The Strip - famous Albufeira street of night life with lots of bars and restaurants, is just a 7 min walking from the place.
Small Supermarket 5 min walking and the Golf court only about 15 min driving .

Perfect place near the beach.

Beautifull and spaceous apartment! Very close to the beach. You just get down off the hill and you are at the beautifull beach Praia dos Aveiros! The apartment is equiped with everything you might need. Apartment has a huge terace with the sunbeds where you can relax and enjoy your free time. In general it's just a perfect place for your holiday!

Albufeira not for everyone

We took our dog but dogs banned on beach not a good start. After 3 days a water leek developed in the kitchen, the property manager was not very interested the owner did refund some of our money which we thought was fair but we got the feeling the manager thought it was our fault as his story kept changing. 'The strip' is dreadful.

O apartamento é um T1 mas é grande. Dá perfeitamente para 4 ou 5 pessoas

Leider hat die Wohnung keine Heizung. Sie war klamm und kalt. Die Einrichtung ist schon sehr abgewohnt. Die Kueche ist sehr einfach ausgestattet, sodass kochen eine herausforderung ist. Im Badezimmer ist keine Steckdose. Foehnen ist nur mit einer Verlaengerung aus dem Schlafzimmer moeglich. Im Fernsehen nur portugisische Nachrichten auf 5 Sendern. Wlan war nach 3 Tagen aufgebraucht.

Inexpensive and basic but good

The property is fairly basic but adequate. For me access was excellent as was the large step in shower. The people who met us were very kind and helpful as was the checking out especially in very challenging times. We wish the owners the best of luck in what must be a vey worrying future.

Uma boa casa para as férias. Um excelente terraço com espreguiçadeiras e grelhador. Não faltou nada de utensílios e eletrodomésticos. Uma falha importante: Não existe nenhuma tomada elétrica no quarto de banho. A corrigir sem dúvida. Praia a 1 km .

Falata de cuidado dos vizinhos dos pisos superiores

Gostamos do apartamento e da sua localização (zona calma, perto da praia e de zonas de restauração e diversão). Como ponto negativo é de referir a falta de civismo por parte de alguns vizinhos dos pisos superiores, a saber: - Para cima do terraço, que é um espaço agradável onde habitualmente gostávamos de fazer as refeições: sacudiam toalhas de mesa , toalhas de praia e calçado e ainda estendiam roupa encharcada que pingava água para o terraço através da pingadeira. - Barulhos de máquinas de lavar roupa durante a madrugada (principalmente na centrifugação).

Appartement au top.

L’appartement correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos de l’annonce. Il est très bien situé : proche de la plage de « Dos Aveiros » ainsi que du centre animé de la ville d’Albufeira. Le quartier est très calme. L’appartement dispose d’un parking public où l’ont trouve une place sans problème. Seul petit bémol, le wifi qui ne fonctionne pas très bien. Mais ce n’est qu’un détail.

informações enganosas no anúncio e estado muito degradado

O anúncio refere ter estacionamento, mas na verdade não existe. Temos que andar às voltas à procura de estacionamento na via pública. Referir que o apartamento dispõe de estacionamento é publicidade enganosa. É desonesto. Quanto ao apartamento em si, o espaço é bom, mas estava mal limpo, e muito degradado, a precisar de remodelação. Muito improviso nas portas e janelas, com mecanismos de segurança muito artesanais, aliás como em outras partes da casa. A elogiar, o pátio. No geral, não vale o valor que se paga.

BELLES VACANCES

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cette superbe région. Le logement est propre et entretenu. l'aménagement intérieur est complet (chaises longues, chaises de plage, nattes, parasols, etc...) il est situé à deux pas de cette belle plage entourée de falaises. Des magasins alimentaires sont à proximité ainsi que les bus, taxis.... Nous avons été très bien reçu par un ami du propriétaire (Merci Rui), parlant le français il nous a très bien conseillé et guidé lors de notre séjour. Une destination que nous conseillons vivement car les Portugais sont très agréables, souriants et sympathiques. Nous y retournerons très rapidement.

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Lage, etwa 30 m vom Strand entfernt, kann man sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie nette Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Räume an sich waren sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das besondere an der Wohnung war, dass sie sehr viel Platz und Schlafmöglichkeiten bietet. Die schöne Terrasse hat uns ebenfalls sehr positiv überrascht. Es wäre von Vorteil, ein Auto zu mieten, wenn man die Umgebung erkunden möchte. Für Strand-Urlauber ist allerdings alles vor Ort. Der Vermieter war nett und sehr hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung befindet sich alles um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen - von der Saftpresse bis zur Waschmaschine. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

La casa e' in una buona posizione , vicina al mare e comoda alle vie del centro.Ben servita da bar, ristoranti , supermarket .La casa e' accogliente , pulita e ben attrezzata.Siamo stati molto bene è il proprietario e' preciso e affidabile.
