Great location, close to 2 good beaches, restaurants, bakerys and grocery. Clean house. All utilities available and working. Upstairs is only suitable for shorter family members.

Mauvaise surprise

Nous avons été très déçus en arrivant dans notre location qui était loin d’ avoir du charme où une odeur de renfermé et de moisi régnait ….. Cette maison s’adresse à des jeunes pas trop grands et surtout n’ayant aucun handicap….. L’ escalier est tres dangereux et nous tenons difficilement debout dans les chambres communicantes à l étage ( Heureusement un clic clac dans le salon nous a dépanné mais sans grand confort ) L’annonce dit que la plage est à 100 mètres de l’habitation c’est faux ! 500 mètres au plus près ……. Bref , une maison laissée dans son jus où tout est disparate et sans charme …… Le petit jardin a le mérite d’exister ….. L’endroit est calme mais il faut trouver une place dans les rues pour le véhicule …..Dieu merci il a fait très beau et avons pu profiter de cette belle partie de la Bretagne……Je considère que je me suis fait avoir et ne conseille surtout pas cette location…..

Vacances sous les pins à Saint Enogat

Très agréable séjour à quelques pas de la plage de Saint Enogat. Une fois la voiture garée dans une des rues autour de la maison, tout peut se faire à pied. Régine est très sympathique

location estivale parfaite!

tres heureusement surpris par cette location tres bien meublée,claire,ensoleillée et proche de la plage de Saint Enogat la plus sympathique de Dinard.Notre famille a déjà fait une réservation pour l'été 2017 j'ai oublié de préciser que le jardin comportait un salon de jardin et barbecue

louant souvent a Dinard,j'ai été tres heureusement surpris par cette location dans un quartier tres résidentiel de Dinard,celui de St Enogat! la maison a tout le confort,l'environnement tres verdoyant;nous avons eu l'avantage de dejeuner tous les jours ds le jardin en utilisant le barbecue.
