the villa 'les cytises' is ideally located in a small, quiet one-way street in the center of mont-dore. the house is in fact 100m from the small square (mini-market 'Casino'), shops and other restaurants, close to the free shuttles to access the ski slopes and around 200m from the thermal baths.
the bright apartment occupies the entire 1st floor and offers a view of the large waterfall, the Capuchin. it has 3 spacious bedrooms overlooking the garden or the courtyard. the tenants have the possibility of parking their vehicle in the courtyard.
In a family atmosphere, warm and lively, this large mountain village offers, at the foot of the Puy de Sancy, a multitude of activities to practice without moderation in winter and summer! tree climbing, summer tobogganing, climbing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, cross-country and alpine skiing thanks to the 42 km of trails and even more thanks to the superb connection, snowshoes, sled dogs ...

très bon séjour dans un bel appartement

nous avons passés un très bon séjour, l' appartement est spacieux avec tout se qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour, très bonne literie, la propriétaire est agréable et disponible. L'appartement est à quelques mètres du centre du Mont dore, et les navettes sont a côtés de la location pour monter aux pieds des pistes. Je conseille cette location, et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique région, décor splendide, magnifique temps (août 2012) la propriétaire est agréable et disponible, elle nous a très bien décrit l'appartement qui est spacieux, fonctionnel, bien équipé. l'appartement est à quelques mètres du centre du Mont dore. on peut garer 2 à 3 voitures dans l'allée privée de l'appart. lieu calme. très bonnes vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et lumineux. L'accueil téléphonique et sur place est très agréable et l'appartement correspond exactement au descriptif. Nous étions 3 couples d'amis, et nous ne nous sommes pas marchés dessus. La location est vraiment complète, il n'y manque rien ( si ce n'est les petites cuillères). Les brochures nous ont bien rendues service, car comme il y avait peu de neige, nous avons privilégié nos sorties vers les randonnées autour des lacs (qui sont nombreux dans la région), et les visites de fermes fabricant du St Nectaire. La semaine a été trop courte pour tout voir. Nous y reviendrons sans doute une autre fois pour continuer nos visites.

excellente semaine (juillet 2011) passée dans cet appartement très propre, très bien agencé, très clair et très bien situé (plein centre-ville, tous commerces à proximité immédiate, les croissants du matin sont à 2 pas..., certaines sorties à pied possibles ex. accès au + vieux funiculaire électrique de France). Avec voiture : ST NECTAIRE (fontaines pétrifiantes, grottes de Cornadore, maison du fromage), LA GRANDE CASCADE (vue de l'appartement, belle montée à pied), SAINT DIERY (la Cheminée des fées), MUROL (animations médiévales en journée + cinécénie géniale mardis jeudis soirs d'été), VULCANIA (env. 70 km) génial sur une journée. Résidence sur 3 niveaux (étions au 1er étage) mais très calme. emplacement parking privé. Accueil téléph. propriétaire, excellent effectivement. Accueil "physique" de la représentante sur place, également excellente (disponible, de bon conseil et très aimable). très bon rapport qualité prix Je pense que nous y reviendrons car, de plus, on mange bien en Auvergne...

l'entretien téléphonique avec le propriétaire est excellent et basé sur la confiance quant à l'accueil sur place il est on ne peut plus chaleureux. Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement du 1er étage refait à neuf, avec 3 chambres spacieuses qui offrent la possibilité de séjourner à 6 voire 8 personnes (canapé convertible) même avec des enfants en bas ages (lit bébé, plus table à langer) et le tout dans un calme religieux. Le remplacement de la cabine de douche et la mise en place de rideaux occultant aux fenêtres des chambres offriront aux futurs locataires le top du top Nous reviendront en famille, avec les petits enfants: c'est sur !! Nous conseillons vraiment cette location.
