Welcome !!! Are you ready to live the wonderful experience of a real beach holiday! You wake up to birdsong, walk a few meters and you are already immersed in the crystal clear waters of Santa Margherita di Pula, one of the most beautiful of Sardinia. The house is located in the main street of the exclusive condominium "Pearl Marina" about 70 meters from the sea and a beautiful wide beach of white sand. The area is surrounded by greenery and is very quiet and very well served. About 300 meters away is the famous village "Forte Village" one of the most exclusive resorts in the world, a place of international elites. The house is located on the first floor. E 'equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including the TV with the decoder for satellite Earth. E 'consists of a bright living room with balcony overlooking the pine forest and sea, a double bedroom, a first bedroom with a bunk bed and a second bedroom bunk bed convertible to twin beds; a bathroom with shower and bidet. The ladder-input part by a large garden, where you will find a comfortable and large barbecue and a large covered porch that will allow you to organize pleasant evenings outdoors cooking and culinary specialties and taste the wines of our island. In the garden, also, there is a convenient outdoor shower, and a double service where there is the washing machine. On request you can have bicycles (for hire), a high chair and a cot removable (for free).

Un Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé 5 jours superbes dans la maison d’Emanuele et nous sommes ravis ! La maison est confortable et très bien équipée. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps dans le jardin dans les pins qui est bien ombragé. La plage magnifique est vraiment à côté de la maison, quelques minutes à pied. Nous reviendrons !

Una vera Perla a due passi dal mare .

Le descrizioni della location da parte dell' Host Emanuele corrispondono fedelmente alla realtà , forse l'unica cosa che gli è sfuggita e che certo non poteva annotare è la sua incomparabile gentilezza ed attenzione nel renderti la vacanza nel segno del relax più totale e dimostrandosi sempre puntualmente presente nei momenti dell'eventuale bisogno . Insomma se quello che cercate è la vicinanza ad uno splendido mare con spiaggia mai affollata ed una location con tutto il necessario e ben oltre , non vi rimane altro che prenotare e constatare la veridicità della mia recensione .

Fantastica location!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 in questo appartamento dotato di ogni accessorio, dalla lavastoviglie alla lavatrice,all'aria condizionata. Posizione strategica vicino a Chia. Emanuele, il proprietario, davvero gentilissimo ed ospitale. Insomma, prenotate ad occhi chiusi!

La casa ha soddisfatto completamente le esigenze mie e della mia famiglia. Ottima la posizione in quanto poco distante dalla spiaggia e l'accoglienza del Sig. Emanuele e della Sua mamma è stata veramente degna di nota. Ci sono tutte le premesse per un futuro ritorno.

UNA SPLENDIDA VACANZA !!!

Con mia moglie e 3 amici ho soggiornato in questa casa dal 6 al 27 di agosto 2016. Abbiamo trascorso 3 splendide settimane !!! La casa è veramente come viene descritta, ben attrezzata e molto comoda, a pochi passi da una bellissima spiaggia e da un mare cristallino. I proprietari Emanuele e Paola sono persone veramente “speciali” , ci hanno accolti all’arrivo e “purtroppo “ salutati alla partenza in maniera splendida, persone molto discrete e disponibilissime a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità. Cosa aggiungere se non ribadire la bellissima vacanza in un posto meraviglioso !!!

Ottima vacanza

Casa ben tenuta, con tutte le comodità, in ottima posizione sia per godere della splendida spiaggia a due passi che per visitare tutte le bellissime spiagge della zona sud ovest. Il proprietario ci ha accolto benissimo e ci ha assistito nei casi di bisogno. Direi tutto ottimo .... unica pecca le persiane ... nel nostro periodo di permanenza le temperature sono state molto alte e durante la notte chiudendo le persiane (del tipo chiuso) per questioni di sicurezza non circolava aria e la temperatura interna non era gradevole .... no problem con le persiane aperte ...

Fantastica vacanza!!!

E' stata la prima volta che ci siamo imbattuti in una casa vacanze con molto scetticismo perché non avevamo avuto alcuna esperienza del genere prima d'ora e devo dire che la consigliamo vivamente a tutti! La distanza non è stata un problema perché mare e servizi pubblici per raggiungere altre spiagge sono a due passi da casa; l'abitazione è curatissima e molto accogliente, specialmente i proprietari con la loro grande disponibilità anche in caso di emergenze avendo saputo darci un benvenuto straordinario. Ne sono stati prova i letti già pronti e la preoccupazione di farci trovare delle provviste in frigo in seguito ad un arrivo a tarda ora. Il dispiacere della fine delle vacanze è stato enorme e non vediamo già l'ora di tornare l'anno prossimo. Grazie mille di tutto! I vostri amici di Venezia

Bellissima vacanza

La casa si trova a circa 70 mt dalla spiaggia, la Perla Marina è il comprensorio, tra quelli di Santa Margherita, forse più bello, si tratta di un condominio privato, e questo fa si che in spiaggia possano arrivarci solo i residenti, per cui nei 16 giorni di vacanza, dal 01 al 16 agosto, non abbiamo mai trovato la spiaggia affollata. La comodità di avere una casa a due passi dal mare, avendo anche dei bambini piccoli, è stato impagabile. La casa è raccolta, ma comodissima, zanzariere in tutte le finestre, tv, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, doppio servizio, doccia anche esterna, il cambio della biancheria ogni settimana, e per ultimo ma non per importanza, una sorta di patio, dove poter mangiare e sostare all' aperto, sotto una tettoia di legno, con tavolo e sedie sdraio, sotto la freschissima pineta, ha reso il soggiorno veramente piacevole. E un ringraziamento particolare ad Emanuele e Paola, i due discretissimi e accoglientissimi proprietari. Per il prossimo anno coltiviamo il sogno di poterci stare un mese intero.

50 passi sei in paradiso!!

la casa è spaziosa con tutto ciò che serve, tre stanze che permettono a tre coppie di stare in relax, il giardino enorme permette di fare bellissime cene con barbecue. il proprietario disponibile vi lascia anche la legna per il fuoco , la spiaggia caraibica e pulita a piedi si raggiungie complesso con market e altri sevizi. voto 8 però non andate ad agosto perchè devo prenotare io... ahhh
