Villa Naturis is the perfect retreat for a peaceful holiday in Alvor, surrounded by nature and equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Located in a quiet area just minutes from the centre and the beach, this modern villa offers comfort, space, and privacy.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room, a dining area with garden views, and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the dining room. This floor also includes a double bedroom, a shared bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms and another shared bathroom with a shower.

The rooftop terrace offers relaxing countryside views, ideal for unwinding at the end of the day.

Outdoors, a swimming pool overlooking the countryside invites you to soak up the Algarve sun. The garden features fruit trees, a comfortable lounge area by the pool, a trampoline for children’s fun, and a barbecue for enjoying meals outdoors with family or friends.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.

Prices for up to 8 people.
The 9h and 10th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
