Maison familiale dans un emplacement idéal pour des vacances en famille

Maison bien équipée dans un emplacement idéal: plage à 10 minutes en velo en famille et pistes cyclables au bout de l'impasse (très calme!) Propriétaire agréable et très à l'écoute. Je recommande ! :)

Maison spacieuse au calme proche de la mer

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette vaste maison très proche de la mer. Gîte impeccable, au calme avec une très bonne literie où rien ne manquait, un extérieur très agréable avec ses deux terrasses que nous n'avons malheureusement pas utilisées le beau temps n'étant pas au rendez vous. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli avec une délicieuse tarte aux pommes et un pot de confiture fait "maison". Personnes à l'écoute, nous ayant donné de très bons conseils pour nos visites. Pour finir ce gîte est idéalement bien situé (à une dizaine de kms des Sables d'olonne) très proche de la mer et des pistes cyclables pour visiter entre autres les marais et le littoral (plusieurs vélos à disposition) Un gîte à ne pas louper !

Très bon séjour au sein de cette maison. Accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire ( tarte aux pommes fait maison, boissons offertes dans le frigo). La maison était très bien équipée et à proximité des commerces et de la plage. Le linge de lit et de salle de bain étaient fournis ( ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas). Le propriétaire nous a également transmis des infos pratiques pour les activités à réaliser aux alentours et a pris de nos nouvelles les jours nuageux. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir passé cette semaine chez Mme et M Charrier. Famille Miled

Le papier peint de l'entrée donne le ton.... et puis, dans la salle à manger, toute une déclinaison de vieux objets nous parle du passé. C'est un peu désuet, un brin suranné...mais très vite on s'y sent tellement bien !... De surcroît, derrière l'hôte se cache un homme sympathique et efficace. Nous avons passé une belle semaine.

Séjour merveilleux en famille. La location est très bien située ce qui permet de bien profiter pour petits et grands. Merci encore pour l'accueil des propriétaires, gentillesse, à l'écoute et une excellente tarte aux pommes à l'arrivée.. La maison est très bien équipée.

Un séjour des plus agréable.

Tout était réuni pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances !!! Vacances reposantes, balades à proximité sans voiture

Semaine agréable, avec des balades à pieds vers le port Bourgenay et le long de la mer sur la corniche. Quelques escapades à vélo ( prêté par le propriétaire), vélos plutôt usagés mais qui rendent encore quelques services. Très bon accueil des propriétaires avec des attentions particulières appréciables.

Week-end familiale au top !

Une grande maison familiale idéalement située, proche du port, de la plage et aussi des commerces. La maison n'est pas toute jeune mais elle contient tous les équipements nécessaires pour un super week-end. Nous avons utilisé les vélos à dispo pour la quasi totalité de nos déplacements, un vrai plaisir. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles pour nous diriger vers les bons coins. A refaire !

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben aufgrund der guten Bewertungen relativ kurzfristig zugeschlagen und einen erholsamen Urlaub gehabt. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, die nach einem Strandtag zum Essen auf der Terrasse mit unverbautem Blick einlädt. Einfach schön... Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, gibt bei Ankunft eine ausführliche Einweisung und hilft wo er kann. Der Strand ist mit Fahrrad ( 4 Fahrräder stehen in der Garage und können genutzt werden ) in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Zu Fuß eher für ein Spaziergang, aber nicht mit den ganzen Strandsachen zu empfehlen. Parkplätze so gut wie nicht vorhanden, außer man zahlt dafür. Der Strand ist sauber, für Kinder perfekt, da es viele Stellen mit kinderfreundlicher Wassertiefe gibt. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen eingerichtet, nicht unser Stil aber ok und vor allem sauber. Das Bad war nicht so schön... Vielen Dank für alles, liebe Grüße aus Berlin.
