VILLA-PEÑISCOLA AN OASIS GY THE BEACH

We are convinced that you spend probably one of the best holidays experiences respecting RELAXATION, TRANQUILITY AND COMFORT. Ideal location to experience rewarding sensations just as SILENCE, SPACE AND WELFARE. Exclusive Villa located within in a field of ??one hectare of orange plantation, with a house built of 220 m / 2 to two levels, in which you can enjoy big spaces and feeling full liberty. Nice and large terrace where you may enjoy the sunrise breakfasting. You will have a large private swimming pool of 6x12 (fenced) to enjoy a nice swim and be the delight of the little ones and all this at 200 meters from the beach. The arrival day you will find the beds made with one set of towels per person and all rooms with air conditioning. You have 10 bikes including 4 with child seat will be free at your disposal during your stay. Daily cleaning of the pool and its surroundings.Boules court (15X3) and turf area of +/- 200 mts/2 for play football.




The bed linen and towels are included in the price, for stays longer each week we will change. The air conditioning in summer and heating in winter and the wood for the barbecue are included in the price. Daily cleaning of the pool and surroundings (garden) included in the price and the 10 bikes included in the price
Optional: Final cleaning for 150 €. WIFI 15€ (Weekly) Extra bed (90x190cm) 40€. Travel cot for little 20€. Animals 30€. Deposit of 600€ in cash. If you want yours groceries will be waiting for you on arrival, with an additional 15€, please only you give us your shopping list.
Reserve is 30% by bank transfer and 70% in cash on day of arrival.

Excellent property

The house and location are great. The swimming pool is amazing, lots of sun loungers and parasols. Didier was great and the pool was cleaned daily. Isolated property so kids could make lots of noise

Outstanding accommodation and service

Very nice location, actually one of the few places I've seen where reality trumps the description. The place was clean when we arrived and well maintained during our stay, nn top of that the owner is very helpful when needed. The old center of Peniscola is just 10 min away (by car) and gives various options for whine and dine, grocery is even closer. Highly recommended.

Villa au top dans un cadre unique

Propriétaire au top et très attentionné. La villa correspond en tout point à ce qui est annoncé. Les divertissement proposés aux attendus : piscine, billard,vélos, pétanque ... Le tout dans un parc arboré et calme. On a passe une belle semaine au calme et sans vis-à-vis. L’odeur des orangers en fleurs nous ont offert un dépaysement total. On aurait souhaiter rester plus longtemps..

Magnifique séjour

Nous étions 10 personnes a loger chez Didier (9 adultes et 1 bébé). Propriétaire très réactif, tout est super bien pensé, on se sent comme à la maison. Grande maison, tout comme en description. Piscine privée avec barrière de protection pour les enfants, maison très bien située à 3min à pied de la plage. Endroit très calme pour profiter pleinement en famille. Nous recommandons à 100%

Traumhaftes Anwesen, unvergesslicher Urlaub

Alles hat gestimmt, von der Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer (Didier), über die Beschreibung des Objektes, die Lage war perfekt...wir haben überlegt, ob uns irgendwas gefehlt hat...NEIN, es war alles so, wie beschrieben und in echt war es traumhaft. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und drei Kinder (6-10) und jeder hat in der Garage ein passendes Fahrrad gefunden. Alles war mit ihnen in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Supermarkt, Strand, etliche Restaurants, sogar zum Montagsmarkt nach Peniscola!!! Pool sehr sauber, das ganze Anwesen gepflegt, Sonnenschirme, Liegen, in der Spielhölle (Garage) viel Spaß gehabt...haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Könnten noch weiter schwärmen :-) Didier ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter, der bei kleinsten Mängeln sofort reagiert hat und zur Stelle war. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles!!! EINFACH UNVERGESSLICH :-)

Vacaciones en Peñiscola

Hemos estado muy a gusto en la casa. La casa cuenta con todo tipo de comodidades. Didier muy atento a que estuviéramos cómodos y muy rápido en solucionar cualquier imprevisto. Si podemos repetiremos el año que viene.

Tolles Ferienhaus Peniscola / Benicarlo: Sonne, Sand und mehr

Wunderbares Haus in ruhiger Lage das in Verbindung mit dem grossen Pool keine Wünsche offen lässt. Dies war unsere 3. Buchung (2013, 2015,2022) und wahrscheinlich nicht die letzte.

Great time

We had a 7 day holiday with 6 people. The house was clean and neat and the pool was cleaned everyday. There were bicycles to be used, not all were in good condition but sufficient. The host was friendly and responsive and advised a few places if we needed. The gear for table tennis etc was not entirely in good condition but otherwise we had a lovely time at Peniscola. We would recommend the accomodation as it suits most needs on a vacation.

