About this property

Quinta da Pedra - the ideal combination of countryside, beach and sports!

Our 2 villas lay in the beautiful countryside of the Algarve, filled with sunshine and away from city lights and noise.
Here you’ll be able to spend memorable times with your families and friends.
We offer 2 villas as the perfect match for big or multiple families, who wish to spend enjoyable times together and yet still be able to keep their basic privacy. For certain periods we also take reservations for only one of the villas.
Each villa is able to host 8 people and has enough space for a comfortable and relaxing time. The surroundings are filled with entertainment and nature opportunities. From ping-pong championships to strolls up the hill to check out the sea view, it’s all there and included.

NOTE:
During summer months (Jul & Aug) we do not take reservations starting or ending outside of the weekend days. This means that check ins/outs are on either Saturday or Sunday.
We do not accept reservations from young people looking for a place to gather, party or celebrate bachelor parties with friends.


It must be mentioned that the website charges a fee that can go up to 12% of the total price of the booking. In case you are really interested in booking and would like to get a fair price, please send us a message.

We never rent the villas to different groups, so privacy and exclusivity are guaranteed.
We’re happy to receive your booking details and help you with the best rental configuration and optimized cost. We also offer the possibility of renting only the main villa (best for max 8 people) and an additional double room, in case your group does not exceed 10 people.

Be sure to check the pictures and the nearby locations. We recommend to have a car to move around, despite the lovely walks that can be taken in the surrounding area and to the beach.
Beach and the Golf course are 5min away by car; the nearest village is 2.5 km away and the city of Lagos is 10min away by car.

Two fabulous Villas, perfect for large groups

The villas and the facilities exceeded our expectations. A great venue for large groups or two families. Both villas are very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The playroom has plenty of room and the pool is set perfectly for sun and shade. An easy drive to main roads leading to many lovely towns, beaches and restaurants. Communication was great and owners very helpful and friendly.

Super family stay

We spent one week here and it was the highlight of our holidays. The location felt remote but was 10 min drive from Lagos. The football pitch/tennis court, table tennis in the basement and the pool kept all the teens and kids happy. Excellent outdoor amenities and very comfortable lodgings were appreciated by the adults. Loved it, and could easily have spent longer.

Fantastic stay

We had the best time staying at this property. Paulo was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. We maxed out on numbers with 16 of us staying here and it still felt like we had lots of space for everyone. Pool was great and tennis court a bonus! Location is a little remote though Ubers/taxis are cheap and only 10 minutes into Lagos. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay again in the future!

Amazing family holiday

This was a family vacation to remember! The Villa and surroundings were incredibly beautiful. It was extremely spacious, enough that three families of 4 people stayed comfortably, never feeling on top of one another. All necessary utilities were included-we were initially worried about the lack of air conditioning, but the nights were cool and breezy so would not have used it anyways! The amenities were such an added bonus…beautiful pool, tennis courts, soccer nets, games tables and bikes. Also, as long as you have a car, the beach, grocery store and the downtown area of Lagos were just a short drive away. We would absolutely return to this amazing accomodation. Thanks to the hosts for an incredible stay!

Superb stay in a lovely villa

We were an extended group from 0-70, we had a great week in the two villas, they were as described (in fact even better with a 'proper' cot, lots for children, tennis rackets/balls, enough loungers for everyone...) The pool was fantastic in size and well maintained. Very clean in both houses. Useful to bring insect repellent for evenings. We loved the location, quiet and not overlooked, just be aware you're a little drive away from anywhere. (Certainly not a negative for us as we wanted somewhere quiet) (12/15 min drive into Lagos for food/shops/marina. 10/15 mins to beaches. Communication was good before and during, as was check in, thank you to Paulo/Ana for this. We certainly hope to return and would recommend for extended families/large groups wanting a quiet holiday together with a lovely pool and plenty of space.

Deux belles maisons avec une très belle piscine. Il y a tout le confort souhaité matériellement (machine laver linge et vaisselle, vaisselle, casseroles...) l emplacement se trouve vraiment isolé de la ville ce qui amène le calme mais la route pour y accéder est un peu chaotique car faite de sable et de pierres. Les propriétaires sont joignables rapidement et répondent à toutes nos questions.... Un bel endroit pour des vacances au calme, au soleil en famille

A nossa estadia na Quinta da Pedra foi absolutamente incrível e superou todas as nossas expectativas! Desde o momento que chegamos, fomos muito bem recebidos, e a Ana foi muito atenciosa e prestativa durante toda a nossa estadia. As casas e espaços circundantes estavam impecavelmente limpos e com tudo o que precisávamos. Os quartos são espaçosos e bem equipados, com camas muito confortáveis. A localização é muito boa, a curta distância de supermercados e serviços, bem como das excelentes praias e da cidade de Lagos. As comodidades oferecidas pelo alojamento são de primeira classe, incluindo uma piscina fantástica, uma sala de jogos fresca e com várias alternativas de divertimento. O campo de ténis é ótimo e rodeado de natureza, com espaços de relaxamento. A ligação wi-if é rápida e confiável, o que é sempre algo a ter em conta nos dias de hoje! Two weeks in August

The Villa was perfect for a group of 13 of all ages. Spacious, clean, private and everything you need for your stay. The layout of the Villa's and the BBQ area around the pool is ideal for both relaxing in the day and socially in the evening. The hosts give you privacy but are also there if you need them. We've stayed in many Villas but this one is the best so far. I would recommend it

Very enjoyable week in a lovely villa

14 of us enjoyed the swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis etc etc in this very spacious property. Several trips to the beach and into Lagos were easily done. Car is essential as nothing is walking distance.

A beautiful Quinta

A very comfortable 2 weeks spent in the Quinta which is made up of 2 houses surrounding a large courtyard and pool area. They both have everything you could ever want. We were 3 families with kids 12years and had a brilliant time. The area is quite rural but access to beach with fab restaurant only 8mins drive and Lagos 15mins. The amenities in the house were brilliant. The tennis court, table tennis, table football, bikes to use were such great assets and the pool is a nice large size with a communal eating area and bbq for meal times. The house was immaculately clean too. The evenings in July can be warm but with masses of windows that all had mosquito nets, the houses feel very airy. I would highly recommend staying if you like to have your own space away from the tourist hustle but with everything on your doorstep if you need it.

Muy contentos de haber escogido esta casa, en las fotos no se ve lo amplia y bonita que es, es muy cómoda para pasar unas vacaciones en familia y amigos. Todo está muy muy limpio y ordenado y la gente de la casa son muy buenos y serviciales siempre que les pedimos algo nos atendieron de maravilla y rápidamente, el jardinero lo mismo. Uno no sabe que se va a encontrar y en este caso fue una grata sorpresa. Sin duda la recomiendo.

Gerne wieder, warum mit 8 Leuten vor Ort. Das riesen Grundstück liegt mit Blick auf Meer ganz ruhig gelegen. Super Kommunikation, von Ankunft über Fragen bei Problemen. Zwei schmucke Häuser,gut gepflegt, grosser Pool, viele Sportmöglichkeiten. Nur zum empfehlen.
