Holiday house (ranked two stars) for rent in residence at Amelia, with enclosed courtyard in front and behind with garden furniture, umbrella and bike rack. The residence has a playground, a ping pong table, a volleyball court and a bowling green. It is located 4 km from Soulac, 15 kms from the Pointe de Grave and 10 kms from Montalivet (nice market during the summer where you can taste oysters, many night markets in the sector. Since the Pointe de Grave you can go to Royan by the Ferry, and arrival shuttle guests to the wonderful zoo of Palmyre. You can also visit the Cordouan Lighthouse or the Gironde estuary We are in the Médoc wine region and there are many castles to see. Many shady bike paths are available for bike rides.

Un séjour très agréable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour dans la maison et y reviendrons avec plaisir. Les deux terrasses de part et d'autre sont très agréables. La maison est très bien équipée, au calme et très proche de l'océan. La résidence est paisible même en plein mois d'août, avec un beau parc arboré. C'est un plaisir d'aller à Soulac par la piste cyclable (à 10 minutes environ). La gentillesse des propriétaires pour l'accueil et le départ est à souligner.

Bien situé, propre, agréable et calme.

1 semaine sympathique dans un environnement calme, proche de la plage de L’Amelie, à pieds. Hameau sécurisant pour les enfants. 2 terrasses de part et d’autre du logement qui permettent de suivre le soleil au fil de la journée (ou inversement ;-) ) Propriétaires charmants. Rien à redire

Klein, aber praktisch und toll gelegen.

Das Objekt bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen, mehr aber nicht, denn bei dem Alkoven-Bett stößt man sich ständig den Kopf, wenn man größer als 1,70 ist. Das Häuschen ist gut ausgestattet, die Anlage schön und gepflegt. Zum schönen Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten Fußweg, es gibt mehrere Restaurants und einen Minimarkt.

Proche des vagues

Hameau tranquille tout proche de la plage pour surf ou bodyboard. Accès à Soulac sur mer à vélo. Belles maisons typiques. Visite de Royan par le bac.

Gute Lage, sei es für den Strand oder in das Zentrum von Soulac-sur-Mer.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter.! Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man für eine Ferienwohnung benötigt! Kleine Einschränkung dabei, keine Wilan Verbindung . Kann ich empfehlen, waren zu zweit.

Très bon séjour à soulai sur mer

Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour à soulai sur mer. Maison très bien agencée, à proximité de la plage de des commerces. Le centre de soulac est facile d'accès par la plage (marée basse). Petite ville très sympa et bien animée. La route de la velodyssee permet de faire de belles balades à vélo. On reviendra...

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette petite maison très fonctionnelle ; le plus est sans aucun doute les deux terrasses alternativement à l'ombre. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très disponibles. La commune de l'Amélie permet de profiter du bord de mer, en restant proche du centre de Soulac pour toutes les commodités et l'ambiance très estivale !

Tres belle location a l'amélie (Soulac sur mer)

Très belle petite maison, bien aménagée. Fonctionnelle avec ses 2 terrasses, pratique pour sécher les drap de bain et autres affaires. Bien situé, et au calme, les commerces sont vraiment a proximité (5min a pied) et la première plage a 450m, avec de belle vague. Très bon couchages et une kitchenette petite mais fonctionnelle, rien ne manque, même la machine a laver est disponible. Très bon accueil par les propriétaires, sympathique et disponible (heure arrivé et départ).
