Ideally located on the sea front and nearby the hiking trail GR 34.
The house has two entrances : one on the street side and another on the harbour side.
On the harbour side entry, you walk in a corridor and a staircase to go to the garden and terrace of 50 m2 with a beautiful sea view. Another decking of 26 m2, where it is possible to eat closer to the living room, is also with a wonderful view of the Loguivy de la Mer harbour and Brehat Island.
In winter, heating is payable with the electric meter reading on arrival in the house. (0,20 le kwh )

A great base for exploring or for relaxing as you watch the world go by.

Everything you need - a friendly welcome from Madame Riou with advice and recommendations for the local area; accommodation well-equipped and with extremely comfortable beds. Fantastic views over the harbour from the two spacious terraces. An extremely well-stocked local shop only metres away, supplying excellent bread and pastries every morning, and if you don't want to cook, a restaurant and a creperie just next door. For us it had just the right balance of liveliness and tranquillity (at night you could hear a pin drop). And an excellent base for exploration - both from the door (lovely sea swimming off 2 beaches, watersports centre and walks along the coastal path) and a short drive away (incredible rocky coastline, busy market towns, pretty churches, boat trips and island exploration). Thoroughly to be recommended - merci Madame Riou!

Posizione magnifica: appartamento silenzioso e tranquillo con una vista eccezionale sul porto di Loguivy. Cucina ben attrezzata. Camere ampie. La terrazza è spaziosa e si affaccia sul porto.

Des vacances superbes. Loguivy-de-la-Mer est un endroit magique. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable, très bien équipé et il dispose de deux grandes terrasses. Il y a des escaliers raides, il n'est donc pas pour les personnes fragiles. On a une vue sur le port et on regarde la mer qui va et vient. Edith et Gérard, les hôtes, sont très charmants. Ils nous ont reçu en personne et nous ont tout expliqué. Merci pour tout.

un séjour genial

le port et le village de Loguivy-de-la-mer sont des merveilles même si l absence de commerces est un handicap certain ( heureusement qu il y a la supérette MIMI,le poissonnier et la cabane à crêpes !)la maison sur le port est très cosy et parfaitement bien équipée les propriétaires sont super sympas!nous ne demandons qu à y revenir!m etc

Ein schönes großes bretonisches Steinhaus mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Hafen von Loguivy de la Mer und dem Meer dahinter. Das Haus bietet viel Platz für die ganze Familie u.a. mit zwei Toiletten, zwei Duschen, und drei Schlafräumen.

Schöne Lage in einem kleinen Fischerort - sehr empfehlenswert

Wir hatten einen erholsamen einwöchigen Aufenthalt mit sehr interessanten Ausflügen in die Umgebung - besonders zum Markt in Paimpol und an die Côte Granit Rose.

Malerisch gelegen in einem alten Fischerdorf direkt am Hafen. Die Aussicht und die Atmosphäre sind großartig, auf den Terrassen haben wir manches schöne Stündchen verbracht. Das Haus ist im typischen bretonischen Stil gebaut, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber Edith und Gérard waren sehr nett und stets bemüht, uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Wir würden am liebsten gleich wieder hinfahren!

Magnifique séjour dans une maison authentique

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison confortable bénéficiant d'une vue exceptionnelle sur le port. La maison est très propre et très bien équipée et l'emplacement est calme. Maison parfaitement située pour l'accès aux plages et commerces. Nous avons également apprécié la gentillesse des propriétaires et leur accueil chaleureux. A recommander !

Sejour tres reussi

Situation privilégiée pour visiter cette belle region, riche de sites authentiques et d'une nature très colorée et fleurie (hortensias agapantes par centaines). Im Herzen von Loguivy

Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit wunderbarem Blick auf den kleinen Hafen, vor allem von der tollen Terrasse aus. Die Lage des Hauses eignet sich sehr gut als Startpunkt für viele attraktive Ziele in der Umgebung, die wir auch dank der guten Tipps der freundlichen Vermieter entdecken konnten.

Klasse Location!

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Haus war super sauber, die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus auf den Hafen war grandios. Die Küche war perfekt eingerichtet. Direkt nebenan gab es ein gutes Restaurant. Perfekt für den Abend! In der Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, auf die von den Vermietern hingewiesen wurde. Außerdem liegt das Haus direkt am Zöllnerpfad. Ein Platz zum Wiederkommen!

Tolles Haus!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen genossen. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut aufgeteilt und insgesamt gut eingerichtet. Kleine Schwachstellen: es ist recht hellhörig und ein gemütliches Sofa fehlt. Das ist aber Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau! Danke an die beiden Gastgeber - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Séjour plus qu'agréable !

Dès l'arrivée, accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et découverte de la vue imprenable sur le port. Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé, bonne literie et emplacement parfait. Les commercants du village sont sympas et on peut résider sans bouger la voiture. Bon point de départ pour les balades..... Je conseille vivement.

Unglaubliche Aussicht

Haus in einmaliger Lage mit phantastischer Aussicht

Das Haus ist einmalig gelegen: es hat 2 grosse Terrassen, die eine phantastische Aussicht auf den Hafen bieten. Auch von 2 Schlafzimmern hat man Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Schlafzimmer sind gross, und haben viel Stauraum. Das Haus war sehr sauber, und bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Ein kleiner Badestrand ist zu Fuss zu erreichen. Auch wenn zum Haus kein eigener Parkplatz gehört, hatten wir nie Probleme, rund ums Haus Parkplätze zu finden. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie haben uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, um die Gegend, die sehr viel Sehenswertes zu bieten hat, zu erkunden. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder wählen!
