Large apartment in the heart of the village

CENTRAL and very quiet area, a few steps from the sea, gardens, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops ..
It is located on the first floor. It is totally renovated and furnished respecting the charm of the old Ligurian house with particular attention to details.
The house has a hallway at the entrance leading to TWO large double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen with 4 burners and a spacious living room with sofa. Possibility to add an extra bed.
The linen is included.

The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the train station; possibility to have PASS to park the car in the reserved areas.

We had a wonderful few days in Levanto. This apartment was the perfect location being close to the main square and the beautiful beaches. A short walk to the train station made it easy to visit the surrounding areas. We had great communication with the host and were made to feel very welcome.

Appartement très bien placé, confortable et agréable

Appartement dans un vieux quartier de Levanto , très bien placé (accès facile à la plage, la gare, l'embarcadère pour les navettes bateaux). Contact facile avec la propriétaire, et accueil chaleureux. Seule difficulté - mineure- : trouver une place de parking, malgré le pass résident.

Zentrale Lage

Mariagrazia ist eine sehr nette, zuvorkommende u. schnell reagierende Vermieterin. Wohnung großzügig und zentral, da können einige Treppenstufen hochsteigen innerhalb des Hauses in Kauf genommen werden. Was wir wussten, jedoch schön wäre, ist ein kleiner Balkon oder Zugang zum Garten. Dies wäre absolut perfekt gewesen.

Assolutamente perfetto

Questa esperienza è stata per me e famiglia una cosa stupenda in quanto la signora Guerrina ci ha atteso nonostante il ritardo al parcheggio situato a 50 metri dall'appartamento e poi siamo andati insieme e ci ha illustrato tutto:un appartamento completamente rinnovato arioso e molto spazioso in centro storico ma non tra la confusione... insomma tutto quello descritto nell'annuncio è vero...le 5 Terre a un passo e si può raggiungere Monterosso a piedi. Ringrazio molto la signora Guerrina per tutto e se per un'altra volta avessi voglia di tornare non esiterei a riprendere quell'appartamento!!!5 stelle meritatissime

Ottima posizione e comoda a tutti i servizi compresa la spiaggia. Forse pagare il parcheggio non serve perchè abbiamo visto che, almeno a giugno, ci sono posti liberi non a pagamento nei dintorni

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per la seconda volta in questo appartamento e confermo quanto già espresso la scorsa estate. L'appartamento è molto carino, fornito di tutte le comodità e la posizione centrale consente di raggiungere comodamente la spiaggia e i negozi. Inoltre la sig.ra Mariagrazia e sua sorella si sono dimostrate anche quest'anno molto ospitali e disponibili. Consigliato.

Abbartamento spazioso e accogliente

Mariagrazia, la proprietaria, è stata molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è moderno, accoglierne e spazioso, noi lo abbiamo vissuto in 4 con due bambini. In una via pedonale molto silenziosa, vicinissima al mare e al centro storico. Unica pecca la via pedonale che non consente di avvicinarsi con la macchina (per noi con 2 bambini sono serviti 3-4 viaggi dal vicino parcheggio per portare tutto, ma se avete poche cose non è un problema, il parcheggio più vicino è a 2 minuti a piedi)

Perfekte Lage, tolle Vermieter und eine geräumige Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und liegt in einer perfekten Lage in der Altstadt. Sowohl zum Bahnhof als auch zum Strand als auch zu den Restaurants sind es nur wenige Schritte. Wer im Cinque Terre Park wandern möchte, hat den großen Vorteil, dass er in einem weniger überlaufenden Ort abseits vom Massentrubel wohnt und eine super Anbindung zu den Bahnhöfen der Cinque Terre Dörfer hat oder sogar direkt von Levanto aus loslaufen kann. Sehr nette unkomplizierte und zuvorkommende Vermieter runden das ganze ab. Jederzeit gerne wieder !!!

J'attendais ces vacances depuis longtemps...découvrir les cinque terre en restant 2 semaines à proximité me faisait rêver...Nous avons découvert Levanto: une petite ville Italienne très sympa; son centre historique, ses plages, ses commerces et restaurants de qualités...nous avons profité du cadre, de la qualité des produits pour les repas...Nous étions très contents de nos vacances pour toutes ses raisons mais aussi pour le confort, la propreté, les équipements et la situation de ce logement que nous avions loué...Nous ne sommes pas contre revenir un jour...seul petit bémol, des soirées et nuits parfois bruyantes voir une bonne partie de la la nuit mais c'est la vacances....

A very nice stay

The location of the apartment was top!!!! Very central and close to everything - around 5 minutes to the beach, 10 min to the station, the center is just behind the apartment... many restaurants are around... The apartment itself was nice too... big rooms and very clean... the host (actually it was the sister of the host who welcomed us) was very friendly too... So it was a great stay there!!! Would recommend this apartment !!!

Appartamento in centro storico molto grazioso e ben arredato . comodo al mare , bar e ristoranti . stazione a 600 metri per le cinque terre . in dotazione un pass per il parcheggio . unica nota da fare è la scarsità della biancheria da bagno consistente in un set piccolo di asciugamani per quattro giorni e nessun prodotto da bagno . siamo comunque state molto bene . grazie
