This beautiful villa is ideally located on the hill 180 meters from sea level with a panoramic breathtaking view of the Aegean and only 1.5km away from the picturesque village centre of Kimi also known as the "the balcony of the Aegean".
Kimi is a 2.5 hour drive from Eleftherios Venizelos Athens International Airport. The Picturesque village boasts an elegant main square with traditional architecture and a breathtaking view of the aegean where one can also see the statue of George Papanikolaou, famous obstetrician and groundbreaking scientist. "The Laographico" museum can also be found a few minutes walk away.
Around the beautiful main square one can find supermarkets, cafeterias, restaurants, banks and pharmacies at very close proximity (walking).
Soutsini beach is located 400 meters away from the villa where one can swim in clean crystal blue waters. walking distance to this beach is around 15 minutes downhill and 7-10 minutes by car. located around the area are several other beautiful beaches one can go to exclusively by car for example Stomio beach, Mourteri beach (please see photos) and many more.

Love it!
The villa was beautiful with panoramic views of the Aegean sea. Extremely comfortable and only few minutes walk from the beach.
Property well maintained, clean and has everything you need. Owners were friendly with us. We had a very nice time and really enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend it.

Vue geniale, belle maison
Nous venons de passer à Kimi une semaine qui nous a tous remis en pleine forme.
Maison bien conçue- deux unités d’habitation unies de l’intérieur- totale liberté d’organisation.
Vue sur la mer et l’île de Skyros de tous les points de la propriété, et de la maison. Deux grandes terrasses au rez- de- chaussée et au premier étage. Propriété tranquille sans être trop isolée. Parking pour les voitures sur un terre- plain dans l’enceinte du jardin. Intérieur spacieux, meubles et literie hyper- confortables, deux cuisines équipées à fond. Les enfants ont beaucoup joué dans le jardin, et tout autour de la maison. Promenades ou randonnées - de différents niveaux - dans les environs. Excursions dans les villages alentour, découverte d’un petit centre équestre. Restaurants sympa, à Kimi même, -Les mûriers entre autres- cafés sur la place, encore très authentiques- aucun tourisme de masse. Bars et restaurants en terrasse en bord de plage, avec une bonne cuisine et de bons produits, calamars et seiches bien frais. Le propriétaire nous a très bien accueillis, il habite toute l’année à Kimi et intervient dès qu’on a besoin d’un renseignement ou d’une aide.
Notre séjour nous a fait aimer un environnement et un style de vie qui nous ont ressourcés.
