Stone house completely independent on the mountainside over 2 ha of land down to the river with private swimming. Located in the heart of the parks of the Ardèche mountains, it offers close to many possibilities for activities (trout river, proximity to thermal spas Vals les Bains, Neyrac les Bains and many hiking and mountain biking trails between the maquis of the volcanic plateaus with sources of the Loire and Ardèche and Mediterranean scrubland)

très bon séjour. Maison charmante au calme avec son ruisseau magique ,l accès un peu plus compliqué . sinon rien a dire maison très bien équipé. se garer en marche arrière et conseillé . l accueil de Mathieu ou Allison personne très agréable et sympathique. belle ballade a faire a pieds ou a voiture . Hébergement avec rivière proche, environnement calme avec nature, grande terrasse avec belle vue sur la rivière. Bon équipement dans la cuisine mais un peu juste pour la literie (manque de couette ).

Logement très compliqué à trouver le propriétaire avait omis de nous donner l'adresse précise a notre arrivée nous avons découvert des extérieurs très mal entretenus l'accès véhicule très compliqué voir impraticable la maison était propre mais en ce qui concerne son état c'est une autre histoire tous les volets sont soit pourris ou cassés la porte d'entrée aurait besoin d'un bon coup de peinture la salle de bain trop petite avec un équipement à revoir Bergerie rénovée ... foutaise elle aurait besoin d'être rénovée Nous sommes très décus de ce logement à fuir Seul point positif l'accueil d'Allison très sympa et dévouée pour le propriétaire pourvu que c'à dure .....note 0 / 0

Sehr schöne Lage mit Zugang zum Bergbach. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Tolle Wanderrouten in der Umgebung. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte für die Nacht Ohrstöpsel mitbringen, das Rauschen des Baches ist sehr laut. Nachteil ist, dass die Scheiben der Fenster nachts von innen stark beschlagen, selbst, wenn das Fenster leicht geöffnet bleibt, die Feuchtigkeit im Haus scheint hoch zu sein. Klarer Minuspunkt waren die Kissen des Bettes. Haben uns eigene gekauft und da gelassen. Insgesamt schönes Urlaubserlebnis, mit kleinen Kindern vielleicht nicht optimal.

Vacances en famille des enfants adultes

Nous avons passés une semaine fort agréable, en plein nature, rivière très propre et fraîche, mais « baignable » en plaine canicule ! Normale, c’est la montagne. Deux petit bémols - la maison est relativement brouillante entre les étages. Aussi un peu juste pour 6 adultes - et une toilette commune avec la salle de bain. Mais ce n’est pas vraiment une surprise non plus - c’est marqué dans le descriptif.

Prachtige locatie, groot prive terrein, beekje onderaan de weide achter het huis

Prachtige locatie, natuur, rust, ruimte en privacy. Grote weide achter het huis, onderaan een beekje (met grote keien) waar het heerlijk vertoeven is. Waterschoenen zijn wel prettig! Verwacht geen uitgesproken luxe huis, maar zeker knus en prima voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Prachtig terras. Mooie wandelingen gedaan bij Pont du Diable, Thueyts (half uurtje rijden). Kanoën vanaf Vallon Pont dArc is een aanrader en qua afstand nog prima te doen (uurtje rijden). Eveneens mooie wandeltocht gedaan bij Bois de Païolive, een uur rijden van Juvinas (stevige wandelschoenen vereisd). We hebben erg genoten en hopen nog eens terug te gaan naar dit paradijsje in de natuur!

L'Ardèche comme on aime !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines, en famille (4 adultes et 2 enfants), dans cette maison qui est fidèle à la description et aux photos. La proximité avec la route n'est pas gênante car la maison est vraiment tournée vers la montagne et la rivière. L'accès direct à la rivière est très appréciable, avec suffisamment d'eau pour se baigner (même en cette période de canicule). Le terrain très escarpé n'est pas adapté pour les personnes qui se déplaceraient avec difficulté et nécessite la surveillance des parents pour les jeunes enfants. Mais le décor est superbe ! La route pour rejoindre Vals se fait très facilement (10-15 minutes), mais il ne faut pas oublier le pain ou le sel car il n'y a pas d'épicerie accessible à pied. La maison est à proximité de nombreux sites magnifiques, entre nord et sud de l'Ardèche.

Prachtig gelegen vakantiehuis voor wie van rust houdt.

De woning ligt direct aan een niet drukke, smalle weg in een prachtige omgeving. Het huis is zeer goed uitgerust, veel bestek, servies, pannen, een koel/vriescombinatie, vaatwasser, wasmachine. Terras met mooi uitzicht op de tuin en de beek beneden. Eigenaar Mathieu is heel gastvrij en enthousiast. Dankzij de boeken die hij in het huis had liggen hebben we de mooiste dingen uit de omgeving kunnen bekijken. Hij spreekt ook goed engels! Boodschappen kan je doen in een plaats op 10-15 minuten rijden. De slaapkamers boven zijn ruim maar er is boven geen toilet (vloer kraakt erg dus je hoort het als er 's nachts iemand naar beneden gaat). Sommige meubels zijn gedateerd (bank, bureaustoel). Maar overall vooral erg genoten van het huis en de prachtige plek! Aanrader!

Notre séjour fût à la hauteur de nos attentes. Cette demeure est très agréable, fonctionnelle.

Calme, sérénité, bien-être procurés par cette très belle demeure et sa situation au cœur de la nature. Bercé par le son de la Riviere en contre-bas, on se laisse à rêver sur cette grande terrasse ensoleillée la dominant. Cette belle maison est très bien équipée, il n'y a qu'à poser ses valises, chausser ses baskets et profiter des belles balades. Un havre de paix. Le propriétaire est très accueillant. Nous vous remercions pour votre confiance et votre gentillesse.

Gut zu empfehlen!

Wir waren für 3 Wochen in dem Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Leider schlug am 4. Tag der Blitz in das Haus ein (dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts) und die Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten waren beeinträchtigt. M. Benard war aber sofort bemüht, für einen entsprechenden Ersatz für den defekten Router zu sorgen. Wir wurden freundlichst empfangen und das Haus bietet wirklich alles, was benötigt wird; vor allem die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Einziges kleines Manko war die Tatsache, dass die auf den Photos zu sehende Senseo Kaffeemaschine nicht zum Inventar gehört, wir mussten die Pads dann aufschneiden. Abschließend noch ein Hinweis für Hundebesitzer: Für ältere, große Hunde können die vielen Treppen zum Haus bzw. zum Sonnenplatz am Bach problematisch werden.

Encadrement exceptionel ! Maison tout confort ! Proprietaire super gentil ! Ceux qui aiment la nature, les balades et la tranquillité .... c'est ici ! Een groene top-locatie ! Zowel voor wandelingen in de buurt als uitvalsbasis voor daguitstappen. Alles aanwezig : BBQ, plonsriviertje "La Besorgues" , ligweide, schaduw of zon, parking (max 2 wagens).
