The Mata studio is nestled in a small town in the middle of the Sundgauvian countryside and located less than 10 minutes from Mulhouse center. Ideally located at the crossroads of the 3 borders with Germany and Switzerland, everything is nearby. The Mata studio is located on the ground floor of a contemporary house of character with exclusive view of the meadows. With a surface area of 35 m2, it has independent access from the reserved car park, an entrance to store luggage, a generous room organized as a lounge, dining and soft and double sleeping areas. The adjacent bathroom has a shower. A laboratory forming the culinary preparation area is equipped for the needs of short stays. Like the dining area, it has a French window forming direct access to a private terrace of 20m2.
