Charming Seaside Villa

My wife and I visited from Canada and spent 4 days in the villa during a 2 week trip to Italy and staying in this villa was the absolute highlight. The location couldn’t be more perfect, being able to walk to the Cala dell’acquaviva to swim several times a day is perfection. If a five minute walk along the water is too far there is also a small private swimming spot with direct access from the property. There’s even an outdoor shower for after swimming, which is a dream. The massive rooftop deck is a great spot for meals or evening drinks. We didn’t have any issues that required assistance but the hosts Linda & Stefano were friendly and wonderful people. The small town of Castro nearby is charming and quaint, we rented a boat for the day and went to town for groceries and morning coffee. My wife and I will be back and hopefully sooner rather than later. Thank you Linda & Stefano!!

Beautiful place

So much better than individual pictures can show. Lots of outdoor spaces, a beautiful Mediterranean garden with direct access to the sea and a short walk to a great beach. An outdoor shower and gorgeous covered sunbathing/relaxing/eating terrace with a 5* view. Highly recommend

Toller Urlaub

Tolle Lage des Hauses mit wunderschönem Ausblick von der Dachterrasse. Die Lage entschädigt für andere kleine Nachteile. Es ist gut ausgestattet und die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und haben bei kleinen Fragen schnell und freundlich reagiert. Die Kommunikation fand ausschließlich auf italienisch statt. Am Ende waren wir mit dem Preis Leistung Verhältnis zufrieden! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Wir würden vielleicht kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge geben wollen: - Matratzen können ausgewechselt werden - viele Defekte Töpfe in der Küche können entsorgt werden - die Schränke sind leider nicht nutzbar, weil sie riechen. Das ist verständlich bei der Feuchtigkeit vom Meer. Vielleicht wären Offene Regale aus Metall besser? Wir haben unsere Sachen einfach im Koffer gelassen. - Das wlan muss auch dringend repariert werden. 😉 Ich habe das Objekt dennoch schon weiter empfohlen! Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Vielen Dank!!!
