Ideally located on the top of a hill in a green setting on the edge of a natural park, the villa offers a magnificent sea view with maximum sunshine and enjoys a very calm environment without any vis-à-vis.

Its multiple sunny or shaded terraces will allow you to enjoy the Var climate at any time of the day. The pool house next to the pool will allow you to have lunch in the cool even by heatwave.

The large kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances and hosts a dining area (for breakfast or children). The large living-dining room adjoins the kitchen and gives access to a large south-facing terrace with sea view connected to the garden level by an external staircase. On the first floor: 1 large master bedroom and its en-suite bathroom as well as a mezzanine with sofa bed and TV corner overlooking the large living room. On the ground floor 2 bedrooms with double beds with a bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet. On the garden level (access via external staircase): a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and wc and a 3-bed bedroom with independent shower room and Wc.
All bedrooms have their own outdoor spaces, terraces or balconies.

Une très belle maison avec un emplacement idéal, très calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Une maison au calme dans les collines au dessus de Cavalaire. 5 chambres confortables, 4 salles de bain. Nous avons passé un excellent moment.

Maison située dans un cadre très agréable, calme avec belle vue sur la mer !!! Maison spacieuse pour des vacances en famille avec enfants. Nous avons appréciés les deux terrasses et la piscine. Propriétaire sympathique et disponible. Nous recommandons ce lieu pour les vacances.

Vacances reposantes dans les collines, maison avec vue magnifique sur la mer au milieu de la verdure

Séjour très agréable, la propriété est accueillante, très bien équipée et très spacieuse. La piscine, la table de Ping Pong (raquettes et balles à disposition), de belles terrasses devant et derrière la maison permettent de trouver des activités à toute heure et d’avoir aussi bien du soleil que de l’ombre. Belles ballades dans les collines, de nombreux sentiers mènent sur plusieurs points de vue magnifiques de la baie de cavalaire. Plage à 2.6 km à pied (Aller) nous sommes de bons marcheurs donc cela ne nous a pas posé de pb. Bonne communication avec Dominique la propriétaire réactive et sympathique. Très bon accueil et conseils avec Carole qui nous a reçu et s’occupe du ménage et de l’intendance. A recommander pour famille.

Tres belle maison située à cavalaire, ce n'est pas la plus belle ville de la région mais située au milieu des jolis coins à visiter. Maison très pratique et agréable à vivre pour famille nombreuse ou plusieurs familles avec accès indépendant pour chaque chambre et plusieurs coins à vivre. Voiture indispensable. Propriétaire au top, super gentil et arrangeant. Je recommande !

Perfekt boende för småbarnsfamiljer

Mycket trevligt hus i rustikt tema som ligger högt beläget i ett lugnt och skönt område med så gott som obefintlig trafik utanför. Tomten är helt insynsskyddad. Den stora poolen har sol hela dagen och ligger vindskyddad. Bredvid poolen finns ett utekök med mycket fin gasoldriven stekhäll. Poolen var uppskattad av oss alla och speciellt av barnen. På andra sidan huset finns en fantastisk terrass med gott om plats, vi var 9 runt bordet och det var plats för fler. Utsikten från terrassen är enastående och sträcker sig över dal och hav. En dörr från köket leder direkt ut till terrassen. Middagar och frukostar intogs där dagligen. Huset var välstädat och rent. Ägarna är tillförlitliga och sympatiska och tog mycket väl hand om oss. Rekommenderas!

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette belle et grande maison. Jusqu'à 12 personnes sans se marcher sur les pieds. Chacun avait son intimité et pas de problème de bruit même à plusieurs familles. La maison est tes bien entretenue et très agreable. Rien ne manque. Elle est également bien située dans les hauts de Cavalaire, à l'abri de la grande activité du mois d'août. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésiter.

