Location qui correspond au descriptif. Paola est très reactive et disponible pour que le sejour se passe bien. Localisation: au calme, pas loin de la plage. Petit bémol il faut penser à faire les courses avant. L'appartement est bien équipé,bien ajouré

Gelungener Aufenthalt

Schönes Objekt in einer Ferienhsussiedlung mit Gemeinschaftspool in der ersten Etage. Zweckmäßig und für eine Ferienwohnung überdurchschnittlich eingerichtet. Kontakt mit den Vermietern klappte super. Jederzeit weiterzuempfehlen.

Ottima posizione, proprietari gentilissimi

L´ appartamento si trova in una posizione ottima, a breve distanza (circa 10 minuti a piedi) dalla spiaggia di Vignola e nel raggio di 20 minuti di auto si trovano diverse spiagge fra le piu belle della Gallura, come Li Cossi e Rena Majore. Vignola e´ discretamente fornita per quanto riguarda l´aquisto di generi alimentari. I proprietari Paola e Eldo si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e informativi, l´appartamento denota cura nei dettagli e al nostro arrivo era impeccabilmente pulito, inoltre il balcone si trova sempre in ombra ed e´ ventilato, offrendo un angolo ideale per mangiare e rilassarsi. La grandezza dell´ appartamento e´ ideale per 4 persone, inoltre le camere sono ben ventilate, noi non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo. Uniche note negative, il campo da Tennis non era in buone condizioni, le biciclette messe a dispozione hanne risentito della salsedine ed erano parzialmente arrugginite, nonostante la evidente manutenzione da parte dei proprietari. Devo inoltre far presente che, specialmente nel fine settimana, la musica serale delle strutture presenti nelle vicinanze del Residence potrebbe creare fastidio (solitamente non piu tardi delle 23.30). Ringraziando Paola e Eldo per la squisita disponibilita´, ci sentiamo di consigliare questa location, con la speranza in futuro di essere ancora loro ospiti.

Un séjour très agréable et des propriétaires éminemment serviables

L'appartement Aglientu est très bien situé, dans un quartier très calme : il est à 1' à pied de la belle piscine de la résidence et à 10' à pied de magnifiques plages Il est grand, fonctionnel, bien équipé. Paola, la propriétaire des lieux, s'est montrée extrêmement serviable pour que notre séjour se déroule au mieux. Un grand merci pour sa disponibilité ! Cet hébergement est idéal pour les familles.

Nicht so gut und ruhig wie erhofft

Die Wohnung (im Text wird von einem Haus gesprochen, es ist aber eine 70qm-Wohnung auf der ersten Etage eines Ferienhauses) liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung ca. 800m vom Strand des Ferienortes Vignola Mare entfernt. Der Ort selber besteht nur aus mehreren Campingplätzen und 5 Häusern. In einem Hotelkomplex gibt es eine Apotheke und einen Supermarkt. Insgesamt sind 3 Restaurants verfügbar. Die nächste Bank ist in Aglientu, 10 km entfernt. Es gibt in Vignola auch keinen Bank-Automaten. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, aber schlicht eingerichtet. Sie wirkt ein wenig lieblos, auch wenn im Grunde alles, was man braucht, vorhanden ist. Die Betten sind sehr unbequem, wir hatten 2 Wochen lang Rückenschmerzen, auch bequeme Stühle sind kaum vorhanden. Es gibt 2 Schwingsessel, das war es auch schon. Darüber hinaus nur hölzerne Küchenstühle und Plastikstühle für die Loggia. Das TV-Gerät hat nur italienische Kanäle. Größtes Problem bei uns (Juli 2018) war der Lärm: es ist halt eine italienische Feriensiedlung ... Morgens ab 7.30 wird direkt nebenan Tennis gespielt, abends hört man Musik bis nach Mitternacht vom Gemeinschaftspool oder von einem Restaurant in der Nähe. Überhaupt ist die Anlage sehr hellhörig: Spricht der Mieter unter einem im Garten, glaubt man, er stünde neben dir. So richtig wohlgefühlt haben wir uns nicht. In der Küche könnte man auch mal die Messer schärfen. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist ganz ok, aber oft auch sehr voll. Am ehesten Spaß macht er über Mittag, wenn die meisten Siesta halten. WLAN gibt es nur dort. Die Handy-Verbindung in der Wohnung ist wackelig. Der Strand ist ganz ok, aber man muss wie fast überall auf Sardinien Parkgebühren zahlen und die Strafzettel sind heftig (mehr als 40€), wenn man es nicht tut. Direkt in Vignola ist er weitgehend grobsandig, ca. 5 km weiter beim Torre Vignola ist es sehr viel hübscher und feinsandiger, allerdings auch ohne Infrastruktur. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und per Handy/WhatsApp immer erreichbar, allerdings nicht vor Ort. Sie sprechen gut Englisch. Die Ansprechperson vor Ort spricht leider kein Wort Englisch, was die Kommunikation natürlich erschwert. Überhaupt kommt man mit Englisch oder gar Deutsch auf Sardinien nicht weit. Zeichensprache und/oder ein paar Brocken Italienisch sind sehr hilfreich. Insgesamt haben wir für den Preis schon besser gewohnt, man sollte nicht zu hohe Ansprüche haben.

