The house is very bright and very sunny.
It consists on the ground floor of a large garage with electric door.
On the 1st, living dining room and open kitchen opening onto a small outdoor terrace and another living room with the indoor swimming pool heated to 28/30 degrees, year-round, RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY for tenants
On the second floor two bedrooms with a 140/190 bed and a private bathroom in each, and a bathroom with bathtub with the staircase that leads to the 3rd bedroom on the mezzanine with the 90/190 child bed and another bed 140/190. ideally located for visiting Finistère from north to south and from west to east.

Great location, friendly host

Great location, very useful to have your own garaged parking space so near to town. Our host was very helpful and friendly. Be aware the two toilets are located on the ground floor and second floor landing, they are not connected to the ensuite shower/bath rooms. The house is quirky and functional.

The town house in Quimper is just amazing, great location to take in all that Quimper has to offer, local bars, great restaurants, but still quiet enough to take a plunge in the pool and totally relax. A great rental in Quimper

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids ages 11,14,16) stayed at this rental for 4 nights. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well appointed, which made cooking meals easy. The location is perfect for exploring downtown. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The configuration of the house worked perfect for our family. Each bedroom has it's own tub/shower and sink. There are two separate toilet rooms in the house. This seems pretty standard for older French homes. Although we do not speak French, Stephane was very gracious in his communication and we were able to figure things out. We had a wonderful stay!

Apres un acceuil sympathique, le sejour s'est tres bien passé, en particuliers grâce aux plaisirs de la piscine intérieure. Le niveau de propreté est tres correcte, même si un rafraîchissement des peintures et tapisseries seraient appréciables.Incomprehension des propos de l'hote à notre arrivée au delà des indications portées sur le contrat,l'horaire de départ annoncé libre en debut d'apres midi est devenu problématique aux regards des relances répétés par texto pour quitter au plus vite à partir de 13h30.Dommage, ça a gâché la fin de notre sejour.

C'est sûr, il y a des escaliers. Si ça ne dérange pas, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Beaux volumes, piscine, 3 belles chambres, beau séjour, commerces et moyen de locomotion à proximité pour découvrir.