Merveilleux séjour

Très bonne situation pour cette villa particulièrement spacieuse pour accueillir 10 personnes, en effet, avec ses 2 terrasses, dont une avec très belle vue sur la mer, les 5 chambres réparties sur 3 niveaux et ses 4 salles de bains, nous ne risquions pas de nous marcher sur les pieds. Nous avions tout le loisir de profiter de la piscine ensoleillée du matin au soir, qui a de très bonnes dimensions (même à 10) avec beaucoup d'espace autour à l'ombre comme au soleil. Spacieuse cuisine qui nous a permis de préparer les repas à plusieurs mains sans aucune difficultés. En résumé, très bonne location que nous recommandons chaleureusement.

1A ausgestattete Villa mit fantastischem Meerblick

Vorab - wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Die sehr geräumige Villa besticht mit einer Top Lage und Ausstattung. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll einerichtet. Selten so einen schönen Innenraum gesehen. Sie ist noch schöner wie auf den Bildern. Innenraum: Es spielt sich fast alles auf einer Ebene ab. Lediglich der Masterroom mit Bad En Suite erreicht man über eine Holztreppe in der oberen Etage. Dort steht auch ein TV - leider ohne Deutsches Fernsehprogramm. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. (War für uns sehr wichtig) Vom Masterroom gelangt man auf einen kleinen Balkon mit Atemberaubenden Meerblick über die ganze Bucht. Es sind ausreichen Schränke vorhanden. Ebenso eine Waschmaschine. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Von dort gelangt man in die übrigen Räume. Am Ende des langen Flurs sind 2 weitere Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 2 Doppelbetten. (140 x 200 cm). Jedes Zimmer hat eine seperate Tür, durch die man in den vorderen Hof gelangt. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich auch ein weiteres Bad mit Dusche und einer seperaten Toilette. Küche: Voll ausgestattet mit Geräten der Marke "Miele" Es fehlt nichts. Die Terasse ist ebenfalls sehr geräumig und man hat einen fantastischen Meerblick über die gesamte Bucht und das Tal. Im hinteren Hof ist der grosse sehr gepflegte Pool mit überdecktem Barbecueplatz. Es sind ausreichend Liegen mit Auflagen vorhanden. Ebenso eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Grill. Das Feriendomizil bekommt von uns als Empfehlung "sehr empfehlenswert"!

une villa pleine de charme

Nous avons passe un séjour merveilleux dans cette villa pleine de charme au calme, sur les hauteurs de Cavalaire. La maison est bien aménagée et décorée avec gout et simplicité, une vraie maison de famille dont chaque chambre ouvre sur le jardin ou sur une petite terrasse. Un grand salon très agréable donne sur une grande terrasse avec une jolie vue sur la mer. L'escalier en bois , la mezzanine et le feu ouvert ajoutent au charme de la maison. La cuisine est spacieuse et originale avec son comptoir arrondi. Belle piscine ensoleillée des le matin . Que du bonheur ! Nous y retournerons volontiers .

un agréable séjour

Habitués de la presqu’ile de St tropez, nous avons bien aimé cette maison bien située sur les hauteurs de Cavalaire. La villa a une petit côté vintage des années 70 et a une superbe vue sur mer. L’intérieur est arrangé avec goût et les pièces sont bien agencées (superbe chambre parentale au 1er étage, jolie cuisine et salon). Seul petit bémol, la terrasse autour de la piscine dont un grand nombre de dalles sont fissurées. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et recommandons cette adresse.

La vue sur la baie de Cav...

La vue sur la baie de Cavalaire est remarquable et l'environnement particulièrement calme. Par contre l'équipement n'est pas du tout haut de gamme comme annoncé et insuffisant pour la capacité prévue de 10-12 personnes : 4 transats très sales à la piscine et une table bien trop petite pour accueillir tout ce monde sur la terrasse sud. La rénovation 2012 de cette maison 1970 est très (voire bien trop) partielle, la plupart des évacuations fonctionnent mal dans les salles de bain, la terrasse coté piscine est cassée en deux endroits. La climatisation du premier étage en panne avant notre arrivée n'a pas été réparée. J'allais oublier la très grosse infiltration d'eau dans le mur du couloir au rez de chaussée ... Reste l'accueil très sympathique réalisé par une agence mais qui n'était missionnée que pour la remise des clés.