Sehr schöne großzügige Fewo, gute Ferienanlage. Vermieter sehr freundlich und bemüht, den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm zu gestalten. Der Weg zum Strand ist ob der Schnellstraße ohne Bürgersteige zu Fuss nicht Jedermanns Sache.

Appartamento in ottimo stato, fornito di tutto e grande cordialità dei proprietari

Ho trascorso 3 notti in questo appartamento con la mia compagna, mia madre e mio fratello nell'agosto 2018. Fin dalla prenotazione sono stato contattato dai proprietari per avere tutte le informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno. Io sono sardo, conosco la zona ma avere dettagli e consigli è sempre una gran cosa! L'appartamento è in ottimo stato, così come da descrizione. Potrete trovare tutto ciò che vi occorre. Non ha aria condizionata ma l'esposizione e e la disposizione delle camere lo rendono un appartamento molto fresco. Bella anche l'esposizione del balcone su una verdeggiante macchia mediterranea, sullo sfondo anche uno spicchio di mare. Il contesto in cui si trova l'appartamento è quello del residence Mirice/Lu Lamoni che ho trovato essere molto ben tenuto,pulito e con villeggianti educati nella media (le eccezioni non mancano mai!). Molto vicino a Vignola ed Aglientu dove potrete trovare negozi, bar, ristoranti e quant'altro. Tenete d'occhio il quaderno di bordo che è in casa, vi sarà molto utile per spunti e consigli per organizzare al meglio la vostra vacanza!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Gut gelegen. Alles notwendige vorhanden. Schöne Fahrradwege im Pinienwald. Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Im Herbst recht verlassen. Einzig das WLan haben wir vermisst. Ansonsten hätte ich 5 Sterne gegeben. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

APPARTEMENT DANS RESIDENCE AU CALME

L'appartement était bien situé dans une résidence et non un complexe de vacances.Très bien si vous recherchez du calme.L'appartement est bien équipé et propre. A la piscine il y a toujours des transats de libres. Cette dernière est agréable, par contre pas d'ombre. La propriétaire nous a offert un colis avec des produits locaux. Hospitalité au rendez vous. A recommander.

Ferienanlage, etwas in de Jahre gekommen, aber immer noch gut

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist sehr unkompliziert,- schnelle Rückmeldungen und gute Informationen. Die Wohnung ist für Ferien passend und gut ausgestattet. Ein Willkommenspaket erleichtert den Start. Wissen sollte man aber, dass man Wasser für Kaffee etc. nicht aus der Leitung nehmen sollte, da es salzig schmeckt. Wenn man die Matratze im Schlafzimmer dann mal noch erneuern würde und vielleicht noch Sitzpolster für die Balkonstühle hätte, dann wäre es noch schöner. Der Strand ist aber sehr schön und auch zum Schnorcheln geeignet, - zu Fuß erreichbar - wohl aber etwas mehr als 400/500m. Am Strand hat es Parkplätze, die bis 14.6. kostenfrei sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeit auf dem Weg zum Strand neben der Pizzeria, - mit leckerem Brot.

