Beautiful, luxury 4 bedroom townhome meticulously maintained by the owners. Very private and quiet wooded location nestled between Center Village and West Village with a short 3 - 5 minute walk gets you to activities of the village. The location is ideal for mountain access in the winter for skiing. Walk out the back door, up the recreation path for 30 yds and cross the creek and you are on the ski area. Walk 100 yds to the west to the Woodward Express Chair lift or ski down to the Flyer High Speed Chair Lift or to the Eagle Gondola /Chair lift. Ski home to the back patio door by using the recreation path between Center and West Villages.

Only walking / biking paths and ski area trails can be seen from this property. It is quiet and hidden from streets, highways and parking lots. This townhome is accessed via an underground street to a private two car garage. Unload in comfort without the cold, snow or wind.

The townhome encompasses three floors on an end unit with many windows, surrounded by a magnificent evergreen forest. The unit has in-floor heating throughout and includes a conveniently separated floor plan with two bedrooms on the top (3rd) floor, an open kitchen and living area on the main (2nd) floor and two bedrooms on the ground (1st) floor. Top (3rd floor) bedroom #1 has a king sized bed attached bath, with 2 sinks a jetted tub and a glass enclosed shower. A princess balcony allows you to reach out and touch the forest and watch or listen to the creek flowing by in the summer.

Top (3rd floor) bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, attached full bath with tub and shower, private balcony overlooking the pools of the Cirque property with amazing sunset views of the Gore and Ten Mile mountain ranges.

Main living area (2nd floor) open kitchen, dining, living area with 1/2 powder bath. Cozy moss rock fireplace and hickory wood floors. Luxury kitchen with granite countertops, tile floor, stainless steel appliances and 5 burner gas cooktop. Butler/bar area includes granite countertop, wine cooler and sink. Attached large balcony with patio table and side chairs.

Ground (1st floor) bedroom #3 has a king size bed with attached bathroom with a class sliding door shower. This bedroom is surrounded with windows to the east and south, looking out to the evergreen forest. There is a TV/DVD in the armoire with cable and streaming capability

Ground (1st floor) bedroom #4 has child size (standard twin length but about 4 inches narrower than standard twin width) Murphy bunk beds that fold down from the wall and an oversized fold out sleeper chair. This bedroom has a wall mounted TV with cable and steaming capability.

A beautiful, large patio is located off of bedroom #4 and includes patio furniture, a ski locker and a private 6 person hot tub. This patio is the main ski in and walk out access to Copper Mountain and includes a security door with key pad lock - a private, confidential PIN code is provided for each reservation so guests never have to worry about keys for access; each member of your party can come and go easily.

The main hallway of the ground floor includes a small galley wet bar with tile floor, granite counter-top, microwave, mini-refrigerator, and a stacked full-sized washer and dryer. The ground floor provides access to the attached 2 car underground heated garage.

We loved the location of the house and the set up was perfect for our group (easy to get to slopes and Center Village for evening meals or shopping). The house is well furnished with kitchen supplies (dishes, pans, glasses, spices, etc.). They also had lots of games which we enjoyed in the evenings. Garage parking is huge plus and the hot tub was great. The host was proactive in providing information and very responsive and timely if we reached about anything. Highly recommend this host and home and look forward to a return stay!

Copper house

We really enjoyed our stay at Copper. The location of the house was great. The communication from the owner was excellent as Tom sent all the information about the house as we got close to our visit. Our stay was wonderful! Tom was SO helpful throughout the whole process! He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and was quick and responsive to texts. They accommodations were just as described and more. Beds were very comfortable. The ease of access to the slopes was awesome. I imagine in the summer it is also lovely to be right by the river. Would absolutely stay here again. Another positive was the place was quiet- did not hear much noise from others in different bedrooms. thank you for a great stay!!

