Bright apartment, recently renovated, located in Aosta just a few minutes walk from the historic center. A short walk from the cable car to Pila, the train station, the bus terminal and the market.
Excellent base for visiting Aosta (Christmas markets, square events, Sant'Orso fair, foire d'été, Roman monuments, archaeological museum, Saint-Martin-de-Corléans megalithic area, astronomical observatory of Saint-Barthélemy, medieval castles and much more ...) and as a base for your excursions on foot, by bike and on skis or to discover the side valleys (Cervinia, Cogne, La Thuile, Courmayeur: Ski Way, Fort of Bard, thermal baths of Pré- Saint-Didier).
The unit is located on the second and last floor of a building in a quiet area. Free parking on the street in front of the building.
Furnished in a modern style, the appartment is composed of a double bedroom, a little bedroom with bunk beds, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a small balcony.
For couples: possibility to have a second double bed in the kitchen (sofa bed cm 140x200).
The apartment is equipped with all the amenities: crockery, gas cooker, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer, 2 fans and 2 TVs (one Smart TV) and Wi-Fi.
We provide sheets, blankets and towels.
For the little ones we have a cot with mattress, sheets, blankets, high chair, stroller, reducer / potty and stool.
Guests will have all the apartment at their disposal and the possibility of storing skis or bicycles in the basement cellar.
Check-in is normally scheduled from 17.00 to 24.00, and check-out by 10.00. It is possible to arrange other times if there are no other guests leaving or arriving.

Excellent stay! The apartment was so clean and the host was so warm and welcoming! Such a bonus that there was a binder will of instructions. Definitely would stay there again when in Aosta Valley!

Our host was wonderful! Allowed us to check in early so we could leave our bags. The apartment is as advertised. Very well appointed and very close to old town and hiking trails. Would absolutely recommend.

Perfect!

Canadians with 2 teenage boys visiting Aosta Valley. Please don’t be fooled when you first arrive as it may seem like you are in the wrong place…but you are NOT! Apartment is wonderful and location absolutely perfect! Apartment is well equipped, very modern and clean. Free parking anywhere on street upfront. Would not hesitate to book again if visiting region.

Lovely Apartment

I have stayed in many appts in Aosta, this one was definitely my favourite one. It was very clean, warm and well equipped. The owner, Edda was very kind and ensured we had everything we needed. We were just a small walk from the old town, and 5 min in the car to the gondola for Pila. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great apartment!

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very kind and helpful and met us on check in and check out. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed. It was easy to find parking on the street right in front of the apartment. Most days we walked to the center of town.

Wonderful aosta

Really had a great time here . We had a month and the apartment came with everything you need .very close to the centre of town which is big and in scenic valley of aosta . .well situated to get around the whole of the Aosta valley. Thought the parking might be an issue but always for a space .

Aosta Apartment

The apartment is ideally situated for a week in Aosta. The main sites of interest, several supermarkets and also the Pila cable car are all within easy walking distance.It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The owner, Edda, was very helpful. She collected us from the bus station. It was nice to have a balcony to sit out on in the evening.

Enjoyable area to visit

We failed to ask if the apartment had an elevator and air conditioning and it had neither! The fans provided were excellent though and were very good at night when we left the doors open and the temps dropped. Parking was easy and free. All we needed inside was provided. Another wine glass would be nice and we were never able to find clothes pins to hang out our clothes so a few dropped to the ground but we retrieved them! We walked a convenient 15 minutes into the center of town.

Old Town

Apartment is a second story walk up. It is a 5-6 minute walk to the August Arch and the pedestrian shopping street where there are many small purveyors of local cheeses, salamis, wines, coffee bars, and restaurants.In addition there are many retail stores selling clothing, leather goods, etc.It is a 5 minuter drive to the Pila GondolaPhotos of the apartment were a little less than accurate. The space was tight. It was only one bedroom with part of it cordoned off for a set of bunk beds.Adequate hot water for bathing in a bathroom with showerFold out sofa in kitchen area ,if used, make the space very tight. Kitchen equipment adequate.Apartment suited most for a family with 2 children.Building located on a non descriptive dead end street.

We found everything to be in good condition and true to the photos. the property is situated in a quiet area but good proximity to shops and restaurants and approx 10 min (flat) walk to the gondola station. The welcome food/drinks were appreciated.

The accommodation was excellent. Bed very comfortable. Lots of home comforts like hair driers. Edda was very helpful. The location was very good for skiing and for enjoying the town. Parking outside was readily available and safe. I would happily use the accommodation again.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im 2. Obergeschoß ohne Aufzug. Die Entfernung zur Fussgängerzone ist fußläufig sehr gut in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.Parken kann man in der Strasse ohne Probleme. Der Check-In war ganz einfach . Die Kommunikation mit Edda unproblematisch in Englisch.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Spül,- und Waschmaschine. Die Dusche ist ohne Stufe im Eingang. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.und wohnlich eingerichtet. Wir haben gut geschlafen und es war leise im Haus.Mit geöffnetem Fenster dringt nur wenig Lärm in die Wohnung.Aosta ist ein guter Startpunkt für Wanderungen, Kultur im Tal ,Shoppen,Ausflüge in die Berge und leckeres Essen . Wir kommen gerne mal wieder

Die Wohnung ist mit allem super ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut! 5 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum, 10 Minuten zur zentralen Bushaltestelle und zum Bahnhof, 15 Minuten zur Bergbahnstation Pila zu Fuß.
