Andorra can be expensive so this was a lovely find for the week. I think anything more than two adults or one adult and two children, the space probably starts to feel a little bit tight but for us was perfect. Gondola was close enough that we could carry skis over. The outside area massively helps both for storage of skis and generally making it feel reasonably sized.

La calefaccion no funcionaba tampoco el agua caliente, nos cambiarion, de mobile home y la calefaccion se paro a las 3 de la mañana, el wifi no funcionaba muy bien

Estimado cliente, Siempre hemos hecho todo lo posible para que cada estancia de nuestros clientes sea lo más agradable y confortable posible, y tomamos sus comentarios muy en serio. Intervinimos de inmediato a su solicitud para revisar un problema de calefacción que nos señaló y comprobamos que la carcasa del Truma había sido desmontada y que el cable que permite encender la llama estaba roto. Por lo tanto, todos sus intentos de volver a ponerlo en marcha, con el aire activado, impedían su correcto funcionamiento. Procedimos entonces a sustituir este cable por uno nuevo que teníamos en stock, y la calefacción volvió a funcionar correctamente. En cuanto al agua caliente, hicimos venir de urgencia el sábado al especialista de este modelo de calentador, quien no encontró nada anormal relacionado con este problema. Hoy en día, todavía no hemos podido resolver este enigma, ya que el sistema funciona correctamente cuando el agua caliente se activa desde el grifo. A pesar de ello, con el fin de ofrecerle una solución inmediata, le propusimos cambiarle a otro mobil-home, propuesta que usted aceptó, incluso cuando han dejado el mobil-home en su interior estaba la basura, cenizas de cigarrillos en la terraza, la barra y la cortina arrancadas de la pared del dormitorio pequeño y, por último, el pomo de la puerta en mal estado (fotografías disponibles). Buena opción para pasar unos días en Canillo

El móvil home estaba completo como para sentirse a gusto. Danielle nos atendió muy amable.El camping está al lado de Canillo y del telecabina. Poder aparcar al lado del alojamiento es una tranquilidad.

Correcto, muy limpio y buena ubicación

en relación calidad precio esta muy bien, indica para 5 personas pero es para 4. Pequeño pero con lo necesario, y muy limpio.Lo negativo: el WIFI funcionó dos días, y luego imposible conectar. Por otro lado, a la que vinieron inquilinos al bungalow de alado se nos iba la luz (había un cruce, pero resolvieron lo antes posible). La atención muy buena.

Très bien pour skier à Grandvalira

Bon rapport qualité-prix pour Andorre. Nous avions un peu peur de louer un mobile home en plein hiver. Le mobile home est un peu vieillot, mais finalement confortable et bien équipé. Avec les 2 chauffages, nous étions bien au chaud. Nous avons apprécié l'avancée - veranda, qu'on peut chauffer, qui agrandit bien l'espace de vie, et dans laquelle on peut stocker skis et chaussures. Très bon accueil. On se gare sans problème dans le camping. A 5 mn à pied des télécabines et des commerces. Je recommande !