Inoubliable

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette villa. L’espace extérieur est magnifique et très bien entretenu. La piscine est immense et l’espace autour vraiment agréable. Nous avons bien profité du terrain de foot, du billard et du ping-pong. Et quel bonheur d’avoIr tous ces vélos à disposition, nous n’avons presque pas utilisé la voiture. Tout est accessible à vélo par piste cyclable le supermarché, le marchand de fruits et légumes et le soir Benicarló ou Peñíscola pour diner et prendre un verre. Pour ceux qui cuisinent la maison est équipée avec du matériel de pro pour la paëlla et avec un peu de chance le propriétaire vous donnera son secret ;-) Nous étions quatre adultes et 6 jeunes de 14 à 20 ans. Didier merci pour ton accueil et de nous avoir fait partager ta maison de famille, nous avons tous adoré ce séjour chez toi. Je ne peux que recommander même si je préfèrerais garder pour moi ce coin de paradis

Superbe endroit avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le rêve pour les enfants et les parents. Les vélos, la piscine, la salle de jeux, un barbecue génial,terrain de foot, de pétanque, le cable avec grand écran... bref un lieu génial que je recommande à tout le monde. Nous étions 2 couples avec 6 enfants et tout le monde à trouver sa place dans cette grande propriété impeccablement bien tenue tout près de la mer et de la piste cyclable De plus le propriétaire, Didier, est ultra sympa, très dispo et n'hésite pas à vous rendre service quand vous le solliciter. a fantastic villa in a great location

what can I say Didier? we had a fantastic time at your villa and will most certainly look to return in the future. the location was perfect, not too close to the town centre but not too far either. the villa was well appointed, although had no kettle which is not good for the english! Tim's attempts to use the wood BBQ was quite possibly the highlight of our week !!! thank you again for an excellent holiday and we hope to see you again real soon.

petite palace à Peniscola !

Cette maison est un pur bonheur !! L'arrivée est déjà grandiose, par une grande allée bordée d'orangers délicieusement odorants..La maison est décorée avec goût et fonctionnelle (en plus, les lits sont faits et les serviettes sont à disposition, ce qui n'est pas le cas dans toutes les locations). Avec des enfants/ados, c'est parfait car il y a beaucoup d'activités sur place : la piscine (certes un peu fraiche en avril..nettoyée ts les matins), le terrain de boules, la grande pelouse où les amateurs de foot, gym pourront s'en donner à coeur joie, la super salle de jeux (ping pong, babyfoot comme dans les cafés, billard, fléchettes...), grande télé, etc...Vous pouvez faire du bruit, pas de voisins... POur sortir, vous enfourchez les vélos (très bonne qualité, un peu style hollandais), une rue à traverser et hop, la piste cyclable le long de la plage et sous les palmiers, top ! Le vieux village avec le château est très beau, la plage est grande avec du beau sable fin (et très peu de monde, mais c'était en avril), et des magasin et restaus. Bref, vous l'avez compris, nous avons adoré ce séjour, d'ailleurs cela fait 2 fois que nous revenons à la même période! Et pour finir, le propriétaire Didier est très sympa, efficace et disponible!

Tout simplement PARFAIT

C'est une villa magnifique et tout confort, proposant de nombreux avantages (billard, baby foot, ping pong, fléchettes, vélo...) située dans un cadre idéal, au calme et surtout à 200m de la plage. L'odeur des orangers est un petit plus. L'intérieur est très très bien équipé, grande télé, internet, lits très confortables et la décoration zen est au top. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeant. Exemple : nous avons cassé le plateau en verre du micro onde le midi, à 15h il nous en amenait un neuf. Très bonne communication. Je recommande à 200% cette villa pour passer de magnifiques vacances.

Vraiment exceptionnel ; super séjour

A conseiller sans modération !!! Villa totalement conforme à la description, spacieuse et bien équipée, télé grand écran, wifi, cuisine extérieure pour le barbecue ou la paëlla Propreté impeccable, bonne literie. la salle de jeux, la piscine superbe, terrain de foot et de pétanque éclairé et les vélos qui sont vraiment un plus. Le tout à 200 m de la plage tout en étant au calme au milieu des orangers dans un immense terrain clos. Petit supermarché à 3 minutes en vélo sur piste cyclable. Vraiment de quoi passer des vacances idéales en famille ou entre amis. Nous étions 9 personnes, 2 couples, 3 ados et 2 enfants et tout le monde a été enchanté. Et bien sur, Didier le propriétaire adorable, toujours disponible ,de bons conseils, discret et efficace. Merci encore!

Une villa très bien située , bien équipée avec ses dix vélos sa salle de jeux , sa grande piscine , pas de soucis pour garer les voitures , la plage à 300m et les commerces alentour .Enfin Didier le propriétaire aux petits soins . Quel bonheur

Après 15 ans, un retour à Peniscola dans cette magnifique villa, on ne pouvait mieux tomber. La villa et ces allentours sont comme sur les photos et d'une propreté tout comme l'entretient de la piscine et la propriétée. Une personne vient tous les jours nettoyer la piscine et la propriétée. Et que dire de l'acceuil avec Didier, une personne très argéable et d'une disponibilité comme on le voit rarement. Si vous avez besoin de quoique ce soit, il fera tout son possible pour vous aidez. Il donne de très bon conseils pour les restaurants et autres endroits que vous cherchés. On y retournera très certainement. Les 5 étoiles sont laregment justifier. Merci à toi Didier pour tout. de retour à Péniscola après 15 ans

Super séjour, nous avons passé des vacances comme nous l'espérions: au calme dans une villa toute équipée aussi bien intérieure que extérieure, salle de détente pour les petits et les grands sans oublier la superbe piscine .Nous nous sentions comme chez nous libre de faire tout ce dont nous voulions et à n'importe quel heure(barbecue improvisé, partie de pétanque dans la soirée ou encore match de foot etc.) Tout est à proximité , facile pour nous avec les vélos qui sont mis à disposition.De plus, le propriétaire est quelqu'un d'exceptionnel à l'écoute de ses locataires et prèt à tout pour les satisfaire.Encore merci et surement à une prochaine.
