Nerja: Nice villa with private pool near the beach, WIFI and air conditioning

A lovely villa in a quiet residential area with a private swimming pool and superb views down to the Mediterranean Sea. It is fully air conditioned throughout and has high speed fibre optic internet. The villa has been fully redecorated and has a new fitted kitchen while the lower level was completely renovated in winter 2018. It has patio terraces on every floor and in particular the lower level has a spacious terrace around the pool. It is south facing and gets sunshine all day.
The villa is light and airy and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is set out on three levels. Parking is available in front of the property on the street outside.
Entry to the villa is via the ground floor level which consists of a large open plan living area, including a kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, the lounge area has a smart TV with full satellite channels plus a music centre that plays DVDs and is Bluetooth enabled. Outside the patio has views across the valley and down to the sea, a built in barbecue and seating for 8 people. A set of steps leads down to the pool area.
The upper level consists of 2 full sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). One bedroom has a double bed that can be split into singles and the other contains twin beds. The main patio has superb sea views.
Finally the lower level consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen. The first bedroom has a double bed that can be split into 2 singles and the other has a large, comfortable sofa-bed but can also be used as a second lounge area and has a DVD player linked to a TV. The modern kitchen area is very well equipped. Access to the pool and terrace is directly from either bedroom with the kidney shaped pool measuring approximately 7 metres by 4 metres (at its widest). The outside area has been completely re-landscaped and re-tiled and has sun-loungers, a table (with large parasol) and chairs for al fresco dining and an excellent kettle barbecue.
The villa is situated in eastern Nerja 700 metres above Burianna beach with its many bars and restaurants. There are two large supermarkets within 500 metres and the local bus service has a stop within 200 metres.

Stunning villa in a great location, we have stayed in lots of villas over the years but this is definitely one if the better ones, only 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants though takes 15 minutes back because it’s up hill. Debby the host even got some shopping in for us because we were arriving late which was helpful, would definitely stay here again.

Amazing villa in a perfect location. Enough space for all our family. 7 adults and 8 month old baby. The beach only 10 min walk and the supermarket only 6 mins walk away. The spec of the villa was superb. We cannot thank our host Debby enough for all her help during our stay. We would highly recommend.

The villa is in a good location. It's 10 minutes to Burriana beach and there's a bus back up.

The billa was just the right size for us. The pool is lovely and suitable for famlies with small children but too shallow for me as I like a good swim excercise. The villa beds were okay but would prefer a king size bed not two singles put together. Would definitely book again. Close to the supermarkets and hotels with bars and restaurants but located in a quiet estate. Regular buses to a range of destinations but nice easy walk into Nerja within 15 to 20 mins. We've been holidaying in Nerja for over 20 years and still love coming back every year. We've tried hotels and one other villa in Maro but this villa is the best one yet. Would highly recommend it to couples and small famlies.

Lovely holiday in Nerja

We had an amazing week in the villa in Nerja. The villa was lovely. On 3 levels it accommodated 5 adults and 2 children. The villa is clean, well equipped and is very comfortable. Air conditioning and pool were very welcoming and helped keep everyone cool. Location is good. A 15 minute walk to the beach. Be aware that home is on a hill and walk back from beach could be challenge for younger children or people with mobility difficulties. The old town Nerja is a 30 min walk. Supermarket is a short walk 5/10 min walk. We were very happy with our holiday here. The host is great and communication was good and she was very helpful.

Amazing Villa

We stayed here for two weeks in May. The villa was just as shown and was immaculate. Debby was really good to deal with. We had no hot water for two days and she sorted it very quickly. The villa was very well equipped. The pool was really clean if a little cold. It's not as shallow as others have said but was ideal for cooling down on hot days. There was furniture for every area. The only downside was its location which was quite far away from most restaurants and very, very hilly. Overall, we would definitely recommend it if you're fit and well!

Thank you Brian. Great that you enjoyed your stay. Burriana beach with many restaurants and bars is less then 15 minutes walk but it´s true that for the way back you need to walk back up the hill. For many people is this the opportunity to loose the extra calories gained during the holiday. :)

Wonderful week

We had a really lovely week staying at this property. Before we arrived communication with Debby, the agent was really easy and helpful. On arrival the villa was spotless and was ready early which we really appreciated. There were only four of us so we had so much space. Our two teenagers took the basement which is almost like a self contained flat and very modern. We had the bedroom with the balcony with a lovely view, great for sunsets and star gazing. We loved having the pool, although not huge big enough to swim and float around on a lilo! The villa is really well equipped and we found everything that we needed. Was great to have aircon, occasional respite from the heat. A fantastic supermarket is in easy walking distance. Burriana beach is about a 15 minute walk - it’s quite a climb on the way back (wouldn’t be easy for the unfit). We didn’t walk into Nerja but parking was easy and we just loved the restaurants, shopping and the Balcon in the evenings. Had a really relaxing week and would definitely recommend.

