Very nice property, fully equipped, in perfect condition. Also the very large garden with the heated swimming pool is very nice.(Beware that you cannot charge your electric car on site.)

Excellent gite with a beautiful garden

We had a lovely time staying here. The gite has everything you need and the little extras such as the bottle of local cider and a cake when we arrived were delightful. Cathy, our host, was very helpful and gave us some good ideas of places to visit.The pool was surprisingly warm and very clean. The garden around the gite was beautiful, especially the roses which were in full bloom.

The property was lovely, very clean and with all the mod cons. Had a lovely holiday and the swimming pool was a bonus, our kids loved it and spent hours using it. Our host was lovely, gave us lots of tips of what to do in the area. Even though we spoke only a little French and she spoke a little English we had no difficulty communicating.

Beautiful Gite stay in Brittany

My family and I had the best time at Gites de la Garenne. It was set in the most beautiful garden and was very spacious. The kids would have happily played in the heated pool all day if we’d have let them! There is plenty to do within driving distance of the Gite, it is a great place for exploring Brittany. Cathy was a wonderful host and was very helpful for our needs. We would love to visit again!

Schöne Auszeit für die Familie

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist genau so, wie man es auf den Fotos sieht. Das Grundstück ist riesig und unsere Kinder haben vor allem die Spielmöglichkeiten (Rutsche, Schaukel) und vor allem den Pool genossen. Da das Wetter in der Bretagne wechselhaft sein kann, fanden wir - Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern - es optimal, dass wir an einem Regentag zu Hause Platz und einen überdachten Pool hatten. Zudem gibt es noch einen Tischtennisplatte, eine Boule-Fläche und ein paar Fahrräder. Zum Fahrradfahren ist die Gegend aber eher nicht geeignet. Mit dem Auto ist man in etwas 45 Minuten an zahlreichen Orten und Stränden. Wir haben die Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge genutzt. Unsere Gastgeberin hat uns dazu zahlreiche Tipps gegeben. Wir fühlten uns willkommen und sehr nett aufgenommen. Von den beiden Schlafzimmern hat eines keine richtige Tür, sondern Vorhänge. Unsere Kinder haben trotzdem gut geschlafen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Traumhafter Ort

Das Ferienhaus ist ein traumhafter Ort, der zum Verweilen an Pool, beim Bool oder beim Lesen auf der Terrasse zwischen Blumen einlädt. Es ist aber auch ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um die Bretagne (Finistere) zu entdecke. Die Gastgeberin hat uns tolle Ausflugstipps gegeben. Sehr zu empfehlen!

au milieu de nulle part, loin de tout mais en fait proche de tous les lieux d'intérêt du sud finistère... une excellent adresse pour se reposer et pouvoir aller où on veut... le gite est très très bien aménagé, on s'y sent très vite chez soi. Le jardin, la piscine en font une adresse de choix. Avec de plus un accueil de qualité.

Excellent gite with a fabulous pool!

We stayed for 2 weeks in July 2018 and had a great time. The Gite was beautifully maintained and cleaned well in preparation for our arrival. The blinds and shutters did a great job of managing the heat/light so even the kids managed to sleep late. We all loved the pool, especially when we learned how to push the cover back to make it an outdoor pool. The pool is well maintained and cleaned each week which was much appreciated. The gardens are huge and the kids loved playing hide & seek etc. I even managed to hang my hammock between a couple of trees and chill out. The owner was very welcoming and shared lots of great information about local activities and tourist information. The owner lives locally so while we didn't feel they were breathing down our neck, they were very attentive; taking care of any issues promptly. The location is quite rural so a a short drive required to do most things (pick up bread etc) but within 20 min of good sized supermarkets and 30 min of the coast. We had a lovely visit to the walled city in Concarneau and Bonobo Parc in Quimper was a big hit with the kids. Tour de France was a big highlight and the owner thrilled the kids by arriving with tour hats & badges for them before we went out to cheer on the cyclists. All in all a great holiday and a great Gite!

Très beau séjour ensoleillé !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le gîte montagne noire. L'accueil a été très chaleureux et nous avons eu tous les conseils pour profiter de la région. La piscine chauffée et couverte a été très très appréciée ! Quel bonheur de se baigner après une journée de visite. Nous avons aussi profité du fameux soleil breton : 20° et promenades en t-shirt à la Toussaint ! Nous reviendrons et avons conseillé l'adresse à nos amis. Famille Prévost

Magnifique Bretagne

Accueil très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires. L'appartement est très accueillant, très bien entretenu et très propre. L'équipement ( électroménager) est irréprochable. De plus les alentours sont vastes, bine entretenus et c'est idéal pour une famille avec enfants. Un plus pour la Bretagne, une piscine couverte et chauffée qui permet de se détendre après une journée de visite et ceci par n'importe quel temps. Nous avons été très bien conseillés pour les visites du Finistère que ce soit les lieux à ne pas manquer et les restaurants incontournables. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Excellent gîte

Séjour de deux semaines en août 2015. Gîte à conseiller vivement. Propriétaires très sympas. Accueil chaleureux et explications détaillées des activités possibles à faire dans la région. Petit cadeau à l'arrivée, de quoi bien commencer son séjour. Maison très bien équipée. Lave-vaisselle très silencieux. Machine à laver et séchoir à linge modernes et économiques. Literie un peu dure à notre goût mais c'est difficile de contenter tout le monde dans ce domaine. Stores occultants dans les chambres afin de bien dormir. Chouette chambre pour les enfants, jeux de sociétés et jouets disponibles. Belle piscine couverte et chauffée, la température de l'eau est vraiment très agréable. La piscine est à partager avec les autres locataires des deux autres gîtes. Transats, meubles de jardin et barbecue disponibles sur la terrasse. La région est magnifique et on y mange bien. Une belle première expérience en Bretagne.

Confort et accueil parfait

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour : confort, décoration soignée, piscine au top et tout ce qu'il faut pour que les enfants ne manquent de rien pour s'amuser. La région est magnifique et le gîte idéalement situé pour se déplacer facilement. Sans oublier l'accueil hyper chaleureux des propriétaires au petits soins pour nous offrir un très agréable séjour. Vivement conseillé pour un bon séjour familial d'ailleurs nous reviendront.

Très bon gîte!

Nous avons pu decouvrir le Finistère dans un cadre très agreable. Le gîte etait tres confortable, moderne, bien équipé. Nous sommes parti avec nos 3 enfants dont 1 bébé, il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait: chaise haute, lit à barreaux, barrière pour l'escalier, table a langer et jeux pour les 2 grands. La piscine chauffée et couverte etait aussi top! Le jardin avec barbecue et meubles de jardin etait très agréable. Le seul bémol serait sur le jardin qui n'est pas fermé donc surveillance avec de jeunes enfants.FLORENCE D. (France)

Gite bien équipé, piscine très agréable. Au calme loin du bruit. Renseignements touristiques donnés à l'arrivée. Brochures dans le gite. à une heure de Brest, 45 mn du Crozon, Douarnenez...20 mn de Quimper. Nous avons passez de bonnes vacances. Les petites attentions comme le cidre, les pommes de terre du jardin et les crêpes de bienvenus ont été très très appréciées.