Zweckmässig eingerichtet mit allem nötigen Küchenmaterial, alles funktioniert, neue Waschmaschine. Im April sind in der Siedlung erst ein paar einheimische Gäste. Pool und Internet beim Pool ist noch nicht in Betrieb. Dafür hatten wir den Tennisplatz für uns allein. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Vollausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über alles was man braucht! Scharfe Messer, ausreichend gutes Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen. Ohne Probleme konnten wir kochen und unser Essen draußen am Tisch bei Sonnenuntergang genießen. Gewürze, Zucker und Salz sowie ein Care-Paket waren ebenfalls vor Ort. Darin befanden sich Spagetti, Tomatendose, gutes Öl sowie kleine Mameladen und Kekse. Im Kühlschrank wurde uns Wasser bereit gestellt sowie die eine oder andere Überraschung. Sonnenschirme, Strandliegen, Strandtuch - und Handtücher sowie Beachball waren ebenso schon vorhanden. Tupperdosen, Mittel gegen Stechmücken, 2 Fahrräder und natürlich die Gasteltern, die uns mit whats app und Email jede Frage beantwortet haben, runden diese Wohnung ab. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Wir würden wieder kommen, vielen Dank für eine winserschöne Zeit auf Sardinien! Anna & Andi

Schöner Familienurlaub in Vignola Mare

Wir (Fam. mit 2 Kindern) verbrachten erholsame, sonnige Urlaubstage in Vignola Mare. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sie ist geräumig und bietet genügend Platz für vier Pers. Die Schlafzimmer haben große Schränke, so dass man alle Sachen bequem verstauen kann. Wohnz. und Küche sind einfach ausgestattet. Gut ist die Waschmaschine, da kann man die Handtücher schnell mal waschen. Es gibt einen TV mit einem deutschen Programm (ZDF), ansonsten massenhaft Radiosender und andere ausländische Sender. WLAN in der Wohnung ist nicht besonders gut. Aber an der Poolbar gibt es einen leistungsstarken Router, den die Gäste nutzen können. Für uns war das völlig ok. Man kann dort gemütlich verweilen, einen leckeren Wein oder Kaffee unter dem schattigen Schilfdach trinken, es gibt auch kleine Speisen. Auch abends sehr schön. Der Pool ist klasse. Besonders für Kinder toll. Der Platz ringsherum war mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und Duschen bestückt und immer sauber und ordentlich. In der Nähe gibt es zwei Strände. Einen sehr großen, der Sand ist dort allerdings ziemlich grobkörnig, was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat. Dafür gibt es dort ein paar Felsen zum Klettern, was unsere Kinder wiederum sehr spannend fanden. Unser Sohn (14) ist von den Felsen gerne ins Wasser gesprungen. Großer Spaßfaktor! Etwas weiter westlich, Richtung Torre Vignola (Turm) gibt es einen kleinen feinsandigen Strand. Vor allem wenn man etwas weiter ans Ende geht, wird das Wasser immer seichter (super für ganz kleine Kinder) und es gibt Bäume, die Schatten spenden, so dass man sich den Sonnenschirm sparen kann. In Vignola gibt es zwei kleine Supermärkte, die aber ausreichend bestückt sind. Dort kann man auch Backwaren bekommen. Kurz vor Santa Teresa gibt es auf der linken Seite einen sehr großen Supermarkt. Wir haben auch einige Ausflüge gemacht, die uns ausnahmslos gut gefallen haben. Santa Teresa, Capo Testa, Castelsardo, Tempio Pausania, Luras mit den uralten Olivenbäumen zum Beispiel. Man kann auch tagsüber und abends um Vignola herum schöne Spaziergänge machen. Lange Hose und Pulli unbedingt mitnehmen, gerade wenn ab und zu der Mistralwind bläst (bei uns war das an drei Tagen) kann es abends ziemlich kühl werden. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Paola. Man konnte jederzeit mit ihr per WhatsApp oder Telefon Kontakt aufnehmen.

