Great location and affordable price

The best part about the apartment was the spacious terrace with a view of the sea. The apartment itself isn't luxurious, but it is efficient and has everything you need for a lovely stay in L'Escala.

apartment generally ok, but the preis not reasonable

We have already been in this region for several years and our evaluation below is also based on our previous experiences: The apartment had a good see view and quite near the beach(I give here five points) , and the owner (and his sister) were really nice. However following points need to be mentioned as well: - At the day of our arrival, a lady came for apartment hand over, she could speak only in Spanish (although in the announcement it was given Spanish AND English), therefore some points could not be clarified or understood easily.(2 points) - No Ventilation in the Bathroom and WC(I suppose it was due to dirty filter), therefore it stank all the time in the bathroom and naturally in the whole apartment.(zero point) - The apartment is situated in the last floor and is unexpectedly hot. Only one weak ventilator is provided, which is definitely not enough. (2 points) - We had already been warned before by some guests of the night racket, however you should be aware of some crazy people who make rallies in the middle of the night with their cars and bikes,I'm not talking of regular night activities on the promenade.(1 point) Our general impression is that the apartment is too expensive for what it offers.

We are sorry to hear that your experience was so unpleasant, however, we would like to explain ourselves: 1.- Regarding when the keys were delivered, my sister did it. It is true she does not speak any English but she does speak Spanish and French. We could not personally do it ourselves because my son was in hospital due to an important health issue, I ask you to forgive me for not doing it ourselves. 2.- In referring to the toilet ventilation, our flat comply with the current ventilation regulations. We do not really understand what kind of smells you refer to because neither before nor after we had any complain. 3.- The flat does not have air conditioner because we believe with a good ventilation by opening the frontal and back doors and windows this can be solved. The extremely hot days are just a few in L’Escala, either way in our advert we never said there is air conditioner. 4.- About noise, it is unavoidable when it is high season in L’Escala given the flat is in the city center. This is a fact that we can not do anything about. However, as you said because it is in a pedestrian street and it is a fourth floor it helps a lot. 5.- When you made the booking you chose us amongst the wide range of flats that homeaway has avaible in L’Escala such as location, internet (WIFI), dishwasher, … and the fact that bedsheets, towels and the final cleaning was all included in the price. It should have been competitive when the booking was made.

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt! Tolle Gastgeber, tolle Unterkunft. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Region und sind mit der Gastgebern und mit dem Urlaubsort absolut zufrieden geblieben. Die Wohnung ist Top und sehr sauber gewesen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke und viele Grüße aus Deutschland!

Très bien accueillis par la propriétaire. Appartement conforme à la description . Très bien situé . Je ne mettrai qu’un seul bémol c’est le manque de climatisation. Très difficile avec les chaleurs de cette année ! Nous avions 2 ventilateurs mais c’était insuffisant ! Nous avons passé malgré cela un très bon séjour !

Klein aber fein!!!

Eine kleine, süße Ferienwohnung für 4 Personen. Es gab alles was man benötigte. Küche, Essecke, Wohnbereich und zwei Schlafräume, außerdem einen schönen großen Balkon! Dort konnten wir mit vier Personen problemlos unsere Mahlzeiten einnehmen und es war noch genug Platz um den Wäscheständer mit den Badesachen in eine Ecke zu stellen. Traumhaft ist auch die Entfernung zum Meer! Morgens nach dem Aufstehen direkt ins kühle Nass danach Brötchen holen und dann frühstücken! Echt zu empfehlen! Auch eine späte Ankunft (wg. Stau) war kein Problem. Wir wurden von Montse empfangen und haben uns sehr gut auf englisch unterhalten! Sollten wir in der Gegend noch einmal Urlaub machen, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder! Danke an Montse und Raffael!!!

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment. Très bien accueilli par la propriétaire. L'appartement est super bien situé, très bien équipé (peut être prévoir un changement de literie dans la chambre parents). Proche de toutes commodités. Pas besoin de prendre son véhicule. A renouveler sans hésitation en basse saison certainement très bruyant l'été.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, direkt am Strand, alles was man braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein und hat alles was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr unkompliziert und Check in und Check out waren sehr einfach. Bei Fragen waren sie immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Toll war auch der Parkplatz, der uns zur Verfügung stand. Empfehlenswert
