Dear Friends, my family is the owner of VILLA Rosa dei Venti , a villa in the Countryside with pool , and Diamante Flat in the town with NO POOL. Here I would like to show you how wonderful is DIAMANTE . DIAMANTE is Large size apartment renovated and decorated in every minor detail. Apartment is fully furnished and equipped. it is composed of 3 rooms. 1 double bedroom with bathroom ensuite, 1 double bedroom , a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with tube, kitchen with dining-room, living room with sofa . The capacity is of 6 pax
The apartment has a terrace too.. from the kitchen to the living room.Located in a small village called Foiano della Chiana with two Grocery stores, butcher’s shop, pharmacy, newsvendor, bank and LFI ( bus), restaurant, two breakfast bars and a Catholic Church. Outlet village 5 minutes by car, it offers the possibility to quickly reach the main historical and artistic sites as Florence, Siena, Perugia, Montepulciano, Assisi, Gubbio, Pienza, Montalcino, Arezzo, San Gimignano.
The apartment has a terrace too.. from the kitchen to the living room.Located in a small village called Foiano della Chiana with two Grocery stores, butcher’s shop, pharmacy, newsvendor, bank and LFI ( bus), restaurant, two breakfast bars and a Catholic Church.
