We had a great time. Condo is wonderful...weather was perfect. Loved the large balcony and great view. A Smart TV would be a great addition! Listing needs to mention the parking fee.

It was just like described. Perfect ocean few. Nice pool, 3 minutes to walk to the beach. And neighborhood wall mart and dollar store a stones throw away. Just in case you forgot something……perfect.

The place was very clean. The host was communicative. The vie and beach access were perfect. The ONLY thing that would have improved our stay was some very basic kitchen ingredients like salt and pepper and trash bags so we didn’t have to buy it for just a few days. Overall it was a FANTASTIC stay and would book again. And the beds were so comfortable!

Owner Terri was amazing & quick responding to any question we had! Perfect place (& perfect price) for 4 ladies on our Girls Trip!! Kitchen is well equipped, ice maker was nice, everything was clean & sanitary, sheets & beds/pillows were comfy!!

The condo, location and host were excellent! The views from the living room and master bedroom are exactly what you want on a beach vacation! We were there for the 4th of July celebration and views of fireworks from the beach were in every direction making it a beautiful experience. Terri, our host, was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The Condo is well stocked with all the necessities. Would definitely stay again here!

When we got to the condo it was so nice and the view of the ocean was even more beautiful then the pictures and we saw dolphins off the balcony that was amazing! It was nice to have an elevator to get to the condo also! When we needed something the host answered the text right away! I definitely go back to this condo if I go back to orange beach! Thank you so much for amazing experience!

The condo was beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed and more. The grounds around the buildings were gorgeous as well. We had a fantastic vacation! Thank you!

Very nice condo. Great location and complex. Some things like the master shower and appliances were very nice and upgraded. Other things like the sheer curtains in the master and outdoor furniture could use replacing. Overall we had great communication with the host and would stay again!

Check in was awful! Host should check that emails went through. Had to go buy toilet paper. Problem with front door, finally just left it unlocked. Second bedroom bed was not comfortable & TV wouldn't work. Everything else was good. View was fantastic! Beach & pool were wonderful.

To address your review let me start by saying that I'm sorry that your first impression of our unit was tainted due to you not being able to getting into the unit. I send out entry instructions just like everyone else on VRBO. Unlike other email sites, I don't/can't get read receipts. I know VRBO sends out some instructions but I prefer to send them out from me personally mainly due so that I can change the door code daily or weekly if I want. My guess and from what the security guard saw, you only looked at the message automatically generated from VRBO. Had you looked at your emails, you would have seen that I sent you a very detailed list of instructions and codes. In those instructions I specifically put if you mess up punching in the numbers that you must let the lighted keyboard disappear before you try again. I'm not for sure if that was your issue or not. My cleaning company had not issue getting in. Later that afternoon, my next guest came in and I asked if she had any issues getting in and her answer was no not at all. Now what I wished you would have done, what most people do, is call me or my husband right away so I could have gotten you in much faster than going to the guard. As for the toilet paper, cleaning companies down here only give you enough stuff to get you started. For the bed, I hate that it wasn't comfortable for you. That's a tricky issue because people like different firmness. I'm sorry it wasn't what you liked. Lastly, you were right the TV didn't work. Not because it was broken but because someone had removed /switched the cables to probably play their game console they brought on vacation and didn't connect the cables back in the appropriate places. Here again all it would have required was just a phone call from you and we could of had that fixed for you to enjoy. Our phone numbers were on the bottom of the entry instructions for your convenince. We would have preferred to hear about this issue when you first discovered it and not when you sent out a review on our unit. We had the issue resolved in 10 minutes.

We stayed May 27-May 31. 3 adults. We were supposed to arrive on May 24 but due to death in the family needed to change dates. Terri was able to accommodate us. Great condo. Comfy beds. Well appointed kitchen. Beautiful view of the beach and pool from the private balcony. Would stay here again. Thanks Terri.
