The luxury of two porches, two living rooms, one very well equipped kitchen, a sparkling pool --can't be beat for an old friends reunion. Lovely property, surrounded by great landscaping, on a quiet street in beautiful Orleans, Restaurants, market, and shops nearby. But the house made us so happy that we ate in almost every night.

We had a fabulous family vacation here! Bobbie was very responsive and helpful. His home is truly a special place. It was the best rental we have had on the Cape so far. The house was clean with plenty of room for 3 families to spread out. It never felt crowded. The pool was great for afternoons after the beach. Nauset Beach is just a short drive away. The kitchen and house was stocked with everything you need. We had a great week and are already trying to plan a return visit.

Perfection Vacation Spot!

This was our third stay at this property and hope to be back again. Perfect home to relax and reconnect with family/friends. After a day spent at beautiful Nauset Beach, was heavenly to come back to the house and lounge in the pool or relax in the hot tub. Close to many attractions as well. Loved our stay!

We had an amazing stay! The space was spotless and a perfect fit for our family. One of the highlights was definitely the pool—such a treat, especially on cloudy beach days. The location was also ideal, with plenty of restaurants nearby and even a ping pong table for some extra fun. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely recommend it!

A beautiful home on Cape Cod with tons of space for 5 couples to spread out and gather together. So much to do we didnt have time to enjoy it all. I would highly recommend this house for a family or friend reunion. Perfect for multiple families or one large exteded family. Well stocked kitchen, loads of out door seating and comfortable bedding.
We enjoyed a lobster and steamer dinner our last night to celebrate 50 years of friendship.

Our family of 6 adults and 3 young children was very comfortable in this spacious home. We enjoyed relaxing on the big front porch, and made daily use of the heated pool. The two living rooms allowed us to spread out, and we appreciated having four full baths. The host was quick to respond to any question. The house is in a quiet, shady neighborhood, and only a short drive to the beach and many restaurants. We would definitely stay here in the future.

The Best Family Vacation

Everything about our weeklong stay was perfect. The house was everything we hoped for and needed for our annual family vacation. The best rental we have ever had. We were 8 adults and 2 toddlers. Plenty of living space inside and out. The property is so well kept and the pool was wonderful. Orleans was a perfect location for beaches, bike riding and towns to visit. We are Long Islanders and new to the Cape. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house + outdoor space

Our family loved staying at this beautiful Orleans property for our annual Cape vacation. The house had plenty of room for the young kids and adults to spread out for the week. There were so many outdoor seating options and I tried to enjoy all of them! The pool, hot tub and firepit provided plenty of entertainment options. The house was well stocked with the essentials and clean upon arrival. The hosts were available by cell/text to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall amazing. I would live there if I could!

Family Vacation

While a little more expensive than our previous rentals, our one week stay last summer was wonderful. I don't think we had a single complaint. There were 10 of us, including four children ranging in age from 7 to 13. The pool and hot tubs were the kids' favorites. The adults liked the entire atmosphere, especially the nice kitchen, dining room and deck. It was great being able to buy fresh vegetables at the immediate neighbor's small roadside stand. It operates on the honor system. The property owner was also wonderful to deal with.

We had an amazing stay in Orleans. The pictures did not do it justice! The outside was so beautifully maintained, and much larger than anticipated ! We cooked often and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more! The location is perfect as well! There were so many rooms which allowed for together time and quiet time. My favorite time was spent in the early mornings on the front porch with my coffee. A huge plus was the pickle ball court! Cant wait to return!

Ideal

Space for 9 people to spread out in the house: ideal. Varied outdoor areas: ideal. Proximity to Nauset Beach (6 min.), Crystal Lake for swimming (6 min.), Ice Cream Sundae shop (3 min.): ideal. Swimming pool: very ideal. (Small quibble: kitchen could use better set of knives.)
