Near the beach, forest and bike paths, very quiet (dead end) in residential and sought after area. This lovely, spacious house will seduce you with its location and decoration. Everything is provided for your comfort American kitchen with induction hob, oven pyrolysis, dishwasher, senséo., Coffee maker ... (new appliances). 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (spacious Italian shower). The living room opens onto a terrace shaded by oak trees with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.
New construction delivered end of March 2014.

A very pleasant week

We stayed for one week with Beatrice. We had been looking forward to our vacation and it turned out to be as good as we had hoped. The house is comfortable, with all the appliances one needs and located in a quiet, leafy neighborhood, it is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful area. But the best is Beatrice herself. She's a warm, congenial hostess, doing whatever she can to give her guests the best possible stay. It was a pleasure getting to know her. A vacation of just one week there was too short. Belle découverte que la baie d'Arcachon. Logement propre et bien situe a Andernos dans un clos tres calme et ou il fait bon vivre. Proche des olages et du centre ville ou l'on peut trouver tout ce dont on a besoin. Propriétaire extrêmement gentille. Je recommande sincèrement.

Séjour de quelques jours à Andernos-Les-Bains

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Andernos-Les-Bains, destination privilégiée pour découvrir le bassin d'Arcachon, magnifique! Location située dans un quartier très calme, proche des commerces de première nécessité. (La voiture est cependant utile pour rejoindre le centre-ville.) Petite maison agréable, rénovée récemment, très propre, confortable, où rien ne manque. Propriétaire charmante, réactive, discrète, prête à répondre à toutes les demandes. Béatrice nous a bien guidés dans le choix des commerces, restaurants, visites, etc... Location à recommander. (Petite précision manquant à l'annonce: la chambre de l'étage est en mezzanine, donc ouverte par l'escalier au-dessus de la pièce de vie. Mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés.) Merci Béatrice pour votre accueil !

Bon séjour, mais…

Globalement nous avons passé un bon séjour. Mais nous avons été très déçus par l'extérieur, qu'on ne peut qualifier de jardin : il est petit, fait de gravier et de gazon synthétique. Cela n'apparait pas sur le site. Pas pour les amoureux de la végétation. Nous n'en avons pas profité et sommes allés chercher la nature ailleurs.

La maison est idéalement située pour découvrir le Bassin d'Arcachon (en vélo )avec la piste cyclable proche de la maison. La maison est confortable et soignée avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un séjour agréable . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la bienveillance de la propriétaire .
