In open countryside-mountain, enchanting position overlooking the plain of Aosta
Tranquility in a context of an old agricultural village undergoing renovation.
The apartment is the result of the recent recovery of a family building that integrated the stable, barn and living unit together and spread over a single level also accessible to a wheelchair and consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with sofa bed and a functional kitchen area.
The particular thick masonry construction keeps the house cool in summer and a modern centralized wood-fired climate control system ensures a pleasant and constant temperature during the winter months.
The proximity to Aosta (about 25 minutes) means that besides being a perfect location to visit the Gran San Bernardo valley and Valpelline, it is also possible to discover all the other places of the middle and upper Valle d'Aosta whose tourist attractions and cultural ones definitely need no introduction.
For those who do not want to move, directly from behind the house start numerous paths and farm roads to travel by bike or on foot along which you can create an infinite number of excursions for all abilities

Vacanza rilassante

Con mio marito, mio figlio 20enne e le nostre due cagnolone abbiamo soggiornato una settimana. La casa è arredata in modo semplice, con mobilia e accessori recenti, pulita, funzionale e ordinata. Collocata a 1450 mt slm, in zona molto tranquilla, al termine di una strada che prosegue come "forestale", poco distante da un comodo parcheggio e dalla partenza di alcuni sentieri. Il panorama sulla vallata che si gode dalle finestre è "da cartolina". Per alcuni potrebbe essere una pecca la distanza da supermercati, bar, ristoranti...: a noi è piaciuto molto dover "sopravvivere" con quanto acquistato all'arrivo ad Aosta e trascorrere le serate chiacchierando in famiglia. Ad ogni modo, nelle vicinanze c'è un piccolo agriturismo ed entro qualche chilometro un bar/ristorante e l'ufficio postale con il Postamat, Sono raggiungibili in 30-40 minuti di auto vallate stupende con cime oltre i 2000 metri e con escursioni adatte a camminatori di ogni capacità. Edy e sua moglie sono veramente molto cordiali, disponibili e collaborativi. Che dire altro? Ci è spiaciuto non potere restare oltre. Speriamo tanto di ritornare. Grazie!

Wunderbare Aussicht

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit verbracht, die Aussicht genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und bequem. Man ist nicht allein im hellhörigen Haus (vor allem nachts) und tagsüber bellen zwei einsame Hunde auf der Terasse fast ununterbrochen.

3 chalets perchés ds un décor de hte montagne

Dans un logement impeccable et fontionnel,nous avons passé 2 semaines au calme et admiré les couchers de soleil avec une montagne très vivante.La hauteur et les lacets pour y arriver sont surprenants la premiere fois.Edy nous a bien guidés. Tolle Wohnung mit phantastischem Panoramablick

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Alles sauber und modern. Einziger Nachteil: Die Hunde der Nachbarschaft, die, den ganzen Tag allein gelassen, ohne Unterlass bellten. Da fragt man sich, warum schaffe ich mir Hunde an, wenn ich mich nicht darum kümmern kann.

Soggiorno in tranquillità

Casa molto bella e attrezzata, con un bellissimo balcone che dà su un panorama favoloso. Unico piccolo neo la posizione un po' defilata rispetto agli itinerari più belli dei dintorni ma soprattutto l'assenza di negozi di prima necessità nelle vicinanze. Consiglio di fare una bella spesa ad Aosta il primo giorno, in modo da non pensarci più!

Hat alles super geklappt. Wohnung perfekt, Gastgeber perfekt, Ausblick faszinierend. Der Ort ist zwar abseits, man benötigt immer das Auto, aber hat uns nicht gestört.

Simply stunning

You can't describe how lovelythe place is . The photos, good as they are do not do it any justice, you have to go and see in your own eyes. Magnificent vista on Aosta Valley. Be prepared though for approx 30min drive up from the Valley to the property as its high up on the slope. Very much worth though. We went in the winter but I am sure it's equally stunning in the summer. Host Edy very knowlegable- skiing and mountin guide, full of helpfull advices. Three friendly cats from the neighbour well trained in politely begging for fuss and food- :) Hopefully we can come back one day

La casa è molto ben fornita, pulita e ordinata. In un posto stupendo, molto tranquillo, in mezzo al verde e con un panorama mozzafiato. Unica pecca è un po’ scomoda da raggiungere se uno vuole fare dei giri per la Valle, ideale per escursioni nei dintorni che meritano di essere scoperti. Edy molto gentile e disponibile ☺️

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à la montagne. La vue de la terrasse est à couper le souffle. L'endroit est très paisible, pas un bruit, quel calme. Edy a pris son temps pour nous expliquer des endroits à aller visiter. De plus, venant de Belgique, la route est longue mais une circulation hyper fluide. Nous allions à la montagne également pour voir la neige et le deuxième jour elle est venue, en quelques heures 20 à 30 cm. Que demander de plus ? Nous y reviendrons...