Perfect location for family vacation

Our group included my family of 6 and my brother's family of four. In total, we had 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 14 to 2.5). There were comfortable sleeping options for everyone. We were very happy to be so close to the Schoolhouse, where kids lessons are located - it was a 3-5 minute walk to the lesson area. Super convenient to get to center village also, probably a 5-6 minute walk to the central area near American Eagle Lift. The home itself was perfect for our group and well stocked with all the kitchen items we needed to cook all of our own meals. Tom was a wonderful host and was very easy to contact when needed. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Winter Break Trip

This townhouse is the perfect place to stay at Copper Mountain. The host was so accommodating with answering any question we had prior to arriving and allowing us to get in a bit early. We were welcomed with “treats” that they had left for us that were so yummy. The town house is very spacious and allowed our family of 6 room to spread out and still have enough room in the common areas to hang out together and play games. With great directions from the host, we were able to identify paths that allowed us to only carry our skis about 10 yards before we could ski down to the lift. An even better bonus is we could ski all the way home to the back door. The private hot tub after a full day of skiing was another great treat! Not to mention you are a very short walk from both the Center Village and the West Village. We did Apres Ski each day in the Center Village as well as a few meals. We liked Dukes and Saw Mill Pizza. We cooked all breakfast meals and several dinners in the town house. The kitchen is well stocked. They even have spices, olive oil and few basics available so you don’t have to start from scratch. They have a crock pot which was nice to be able to turn on before skiing and have dinner all ready when we returned home. The place is decorated well, the beds are comfortable and the location CAN NOT be beat! A favorite family vacation for our crew!

Family Ski Vacation

The vacation property was well laid out and very comfortable, giving us plenty of room for the 6 days we were skiing. Perfect location for our granddaughter who went to ski school. Short walk to ski school and we were able to ski down for lunch each day. The underground parking was great.

Great Family Experience

This location was great for our family. We were able to enjoy each other and still have space to have privacy. The hot tub was a hit after skiing and the family games in the common area were filled with laughter and fun in a perfect environment. We loved this home and Tom was the best host.

I would highly recommend. The place was beautiful, great location right off the slopes. It exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay there again. Family Friendly & Spacious for Large Group

We loved staying in Tom’s condo! It was perfect for our 3 families to get together without feeling on top of one another. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus there’s a 1/2 bath on the main floor. We made good use of the washer/dryer, the wine fridge, the extra fridge on the bottom floor, definitely the hot tub, and definitely the fireplace with an on/off switch! The kitchen and dining area had enough room for our group of 9 plus 3 guests that joined us for dinner (the kids ate at the coffee table in the living area, but there was also a folding table available in a closet if needed). There were tons of games, DVDs, and books, and even sleds in the cabinet on the porch, so when we finished skiing we still had plenty to keep us entertained! The radiant heat was perfectly cozy, and the balconies/porches off of each bedroom were a nice way to welcome each day! Tom and his wife left us a sweet welcome basket, and accommodated my request for a crock pot and humidifiers for each bedroom. They were truly the best hosts! They checked in on us throughout our trip to make sure we were able to manage the major snowstorm that came during our trip, and were readily available to answer any questions we had. We will definitely rent this condo again the next time we visit Copper Mountain!

This townhouse was absolutely perfect. The owners attention to detail was fantastic. There are almost too many items I was impressed with to mention, but I'll try! Location- not the best ski out, but doable and centrally located between Flyer and Woodward (was Union Creek) lifts. Ski in is pretty easy. The hottub on the ski side of the mountain a must! Besides the There really wasn't anything to complain about.

Spectacular and Convenient

My family stayed here for a pre-Christmas ski vacation and had a wonderful time. The townhome was warm and welcoming with a great open main floor for gathering. Location was excellent - a short walk to the lifts and easy to ski back to the patio area. We were a group of intermediate/beginner skiers so being between Central and West Villages was just perfect. Tom and Karen were fantastic hosts. Very easy to reach with questions. They went out of their way to make our visit to Copper a highly enjoyable experience and it was much appreciated by all!

Great mountain getaway

My family absolutely enjoyed this property. Great quite location with biking/walking trails right outside the door. In the front entrance we loved the grass area set with a BBQ and a fire pit to cook smores. We are pretty picky about staying in a clean house and this didn't disappoint! We probably will be back in the future. All the games left was a plus too as we wont need to bring them next time. Jim
