Ideally located, in the village of Ballota, on the western coast of Asturias, with views of the sea and mountains, still rural environment, on the Camino de Santiago de la Costa. Das Ferienhaus ist liebenswert und schön eingerichtet. Besonderes Lob verdient der herrliche Holzfußboden auf beiden Stockwerken. Das Haus liegt auf einem Grundstück mit Garten und einem benachbarten Herrenhaus. Die Gastgeber waren nicht anwesend, der Kontakt über das Portal war freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt verkehrsgünstig an der unmittelbar oberhalb verlaufenden Autobahn, die man fast nicht sieht, aber doch deutlich hört. Das Meer ist ca. einen Kilometer entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es einige sehr schöne Strände, man muss allerdings mit dem Auto fahren. Ansonsten sind viele Ziele der Umgebung dank der Autobahn schnell erreichbar. Angenehm wäre es, wenn man an einem Sonntagabend anreist, mehr als drei Blatt Toilettenpapier vorzufinden. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung gut. Susanne und Martin

Alojamientomen con buena ubicación y comodidad para visitar los pueblos cercanos. Detras del alojamiento se encuentra una carretera y una autopista bastante concurrida.El patio esta en condiciones aceptables pero el mobiliario esta practicamente inservible.La cocina carece de campana estractora y haria falta un cambio de menaje por escasez y deterioro.En la habitacion principal el colchón y almohadas en buen estado.En la otra habitacion los colchones son para niñ@s, no para adultos.El mobiliario del baño con limpieza precaria. Carecian de jabón, si tenia secador y gel de ducha.La limpieza general era aceptable en las zonas cómodas pero si es necesario una limpieza en profundidad.El salón es amplio y muy luminoso, al igual que comedor y la cocina que están en la misma estancia.Anfitriones muy amables y entorno maravilloso.

A éviter !!!!

Maison non entretenue et très sale : mauvaises odeurs de renfermé et de moisi. Le peu de vaisselle était très très sale. Salon de jardin rouillé, inutilisable. L'autoroute passe juste au-dessus avec un bruit de circulation sans discontinuer de 7h à 22h. Literie en mauvais état : on a super mal dormi toute une semaine. Franchement on ne loue pas une maison dans cet état sans avoir tout nettoyé au préalable, aéré la maison, lavé toute la vaisselle et acheté suffisamment d'assiettes et ustensiles de cuisine. On en a eu tellement marre qu'on est partis 1 jour avant.Cela fait sieurs fois qu'on a de mauvaises expériences avec Abritel mais celle-ci était la pire de toutes. On ne passera plus par Abritel pour louer ! En les avis très élogieux qui datent de sieurs années, c'est vraiment de la publicité mensongère !!!!

Maison très agréable, beau jardin. Les propriétaires très gentils, de bons conseils pour ballades et visites aux alentours. Maison bien placée pour visiter la région.

Paz y tranquilidad en Ballota

Estancia muy cómoda y agradable. La casa fantástica, limpia y muy agradable. Rodeada de verde y sin vecinos! Silenciosa. Los dueños encantadores. Aunque solo coincidimos el último fin de semana, estuvieron atentos a todas nuestras necesidades. Para repetir.

La estancia ha sido maravillosa.

Vacaciones deliciosas!!!!

Hemos pasado 15 días maravillosos en una casa entrañable !!!. Además de estar en un entorno natural maravilloso con cientos de paseos tanto andando como en coche, la propiedad está puesta y decorada con mucho mimo y GRAN ENCANTO. La cocina super equipada. Evidentemente esto es fundamental en un sitio como Asturias, en donde el clima es tan inestable y no siempre puedes hacer vida al aire libre. Casi deseabamos que llueva para quedarnos en la casa sin cupas.........!!!!! jajajaja Muchas gracias a Lala y su familia que saben estar lo suficientemente cerca para solucionar cualquier problema, y lo suficientemente alejados como para no invadir nada Sin lugar a dudas repetiríamos sitio y casa!!!! Saludos a todos

La casa era grande, encantadora y llena de luz. El jardín resulta acogedor para desayunar y cenar. Se encuentra bien situada para hacer excursiones por la zona. La aldea es tranquila y preciosa. Estuvimos muy cómodos y seguro que repetiremos. Es la segunda vez que vamos!!!!!
