One bedroom apartment with a balcony and views to the town of Albufeira. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, oven, hob, coffee machine, pots and dishes , children dishes and has an outside espace for the clothesline. It also offers guests a bathroom with a walking shower and a Bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a sofa double bed in the sitting room . The apartment comes with sheets, towels and a safe. Accommodates up to 4 adults or couple with 3 children.
The apartament is located close to the Albufeira strip and a 5 minutes walk to the Aveiro’s beach. The Forte the São João beach is just a 10 minute walk away from the Oura beach. The fisherman’s beach is a 10 minutes waking distance from the apartment.

The Faro Airport is located 9 km away from the property or around 45 minutes by taxi. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are only a 2 minutes away from the apartment . The apartment has also air conditioning, wifi and international channels.

Guests can benefit from an outdoor swimming pool and a private parking space.
If you enjoy golf then the nearest golf course is just a short 15 minutes drive from the complex.Public transport is also available in the front of the complex building, as well as taxis and a little train that takes you on a tour around the town of Albufeira .
Entertainment spaces like Aqua Show and Marina the Albufeira are only 15 minutes by taxi.
The train station is located in town of Ferreiras, easily accessible by taxi or bus.

Albufeira vacation

Very nice property with 3 restaurants in the complex. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is it and just a short walk to the Oura strip to enjoy night life, restaurants and bars as well as Oura beach. The complex is very clean and you can enjoy quiet pool side. The host is very quick in answering questions. It was a lovely stay!! Thank you Maria :)

Within walking distance to 3 different beaches and local corner market. The tourist train (local bus) is within walking distance and allows for a tour of the city, with multiple stops along the route. Enjoyed my time there. Good communication w/property owner.

Great location, great facilities and amazing host

Initially we did struggle to find the apartment as the pictures can be a little misleading. For any future guests, look for JoJo’s sandwich bar and head into the apartments behind it. The rooms were so clean and the facilities were great and very modern. The sofa bed was easy to put up and very comfy. The location is great as it’s right near the strip and there’s lots of food places nearby. It’s approximately a 10 minute uber to Old Town but ubers are so.cheap we didn’t mind! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot fault the host nor the room one bit!

Great apartment

We really enjoyed the apartment. Maria was a great hostess and provided answers to all my questions within a reasonable amount of time. The property was clean and well stocked. There was a clean pool located on the property and a few restaurants right down below. Locaton was good. 10 minute walk to the strip and about 10 to the beautiful beach. The beds were comfortable and was just right for us. The only negatives were that toilet paper wasn’t supplied which other VRBO’s usually have and a smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. It did not wreck our vacation at all, it just wasn’t great.

We had a great time staying here

The property was in an ideal location as it was just round the corner from the strip and only cost about €4 in an Uber or €10 in a tuk tuk to the Old town. The apartment was the perfect size for me and my 2 friends. Most things were clean and the room was presentable. However, we did have trouble with the address on Apple and Google maps and we struggled to work the AC. Apart from this we would definitely visit again and the host was friendly and extremely easy to contact. Thank you :)

Great location & Good value

The apartment is 5 minutes walk to the bottom of the strip and the top of the hill to Oura beach. It’s a 20 minute walk to the old town. It is in a quiet relaxing complex with a lovely pool area. Everything is close by. Pleased to see essentials like washing up liquid, a sponge, hand wash, washing powder and salt & pepper. Although the small balcony is in the shade all day there is a terrace area outside the front door which has sun should you wish to relax there. Communication with the host Maria was very good via WhatsApp and calls.

DO NOT STAY HERE

This was the most disgusting place we have ever stayed and it should not be be allowed to be listed on Stayz or any other platform. The sheets and towels had not been cleaned - they were visibly dirty and the towels literally smelt like vomit. The ‘4th bed’ was a dirty sofa bed that had holes in it. Inadequate toliet paper was provided. There was 4 of us staying for 3 nights and we were only given 1 roll. The airconditioning vents looked like they had not been cleaned in years which resulted in us getting sick. Additional issues: stove top doesn’t work, power sockets in living room don’t work, toliet seat is broken, shower has 3 minutes of hot water, light switches fell off as you touched them. The manager of this property did nothing to resolve any of these issues during our stay. We are leaving this place feeling sick, tired and disgusted by the living conditions of this appartment. Do not stay here

Great location to access New Town yet far enough away from it to not hear the activities through the night. Lovely to have had a balcony and appreciated not overlooking the main road. Nice and quiet at night. Pool was super clean, very apparent how staff were working hard to keep up the property. Host was quick to respond to any questions we may have had, and the unit was equipped with appliances that all worked well. Loved the simple yet effective coffee-maker! Beds were very comfortable. Would not hesistate to book again if we returned to the area.

Ideal location for short break.

Great little apartment 5 minutes from the strip and 15 minutes from the Old Town. The apartment would benefit from better pillows on the bed. A bowl in the kitchen to wash dishes and a plug in the sink in the bathroom to be able to shave trivial bits but makes life easier and more comfortable. As a base for a short stay though the place is ideal with a good sized pool and comfy sun loungers.

Tolles Appartement und super Gastgeberin

Das Appartmenent von Maria ist sehr schön und Maria als Gastgeberin ist super hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage ist auch toll, da man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Appartementanlage war allerdings sehr stark von Gruppen englischer und niederländischer Jugendlichen bewohnt und daher nachts bis morgens sehr laut. Ist aber wohl nur im Juli so der Fall. Albufeira als Ort ist grundsätzlich sehr stark von englischen Touristen besucht…alles in allem aber alles wirklich empfehlenswert!

The area is absolutely fantastic, beautiful beaches , everything in your door step, bares restaurants local market, public transport and the tourist train .Easy access for the golf course and Marina Albufeira. Quite in the winter time with a great wether for a nice walk and enjoying the quiet nights in most georgers restaurants in Albufeira
