. Les couleurs y sont reposantes, c''est l''endroit idéal pour se ressourcer. Cerise sur le gâteau, la personne qui m''a accueillie a été d''une extrême gentillesse et d''une extrême délicatesse. Je me suis sentie très vite,"chez moi". Le seul souci que j''ai rencontré est, que je ne voulais plus quitter cet espace de quiétude et de ravissement . Cet appartement est un réel Bonheur."
