This apartment was one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet. Being just outside the town centre was perfect, and having a dedicated car parking space was a huge bonus. The apartment was within walking distance of the lake, and with three balconies, it was a lovely space to relax.The bed was extremely comfortable, and the total blackout shutters meant we slept without any interruption. The flat was very well equipped with everything we needed and having two bikes available was a wonderful touch — we could explore the lake or reach the town in just 10 minutes.René and Danielle were warm and welcoming hosts. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and gave us excellent advice on where to visit around the lake and beyond. We couldn’t recommend this apartment more highly!

Very friendly neighbourhood

Our stay at Rene and Danielle's apartment was absolutely charming. The apartment was very spacious and homely. We enjoyed our time here. Rene and Danielle were so helpful and very accommodating with everything. The neighbour also very friendly and helped us to find the apartment and moved his car to allow us to park near to the apartment. Plenty of clean towels, and everything you would need in a kitchen. The kichen was very spacious for cooking in. There is plenty of free parking spaces. Location excellenct, a very short bike ride to the lake, and all on the flat. Easier to get into Annecy by bike than by car. The local supermarket and bakery very close by, We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to our very kind hosts.

Excellent accueil, bienveillance et disponibilité du propriétaire, il est venu nous chercher et nous a déposé à la gare au retour. Les vélos mis à disposition nous ont permis d'apprécier encore mieux les paysages. René nous a également suggéré de très bonnes idées (visites de site et restaurant)Le logement est très bien situé, à environ 10mn à vélo du centre d'Annecy, proche d'arrêt de bus et de commerces.Nous recommandons vivement.

EXCELLENT HOST AND VERY CLEAN APARTMENT

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Annecy sehr genossen. Der See und die Stadt sind äußerst sauber, und es hat großen Spaß gemacht, mit den Fahrrädern von Rene und Danielle rund um den See zu radeln und schwimmen zu gehen. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben uns viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben, was wir während unseres Aufenthalts unternehmen können. Auch das Apartment selbst ist sehr praktisch und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Fünf Sterne sind mehr als verdient. Ich kann dieses Apartment nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Ganz liebe Grüße hiermit auch an Danielle und Renee. wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Ideaal voor een kort verblijf in Annecy

Ons verblijf was heel aangenaam. Het maakte waar wat stond aangegeven op de site. Vriendelijke gastheer Rene. Fijn om de twee fietsen te kunnen gebruiken. Hiermee was je snel aan het strand en stad.

Très heureux d' avoir redécouvert cette belle region, Annecy et son lac ainsi que les villes qui le bordent. Notre location tout à fait conforme aux photos, moderne et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, Des propriétaires charmants, hanbitant l'immeuble, et "aux petits soins" pour nous. La ville d’Annecy et ses alentours sont magnifiques. Le logement est très bien placé dans une résidence et un quartier très calmes. Il est également spacieux et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Annecy. L'appartement était très bien. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait dans ce logement. Il était très bien situé par rapport au lac et au centre ville. Des propriétaires très chaleureux. A l'écoute des locataires. Si un jour nous revenons dans cette région, nous relouerons cet appartement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Annecy. Le logement d’une qualité irréprochable, tout est pensé pour ne manquer de rien. Notre petit paradis

Cela fait maintenant 3 ans que nous réservons cet appartement durant nos vacances d'été, c'est notre petit paradis à nous. On a toujours hâte de revenir, de voir Mme et Mr Sunni qui ont toujours été adorable avec nous, l'appartement à toujours été très propre et fonctionnel. La proximité du lac est top, on y est tellement rapidement à pied ou à vélo. On recommande vivement et on reviendra.

Mr et Mme Sunni sont d'excellents propriétaire à l'écoute pour votre bien être. La location est parfaite tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour. Les conseils de Mr Sunni pour les excursions sont les bien venus. La literie est de bonne qualité, les ustensiles de cuisine sont complets. Que dire ... A well managed property with first class owners.

I totally agree with all the nice comments made by previous reviewers about Rene & Danielle Sunni. The accommodation was spotless and unlike some, well stocked with cleaning & kitchen consumables. Even down to a large range of cooking spices. As we had never been to this area before Rene was very helpful informing us of the best local sights.
