Die geräumige Wohnung ist sauber, aber die Betten im Schlafzimmer sind eine Katastrophe. Das Gestell ist wackelig, die Matratzen bretthart. Das Schlafsofa total durchgelegen. Schade, dass hier vom Eigentümer nicht ein wenig modernisiert wird. Ein weiteres Problem ist die Geruchsbelästigung aus einem Wassergraben vor der Wohnanlage. Das Preis-Leistungsvehältnis passt hier meiner Meinung nach gar nicht.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre hôte Sandy et son appartement où rien ne manquait. L'emplacement était également ideal pour nous, au calme et néanmoins à quelques distance de marche de la vieille ville d'Albufeira et du strip. La piscine est egalement un plus sans oublier la proximité de l'océan.

La estancia estuvo muy bien, solo tuvimos un pequeño problema con el wiffi y Sandy lo solucionó enseguida. La orientación del apartamento es buena, con lo cual era bastante fresco, no tuvimos que poner el aire acondicionado. El apartamento está cerca de todos los sitios de ocio y de varias playas.No tuvimos problema para aparcar al lado de la propiedad ningún día . En la piscina siempre había muy poca gente. Por poner una pega, es que hay muchísimos mosquitos por la noche, supongo será por la riera que pasa por al lado. Pero con unos insecticidas de enchufar y un poco de insecticida antes de dormir lo solucionamos. Para repetir.

schöne Unterkunft

Die Wohnung von Sandy war wie beschrieben und glücklicherweise etwas abseits der Feiermeile. Wir warenauch froh über die Möglichkeit der Poolnutzung, da während unserer Zeit in Albufeira recht hoher Wellengang war und somit das baden im Meer nur teilweise möglich. Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe und zum nächstgrößeren Supermarkt sind es etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Kommunikation mit Sandy hat gut geklappt.

Albufeira - Oura District - Accommodation Review

This is a basic clean and comfortable one bedroomed, top 3rd floor apartment with good access and suited our needs exactly. A small bathroom and adequately equipped kitchen are also available. The owner (Sandy)was extremely helpful and ensured we were provided with good Wi Fi along with a change of clean bed linen and towels half way through our stay. The apartment is within a small complex and has access to a good maintained communal pool. It is a quiet area but only a five minute walk to small shops, restaurants and bars. In addition the wonderful beach is only about 10 mins walk away. It is also approximately an equidistant walk from the apartment to either the "Strip - New Town" or alternatively in the opposite direction to the " Old Town" A short walk also takes you to one of the main stops of the local Hop on Hop off train, (so convenient for getting around). As stated, it is basic (self catering ) accommodation and relatively well maintained. It also has it's own secure top floor balcony with sun most of the day and overlooking the pool. We recommend this property and will certainly consider using again on any future return to the area.

Gute Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Ausstattung top. Einziges manko war der wenig vorhandene Wasserdruck beim Duschen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin einzigartig. Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar. Ein nettes und vom Preiniveau gutes Restaurant eine Straße weiter. Ein Auto für Einkäufe würde ich dennoch empfehlen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Nous avons passé 15 jours très sympas à Albufeira en revanche la ville n’est pas très jolie ! La station est très dénaturée et la loi littorale n’a pas été appliquée ! Les constructions ont poussé comme des champignons n’importe comment! L’appartement est agréable mais la literie n’est pas bonne et il’n’y a ni four ni lave vaisselles. La plage est juste à côté et de belles criques se situent à 10/15 mn en voiture.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe des Strandes. Innerhalb von 3 bis 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß da. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt und ist gut ausgeststattet. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und hat unseren Kids sehr gut gefallen. Ein bisschen haben uns nur die frechen Möwen gestört aber ansonsten war alles echt klasse.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Alles war sauber und es gab ausreichend Platz. Einzig das Bett war nicht perfekt, da es sehr hart war. Der Gemeinschaftspool war super. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden. Die Lage war perfekt. In nur 3 Minuten war man am Strand und kleine Lokalitäten waren auch in der Nähe. Würde jedoch ein Auto empfehlen, da richtige Supermärkte (aldi, Lidl) so 5-10 Minuten entfernt sind. Auch sind viele super schöne Strände im Umkreis mit dem Auto zu erreichen und die Altstadt auch nach einer ca. 10 minütigen Autofahrt. Parkgebühren gibt es dort nirgends. Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung weiter und sind bis auf das Bett sehr sehr sehr gut zufrieden.

Apartment Stay: 7th - 23rd June 2017

Apartment booked was simple and basic but had everything within that we required to make our stay very pleasant. It was also in a very central location - equidistant from both "The Street - New Town" and the "Old Town" (approximately a 20 minute leisurely walk in both directions). Beautiful beach was approximately a five minute walk away. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom easily accessible and practical. The balcony is adequate with chairs and tables and can easily seat up to 4 people comfortably. I would recommend this for able bodied couples (depending on level of disablement - it could be difficult to access due to stairs and no ramp facility). One or 2 (at the most)small children could also be accommodated. The residential pool, located a short walk (about 35 meters through a locked gate) is excellent, well maintained, clean and has well kept grass boundaries. It also has a small childs pool. We would definitely consider returning to this apartment in the future. (Please not it is not air conditioned). Sandi the very pleasant and helpful proprietor provided us with Wi-Fi on our arrival and it worked great.

I bought this apartment because I found the place beautiful, beautiful gardens, wonderful pool, quiet street and especially excellent location. No need to move the vehicle.

2) Location very agrèable:
- Gardens and pool well maintained
- Sunbeds and free
- Bar by the pool (which serves drinks and food at a good price)
3) Apartment with good qualities:
- Painted with warm colors
- Large terrace with view Pool
- Located at the end and the first floor / attic éatge, so fewer neighborhood, more tranquility
- Building repainted in 2012
