Nice one bedroom apartment furnished with fine furniture and finishes. Located on the first floor with independent entrance; consisting of 1 double bedroom, open kitchen on the living room with dishwasher, washing machine, fireplace, TV, DVD, music amplifier for iPad or similar, bathroom with shower and 2 balconies. Very cute, peaceful and welcoming. The prices shown include electricity and water consumption. Heating is autonomous, use is to be considered excluded from the rates. Linen is not included but can be provided at an additional cost of € 30. No smokers.

hidden treasure in the Alps!

Comfortable and tastefully furnished apartment in the magnificent Gran Paradiso National Parc. We enjoyed all the winter activities (cross country, skiing and snowshoeing) in the cogne area. A hidden treasure in the Alps!

Beautiful appartment

A beautiful appartment, nicely decorated with books, paintings and attributes from the region. Also comfortable, good shower, good matress, except the chairs around the dining table are a bit simple. The kitchen is well equipped, but it was good we brought our own casserole, as this is usually missing in holiday appartments. The landladies were very nice, they helped us with useful information about the Cogne area. We enjoyed our stay in Cogne very much.

Mountainside Bliss!

We stayed at this apartment four years ago and couldn't wait to come back after the pandemic. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated; the perfect place to come home to after a day of hiking. We did not have a car, but the free bus stops right near the apartment and dropped us off each day at at wonderful mountain and riverside hiking spots in the nearby communities. There are also great trails right from the door of the apartment! We cooked most of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen. It's so quiet on the mountain. We fell aleep each night to the sound of crickets and woke up to birds chirping. We loved watching a farmer bring his cows down from the pasture above each evening and walk them right past our front door. Best of all, though, was just sitting on our balcony and taking in the breathtaking mountain views!

Appartement chalet très cosy!

Parfait pour l’emplacement , le ski de fond et de randonnée, les raquettes au départ du chalet. Et l’ambiance italienne. Très bon contact avec Cristina , dommage de ne pas l’avoir rencontrée!

La casa dei sogni

Ho avuto esattamente ciò che mi aspettavo e desideravo scegliendo questa casa. Luogo immerso nella pace e nel silenzio della natura ma a una manciata di minuti dalla graziosa e suggestiva Cogne. Host super disponibile, gentile e pronta a dare consigli per ampliare i tuoi programmi e informarti su tutto ciò che ti serve sapere. L 'unica cosa che a me e la mia compagna ci è mancata, è aver potuto assistere a una bella nevicata, ma dell' anomalia climatica di questo periodo non possiamo certo incolpare questo luogo ( ma solo il cambiamento climatico! ). Comunque le giornate con clima primaverile per sciare o passeggiare erano l' ideale, la gente " normale" ne era, quindi, entusiasta. Scherzi a parte, consigliatissimo e invidiamo il prossimo viaggiatore ( che salutiamo con affetto ) che prenderà il nostro posto in questa splendida casa.

Erholsame Tage mit Blick auf schneebedeckte Gipfel

Wir haben uns in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung (es hat an nichts gefehlt) sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Lage und Aussicht fanden wir prima. Wir empfehlen sie also gerne weiter!

Appartamento favoloso

Appartamento molto bello, arredato con gusto. Accessoriato, silenzioso, ottima posizione. A 20m dalla fermata del bus (bus navetta gratuito per tutta la valle). Forse l'unico difetto è l'illuminazione, infatti escluso quando entra il sole al mattino, l'appartamento e' un po' buio. Comunque da consigliare.