We had a great week in the villa. It was well equipped with great outdoor space. Everywhere was clean and comfortable and despite having other villas nearby was really quiet. Walk to the beach and town an mercadona just a 5 min walk away

First stay at a villa and we were very happy. Debby was so helpful and even sorted out transfers which made things much easier with keys. The villa is lovely and we really enjoyed having our own private space with a great little pool. Area is very quiet and if you want a place away from the hussle and bussle this is perfect! The beach hill walk back is very steep so only for the strong hearted. You are about 2 miles walk from Balcón de Europa but we had a few nice nights down there. A large supermarket close by to stock up if you have a night in for a bbq.

Lovely villa for 4 adults. Good kitchen with everything we needed. Safe area near supermarket bus stop a couple of minutes walk. We had some rainy days and would have liked more English tv channels.house instructions mention sky box but this seems to have changed. Super Beach 10 mins walk down hill. Walk back is steep. Great to have two bathrooms. Spacious bright bedrooms with sea view from master. Would stay here again.

la villa est dans un lieu de Nerja calme (sous réserve de quelques autres vacanciers dans des résidences en dessous de celle-ci un peu bruyants: donc aléatoire). Elle est très bien agencée, agréable, confortable. Un peu éloignée du bord de mer et le stationnement à proximité de son entrée est difficile pour un véhicule de moyenne taille; cela étant, ces "contraintes" n'enlèvent rien au plaisir d'être dans cette villa. pour la restauration, il y a de nombreux choix. Donc à ne pas manquer: la paella au restaurant AYO en bord de plage et à 4 kms en direction de Torrox le restaurant "el miradir del guiche" et ses gambas grillées à la sauce whisky... Pour les personnes aimant les promenades: les cascades de rio chilla et surtout, merci à Debby et Simon pour leurs gentillesses et disponibilités...

Wunderschöner erholsamer Aufenthalt

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat waren mehr als zutreffend. Das Haus und die Anlage waren sehr gepflegt. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war sehr gut. Wir würden das Domizil auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Shops und Restaurants rund um den "Balcòn de Europa" sind sehr zu empfehlen, besonders das Restaurante "La Taberna" mit seinen vielfältigen Tapas (noch dazu in Bilderform, damit man weiß, was man bekommt). Hervorragend !

Beaucoup trop de bruit !!!

Location agréable mais pas du tout tranquille. Matin réveil à 8H . Nous avions des travaux sur des maisons tout autour de nous. Marteau piqueur, perçeuse, bétonnière, camion etc... du matin jusqu'à tard dans l'après-midi. Pourquoi faire des travaux en pleine saison touristique ? Je pense que l'on se moque totalement des touristes. C'est bien dommage nous ne reviendrons pas.

Le bruit a commencée vers 10:00 heures et les hommes ont travaillez jusqu´au 15:00 heures. Pendant ces heures il n´y avait pas tout le temps de bruit. Mes excuses que vous avez eu de nuisance. Debby

Bonne adresse

La viila est conforme aux renseignements du propriétaire. C'est un lieu de vacances idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes. Le living est très spacieux et bien éclairé. Le jardin et la piscine sont entretenus régulièremement par un jardinier. Les propriétaires sont attentifs au confort général des locataires.Nous y reviendrons volontiers.

Magnifique séjour

La maison est totalement conforme à la description, le wi fi fonctionne très bien, l'endroit est très calme, pas de problème de parking, tout à proximité (supermarché, pharmacie, boulangerie, plages, etc). Les proprios sont très accueillants et très serviables, ils vous donnent de bons conseils sur les endroits à visiter et où bien manger sans se ruiner. A conseiller vivement

Maison conforme à l'annon...

Maison conforme à l'annonce. Bien équipée par rapport à une location habituelle, lumineuse et bien agencée. Quartier calme malgré d'autres habitations proches. Accueil agréable et entretien piscine et jardin 2 fois par semaine, très appréciable. Une petite amélioration serait à apporter par l'ajout de volets dans la 2ème chambre. Nous avons passé d'agréables moments et sommes prêts à revenir.
