Dear Sara and Paul We are not responsible for : -The hot summer in Normandy this year, that made the nights very hot. -The fact that you chose a very touristic country and Honfleur was this year especially crowdy. -The small lanes belong to the area and make the country so lovely and quiet. However, we do regret some things : -As we already told you when you were at home We’re really sorry about the ustensils and crockery you had to wash. We regret you didn’t communicate about that before washing them. We would have reacted immediately, as usual ! (Please read all the other comments !) -What we deeply regret is that we didn’t cancel your reservation instead of kindly giving you more time (several weeks) because of the supposed quaranteen. We regret all this especially since you didn’t call us directly but when you called homeaway or wrote them to complain… This is not our way to communicate, we prefer simplicity in the relations, and that’s exactly what people coming at home do appreciate (once again, you can read the previous comments) We hope you’ll have better experiences in France in the coming years.
