Panoramic views. In a small village in the Pyrenees. Private barbecue.

Mountain holiday cottage located at one end of the small village of Calvinyà, at 1000 m. of altitude and only 6 Km. from La Seu d'Urgell. The house is an old barn rehabilitated keeping the stone walls, wooden beams and slate roof.

At the entrance of the house there is a nice closed terrace and paved with slate, from where you can enjoy the sun all year round and the splendid views of the mountains of the Catalan Pyrenees.

Accommodation located on the ground floor and distributed in in one level.

Living room with fireplace and TV, dining room and kitchen equipped with 2 fridges (60 cm high), hob, microwave, coffee maker and blender. 1 very spacious room with 2 single beds. 1 double bedroom. Bathroom with shower.

Private terrace / private barbeque // municipal swimming pool La Seu d'Urgell 10.

Weekend bookings: Departures 17-18 h, as long as they do not coincide with the arrival of another client (in this case, prior notice will be given).

Week bookings: Departures maximum 12 h.

Welcoming and helpful hosts

Beautiful spot and an amazing house. A wonderful terrace to sit and enjoy thw sun all day. Everything was spotless in the house. Very comfortable beds. An welcome addition in the kitchen would be a small pan and a kettle for making tea.

Vacation Endurotour

We had the accommodation as a starting point for enduro tours around Andorra. the location is perfect. The small town is quiet and beautiful. The apartment is very clean and perfectly equipped. The associated terrace with covered seating and grill is fantastically beautiful. The motorcycles could also be safely parked there. It was a wonderful holiday and I would recommend it to anyone who wants it quiet.

An extremely well presented property in a truly stunning location. Even with a language barrier our host was very welcoming and gave us complete privacy during our stay. The property itself was spotlessly clean. I imagine the temperature we arrived in was unusual ( heatwave of 40 c ) but going forward having a fan in the apartment would be nice. Also for traveling Brits no kettle or toaster was a test but not unusual on our travels. These for us were tiny details in what was a truly a memorable stay, not just the beautiful property and location but all that surrounds it make this a very special place.

Amazing host and property!

This is the place if you are looking to disconnect for a while! The property is in a small hamlet above La Seu d’Urgell. Bring everything you need before you come up the hill!! The place has a great terrace to BBQ and eat on. It is very clean and comfortable. Take a left when you walk out and follow the small road to the church and then continue down the path to an amazing view of the Pyrenees and the valley below. The host are amazing, I got sick and my wife could not drive down the winding roads to town. The gave us aspirin and even offered us food! Above and beyond our expectations and saved our trip!! Wonderful place and even better host! Thank you again for all your help during our time of need!!!!❤️

wonderful view - pleasant terasse

We appreciated the terrace of this tiny appartment which is actually the 1rst floor of the landlord house who occupies the 2nd floor. No disturbance from such lay-out. The house is very old and typical from the area. The tiny hamlet is very nice and isolated in the mountain, 10-15 min from Seu d'Urgell by car. Good beddings and confortable bedrooms. Nice small living room with open kitchen but basic kitchen equipments, we were only 2 but more pots / pans would be appreciated. We would have also appreciated some personal recommendations from the landlords on trekkings, visits, markets, restaurants... even if they speak only Spanish. Nevertheless, a lot of flyers about activities were at disposal, but nothing on trekking. Nadia

Además la casa es acogedora y está bien cuidada.Sólo se echa de menos una plaza de parking, ya que el pueblo es muy pequeño y cuesta poder dejar el coche, sobre todo si tienes uno grande como es mi caso.Resumiendo, si puedo volveré.
