Renovated and equipped with new washing machine, dishwasher, combined microwave oven, flat screen TV.
It is located in a very quiet residence with 2 swimming pools 400 m from the city center (all shops and restaurants, entertainment in the evening) and 700 m from the beautiful sandy beach of La Favière. There is parking in the residence.

Appartement très propre à notre arrivée, conforme à l'annonce, bon accueil. Il manque cependant quelques ustensiles pour cuisiner, un ouvre boîte fonctionnel. Seul bémol, la fenêtre de la chambre qui donne sur la porte d'entrée d'un autre appartement, sans grille de protection, donc impossible de dormir fenêtre ouverte en sécurité. Pour être au top, un changement des fenêtres et porte d'entrée serait utile. Mais, la vue du balcon efface toutes ces petites imperfections.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour , l appartement et très bien placé , proche de la mer , quant à la déco et au confort , c est le stricte minimum et un peu daté . L absence de draps et de serviettes toilettes et inacceptable .

Mis à part la vue sur la Méditerranée L appartement était dans son jus des années70 à l exception de la cuisine . Très petite chambre absence d isolation, salle de bain vétuste pas d équipement de rangement des vêtements. Pas d informations sur l absence de linge de lit et de bain. Accueil succinct et peu commercial.

Endroit magnifique. Dans l'appart la salle de bain aurait besoin d'étre refaite, sinon tout est ok. Je recommande. Peut etre penser pour les amateurs de thé à un infuseur, cela m'a manqué.

Très bien

Super séjour plages, commerces et animations accessibles à pieds, vue magnifique. L’appartement comporte tout ce qu’il faut mais un rafraîchisseur d’air serait le bienvenu ou au moins des ventilateurs car ceux au plafond ne font pas beaucoup d’air. En tout cas je conseille !

Une tres bonne semaine passée dans cet appartement, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires a proximité, la mer et piscines sur place.. Logement très bien équipé ! Seul petit point négatif le canapé clic clac est assez petit pour un couchage 2 personnes.

Une belle vue sur la mer

Appartement un peu rétro mais propre. La climatisation serait idéale !Il n'est pas loin de la plage mais il y a une bonne montée au retour car la résidence est située sur la corniche. Avec mes enfants de 4 et 6 ans, nous prenions la voiture. Parking grand et ombragé.

Appartement idéalement placé si on ne veut pas prendre sa voiture pour aller à la plage. Il faut juste marcher... un peu ! Appartement très bien équipé. L'existence des deux piscines, avec l'une d'elle idéale pour ceux qui veulent nager, a été un vrai plus !