Location perfetta

Siamo appena rientrati da una settimana in Sardegna e abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in cui non mancava assolutamente niente. La collocazione nel villaggio era perfetta sia per una questione di privacy che di ventilazione e ,anche se non è il suo punto di forza, dal terrazzo, oltre alla campagna gallurese, si vede uno scorcio di mare. A nostra disposizione un'infinità di confort: ombrelloni, seggiolina da mare, racchette da tennis e biciclette. L' unico piccolo rammarico, specialmente per i miei bimbi, è stato il fatto che la piscina fosse chiusa a causa di un guasto. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere innumerevoli spiagge. Ce n'è una a 400 metri che si raggiunge a piedi. Un'altra che abbiamo apprezzato molto è stata Naracu Nieddu a 7 minuti di macchina. Noi non abbiamo incontrato i propretari ma Rossella, la nostra referente, è stata superlativa. Ci ha consigliato un agriturismo ( Lu nodu ) dove abbiamo mangiato un sublime porcetto, dei ravioli dolci sublimi, la zuppa gallurese eccellente, una seadas immensa...tutto molto buono e abbondantissimo. Consiglio a chiunque voglia esplorare la Sardegna del Nord questo appartamento. Non c'è l'aria condizionata e forse a luglio e agosto potrebbe essere una pecca ma è ben ventilato. Noi ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene e sicuramente dovessi tornare in questa zona della Sardegna tornerei qui ad occhi chiusi!

Nette en ruime woning op een mooi aangelegd park, strand op loopafstand

Mooi eiland, appartement netjes en gelegen op mooi aangelegd park. Strand op loopafstand. Activiteiten in juni nog in opbouw. Eigenaar goed en makkelijk te bereiken en informeerde zelf ook tussendoor op alles naar wens was. Prima adres voor rustige vakantie

Sistemazione ottima, per alloggio e posizione

L'alloggio è in ottimo stato: ha locali ampi e ben arredati, che abbiamo trovato molto puliti e ordinati. E' inoltre provvisto di ogni comfort e dotazione. Il complesso di cui fa parte, in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, dispone anche di piscina, curata e vicinissima all'abitazione. La posizione è ottimale per la vicinanza a molte bellissime spiagge (la più vicina, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti) e al centro di Vignola, con servizi di ristorazione e market. A pochi chilometri si trovano il paese di Aglientu e vari altri centri interessanti, con numerose feste di paese nel periodo estivo e ristoranti che offrono piatti della cucina gallurese. Un elegio infine va ai proprietari, estremamente corretti e disponibili! VACANZA DA RIPETERE!!!

Vacanza da sogno

Alloggio tentuto in perfette condizioni, pulito, ordinato, molto confortevole ed ampio. L'appartamento è situato in un grande residence con a portata di mano tutti i beni di prima necessità, dal grande supermercato alla pizzeria, passando dalla piscina al campo da tennis e calcetto, tutto in comune. Le spiagge sono semplicemente meravigliose, da quelle sotto casa di Aglientu a quelle situate a poche centinaia di metri e ne cito solo alcune, cosi potete fare un ricerca su internet e godervi lo spettacolo: "Baia di Monti Russu", "Lu Littaroni", "La Rena Bianca", "Rena di Matteu", "Rena Majore", "Capo Testa"...insomma tutti i giorni si può visitare una spiaggia da favola ad un passo da casa. La sera si può restare tranquillamente nel centro del paese di Vignola (200 metri), che è allestita da bancarelle e spettacoli vari, oppure andare a Santa Teresa di Gallura (15 km) che è più grande e movimentata. In entrambi i casi non c'è sicuramente da annoiarsi. Per i bambini ci sono moltissimi maneggi di cavalli, con possibilità di giri all'interno della scuderia al costo irrisorio di € 5,00, oppure nei percorsi esterni € 25,00. I proprietari dell'alloggio sono persone a dir poco squisite, sempre disponibili a qualsiasi delucidazione,pronti a dare consigli precisi ed esaustivi. Vacanza da 10 e lode. Grazie.

Appartement conforme au site. Accueil chaleureux de Paola qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit agréable. Le lieu est sauvage avec une multitude de plages magnifiques. Dépaysement garanti. Merci pour tout.
