Quiet and air-conditioned apartment with a beautiful terrace of approximately 23 sq.m and decorated with plants. It is calm, discreet, private, laid-out, and sunny with views over Canet.
There is a wonderful view of the sea, harbour, and mountains. It is located on the 9th and last floor, and there are 2 lifts in this luxury building next to the harbour:
You will find 2 rooms + a 33 sq.m cabin, 1 of which has a living room and the other is a bedroom with a balcony of approximately 7 sq.m. Both of them are overlooking the sea and the harbour. You will also find a separate WC, a functional bathroom with tub and washbasin, a kitchen area, a 4 ring ceramic hob, an electric microwave, a refrigerator-freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and coffee maker.
We also offer Wi-Fi, a printer available, canal +, satellite, 2 flat screen TVs, stereo system, and cupboards for storage.
Sleeps 6: 1 double bed of 140, 1 double sofa bed of 140 bought in March 2012, very comfortable; 2 bunk beds of 70 and 190 for 2 people in the cabin with marine style decoration and 1 additional cot upon request.

There is a private and shared car park, as well as 2 lifts leading to the apartment floor.

Situation proche de la plage et commerces, la terrasse est le principal atout pour la vue. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Cependant, problème de tv dans la chambre, clim vieillissante et bruyante à revoir idéalement ainsi que des bains de soleil seraient plus confortables plutôt que des fauteuils bien que ceux-ci ont été apportés rapidement suite au transat déchiré car bien usé.

Très bien accueillis par Laurent, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement avec des vues magnifiques sur le port et la plage. La terrasse est superbe et offre un spectacle dont on ne se lasse pas. La résidence est très bien placée, au calme, juste quelques fois perturbé par des mouettes matinales... Climatisation dans la pièce de vie, wifi, canal+, ascenseur, parking à proximité. Nous avons quitté cet appartement avec regrets.

Prachtig uitzicht, maar….

In het hele appartementencomplex mogen de kleine balkons niet gebruikt worden wegens kans op afbreken van de balustrade. Rond het gebouw is alles afgezet met hekken, ziet er niet uit. Dit is al een aantal maanden zo. Het terras is geweldig! Ruime slaapkamer, maar een (te) klein bed 140x200 en een hard matras. We hebben zelfs luchtbedden gekocht. Badkamer is gerenoveerd: 👌 Keuken voldoet. Alles was prima schoon. Leuke lokatie met geweldig uitzicht.

Très bon séjour à Canet en roussillon, rien à dire. Appartement très propre et fonctionnel ( Gros plus pour la gentille intention à notre arrivée de la part du fils du propriétaire très sympathique.) Nous avons été très déçu par cet appartement a notre arrivée, propreté très douteuse, mobilier à revoir car daté, électroménager à remplacer lave vaisselle et machine à laver, salle de bain sale et en mauvaise état. Terrasse, très belle vue, malheureusement impossible de s'installer car envahi par énormément de mouettes et store utilisable à cause du vent, barbecue cassé et inutilisable, séchoir complétement rouillé impossible de s'en servir; bain de soleil sur la terrasse à oublier(mouette agressive) également petit déjeuner et repas à prendre a l intérieur.

Appartement très agréable et bien placé

Ns avons été très bien accueilli par le fils du propriétaire. L’appartement était très propre, lumineux et très agréable avec de nombreux rangements. Le seul bémol est la marche assez haute pour accéder à la terrasse car notre chienne est vieillissante et avait du mal à sauter cette marche. La vue de la terrasse est très belle. Ns avons passé de très bonnes vacances avec toutes les commodités à proximité. A noter les pizzas délicieuses juste sur le port à côté de l’appartement et les restos à côté aussi. On peut tout à fait passer des vacances sans voiture 👍
